If you have an issue always verify with customer service. This store has told my husband that we were resigned up for auto pay turned out they couldnt even do it so we got charged extra for the month. Theres no communication between the store and customer service. In response also one of your team members used my husbands phone and said auto was set up now they cost me fees.

My initial experience at this store was good. We were over quoted on the wait time, which was great. We were there to upgrade 2 phones. We had to do 2 separate transactions because the store only had 1 of the phones in stock( iPhone 12 Pro Max). It was my daughter’s b-day so we did hers first. Fast forward to my line and I am told that I do not have enough credit with Verizon due to having 4 DPP. I was given a few options. Not wanting to commit to a phone I didn’t want for 2 years or paying off another line we left. What ensued after was 8 hours of phone time on my day off. Trying to reach the Verizon credit review team. I was on the phone from 1145-750 pm ( I ran all of my errands and made dinner while on the phone)I finally spoke to 2 ppl who told me that I in fact had 6,000$ In credit with Verizon and that the store had added 2 DPP and or ordered my phone. They did not catch their error, which caused a chain of events with Verizon call center reps. I still am not sure that my transaction through. I will know when I receive an email to pick up my phone at another Verizon location. Had this not happened and had the store sales reps double checked their work I would have saved 8 hours of stress on my day off today. For that I am rating this experience a 1. I will not return and will be writing corporate regarding today’s experience and chain of events.

My Phone speaker broke, no one could hear me, The Verizon Representative looked at it, and Im getting a new one Next Day 💜. Thats better than i got from the tire Guy trying to get a flat Fixed.. Thats All I have to say about That..

Salesman lied and said my phone upgrade charge would be $10.....nope $40 a month on 2 phones each.I was told I could get credit for a charge if I called not the case. I was also given a cloth for cure told its was free...$10 charge. Definitely will not be back or reccomend this store. Sneaky liars!!!

I went to this store to help my mom purchase a new iPhone XR, because it was time for an upgrade. We walked into the store and were greeted by a sales representative. However, our experience quickly soured after that. It turns out, our case was more complicated than they could handle, because party lines needed to be switched and names needed to be taken off a joint account. We were given a phone number to call and that brought us nowhere, as we could not talk to an ACTUAL human being, we just talked to an automated service. Plus, since we had to drop lines from an account in place, the automated service didnt even give us that option, it simply asked us to punch a phone number in to add to the current activated account, which is what we didnt want to do.My mom ended up calling the store back and explained the situation. She managed to get on the phone with the sales representative we dealt with earlier that day. He was very rude and impolite and loudly exclaimed I cant help you! before re-directing us to the 611 Verizon service number. So, after an hour or so of finagling and frustration, we called that number and low and behold, the guy on the 611 number was WAY more cordial and polite, and he even transferred the numbers and names listed on the joint account and released them, something we were trying to do from the gecko.Then, we tried to purchase the phone from the app and selected the option of In-store pickup. Well.... yet another issue surfaced. We couldnt pick the phone up in-store because there were only 1 or 2 left and they were needed to show as prototype models. To sum it up, I was very disappointed with the customer service my mom was given and thought they treated us very poorly. We will be thinking about giving another store our business in the future.

We took Wills advice and went to the mall, specifically to AT&T. We actually bumped into an old Verizon employee who is now working there and gave me the service Ive come to expect and deserve. I think your brand is going downhill because there were three other families there making the switch. Will must be telling everyone to go to the mall. Best of luck

Expect a lengthy wait to get in, no one is in a rush to serve anyone because they keep the customers waiting outside of the store. Took an hour and a half to get in (after being told an hour) then another two hours to upgrade because thier computer systems are a nightmare.Edit: Dropped the review to one star now, the representatives in this store totally bungled my upgrade. I was told I would get $106 and $200 (as a promotion) back on phones I was trading in as a statement credit. Called Verizon today to inquire why I havent received the box to turn the phone in. Turns out they never put in for a trade in and on top of that its suddenly its only $68 per phone and no one acknowledges the promotion I was told about.. Oh, the money back is in a gift card not a statement credit, so thats fun. Dont trust anyones word here, typical big business, they make promises and then the person you talked to is nowhere to be found. Ill be switching carriers as soon as Im out of my contract.

Staff is very helpful and the actual Verizon service is far better then AT&T. The only reason they didnt get higher stars from me is.... they dont seem to truly know what they are selling and how the companies plans work. If you sign up for auto pay with anything but a bank account or debit card you will NOT get the $10 credit per line. So that advertising for unlimited at $45 a month is really $55. Watch out for add ons that you didnt approve such as a $50 a month device protection plan and the $10 a month cloud storage. All nonsense stuff you dont need as long as you have a good phone case and cloud storage is not necessary.

Dealing with Verizon for any issue is never pleasant. Ive been messed up more than once when Ive called their customer service line. But if you go to the Verizon store and speak with a representative, youll get the correct information and things will be taken care of immediately. Its a bit inconvenient to have to do this, but definitely more convenient than waiting on the phone and having to call back to make corrections!

Buyer beware, got a nice little racket going on for pay as you go clients. They do NOT stand behind the products they sell you, stuck with a defective phone that doesnt send or receive calls, and even if you purchase (even though this phone is less the 6 weeks old) another you lose the service days you have left. In my case 23 days out the window, with NO guarantee that the next one will work, and guess what, same horrid policy applies. Spend your money wisely, Verizon in Dickson City Pa. is a money pit.

Im sure this location is just fine IF they acknowledge your presence when you walk in. I walked in after work (I was in a servers uniform) to get some help with a WiFi connection issue Ive been having on my phone that cost basically a million dollars . SEVEN employees didnt great me. I waited at the front desk patiently for the next worker....fifteen minutes when by when another family dressed all Richy Rich style walked right in and they were greeted and helped right away. I held my tongue and just walked out. Im not going anywhere where Im judged by what clothes Im in to get help. Horrible judgemental workers!!!! It was worth the phone call to customer support, they helped me generously!

ANTHONY FALZONE is the store manager and can care less if you are deserving of a cash refund on a new product accessorie that is just few days past their policy,which is fine but just says no and looks at you like your a inconvenience to him. Very long wait. Other customers came in after I signed in and had waited in line. The new arriving customers were waited on as soon as they walked up to the counter and jumped in. The person signing in customers was missing in action. I had a simple service question but had to wait while Verizon people spent lots of time selling phones to others. They need a service desk, question desk and a sales only desk. Others who signed in and were placed in waiting hold... just walked out and left. Very poor system. Customers should be screened for reason visiting store when checking in.

Stopped by the Route 6 Verizon store to ask a question about my bill and to also pay my bill. When entering the building I was asked my name. Waited 25 minutes while 4 people were waited on that came in after me. Finally I asked if my name appeared on the list and I was told that I would be the second one called to be waited on. When I asked them why 4 people went ahead of me while my name was on the list they became agitated and made up excuses such as they didnt want anything. How did they know that and why didnt they know what I wanted? I will not step foot into that business again and I am not looking into a new carrier. This is not the first time that this has happened to me in this business.
