I never give game stops five stars but this experience was great I was finally able to get the Xbox series x and only had to wait 40 minutes the staff was nice and didnt push extras real hard best experience I ever had at a GameStop

Keeping empty Xbox controller boxes fully stocked on the shelves doesn’t seem very logical to me if you don’t have any in the store to sell. Seems like a trend at this store.

Great workers and selections of entertainment for different stages of life or etc.

Really small Gamestop location in the mall that doesnt have a very big selection of anything. There is also a 7 person in store limit, so if there is a line outside the store, maybe reconsider going in as you may be disappointed you waited in line at all

Manager Refused to sell us new console due to being in the mall earlier than other people in line. The mall has 10 entrances how would he know which entrance we came in through or how long we were waiting. If Im at the store to buy something I shouldnt be refused service thats insane.

I have been buying things there a long time. Staff is phenomenal and know what they are talking about. The staff are the heart of that store and without them the store wont be there. Great customer service and the store has great prices on all the greatest games. 5 out of 5 stars and they always make the place look nice. Cant ask for a better place to be at.

Over the last month-and-a-half Ive spent over 400 have had nothing but great service from these guys and thats unusual because usually its not that good at GameStop keep up the great work.

Some of the staff members are not that nice, but other than that its fine.

Bought a Xbox from them for my son for Christmas stop working after 10 days exchanged it for another one that one only lasted for 4 months also bout a new game had return it for another one because of the Xbox they sold then they want to buy back system for $16 after I paid over $150 for it unreal.
