I went to the store to get my phone fixed because the front and the back were cracked I told them that I wanted all original Samsung pieces which they had no problem ordering for me and I was willing to pay whatever I had to as long as it wasnt the same as the cost of a new phone. Well let me tell you NICOLE IS AMAZING. I waited 30 minutes for my whole phone to be repaired. That to me is amazing alone to know that she is doing this all with her bare hands shes a wonderful woman and Will highly recommend anyone to go here to fix their phone n ask for NICOLE!!!!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Nicole yesterday! The battery on my phone would not hold a charge so off to FixAll to get it replaced. The service provided by Nicole was outstanding! She had the battery replaced and did a diagnose of the motherboard to make sure it was not degrading. A very pleasant experience considering how customer service is not a priority for most businesses I deal with. Again, Thank You Nicole for outstanding service! I went to this store today afraid of what Id be charged because I had 2 pin cracks in my screen. I met Nicole the associate who didnt take advantage of me. She informed me my phone had a dual layer screen protector and that my phone wasnt scratched she could have easily said I needed a replacement but she didnt. She was very friendly and honest. I will definitely go here whenever I need a screen fixed. So if anyone needs screen replacement go here. They are honest people.

Had my phone fixed here. They replaced the glass on the front and put a clear protective coat on top for an additional charge. I had bubbles one day later. Paid over $300for the front glass and the protective screen with bubbles. I. Brought it back up and was told it happens. It shouldnt happen after paying that much. I know Ill get a negative response from the owner on here but I have receipts, photos and proof .

Very nice people. I am completely illiterate when it comes to cell phones. The girl there took her time to help and show me things I didnt know and helped discuss different types of cell phones. Very professional,courteous,and patient. She never charged me a dime! Definitely recommend and will definitely go back!!

Many wonderful compliments I have to give this Google review. For starters, the staff members were everything I needed them to be, as I was in the middle of a serious cell phone crisis. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately, the area was nicely kept, clean. Although I wasnt the only customer in the store at the time, I wasnt asked to wait. There were enough staff able and willing to assist me right away. The entire time I was there, I noticed great teamwork among the staff, and they all seem very well educated in what they specialize. MISSING PARTS - Fast and friendly, good service. Only issue was missing parts. Needed a screen replacement, walked out thinking it was odd I could see into the phone through the speaker. Rep at counter stated that was normal, and he had asked another associate himself. Realized when I got home I researched and realized they removed the ear speaker mesh anti-dust net and never put it back on!!!

The staff there were so professional. Wasn’t sure at first but within 1 min felt comfortable and certain it was the best place for the job. Had a new battery and a new screen within 40 mins wonderful job. Thanks again to the crew that worked on 7/9

Just got my Samsung note8 back today and so far Im very happy with the repair. I had a very swollen battery that had actually separated the top from the bottom of the phone. So the phone did not crack or break, FixAll thought we had a chance. I left the phone there and they said they would remove the old battery and install a new one. That was on Friday and they said they might have it for me on Saturday, but definitely by Tuesday. Well they text me Sat. Evening and said the phone was ready. Great service, very professional and done in a timely manner.

Looking at 100 dollar repair versus an 800 dollar new phone, the choice is easy. FixAll gave me that option without them it was 800 dollar new phone. They were professional, prompt, courteous and most of all knowledgeable. I stopped in just before closing and got the same treatment as if I was the first customer of the day. The phone was fixed and back by noon the next day. FixAll is a life saver. I love them!

I paid $170 to fix my screen. They did it, but they broke the glass on my camera. Then they ordered a new one and ruined that one. Ive taken 2 different items here on 2 separate occasions and was beyond satisfied both times! Both tables I was told by other places that they couldnt do it or it would cost double what this place charged! They are fast, efficient and reasonably priced considering what their doing. I took my iPhone X here to get the screen replaced because idropped didn’t have my screen in stock and I was too impatient to wait a few days. The man who took care of me here was kind and the service was fast. However, when I brought it home I still noticed the screen was doing weird things like glitching but it wasn’t bad so I ignored it. 5 days later, I dropped it (yes my fault) but the ENTIRE screen popped out of the phone. The screen was hanging on to the phone by the wires. Of course it cracked, but I couldn’t even get the screen back into the phone and the screen stopped working completely about an hour later. The store handled my complaint very well and offered a partial refund, which I was happy with because I was at fault for dropping it.
