We didnt spend much time in the store, but the minutes we did spend there, we were lucky to be greeted by Trevor who was friendly and helped us do exactly what we came in for. Unfortunately for him, we ended up just ordering the phone online, but he was still very friendly and willing to help. (Wish he could have gotten a commission anyway!) Go in and ask for Trevor!
I will admit to being a complicated customer but never have I had such a pushy manager, did not listen, and kept trying to not give us full credits, literally pointed out he wasnt making sense and yet..needless to say, no sale for them and a huge sale for Att online

I went to pay my bill with the machine first I had to use exzact change had to run to car then it wouldnt take change had to run to car again to get a dollar bill then I got back in paid it and it gave me back a slip that it owed me $81 then finally a man helped me and did it on his computer and it finally worked so after 4 trips to the car and hour at the store phone is finally paid .

My experience here at at&t with Christopher has been absolutely great I usually dislike going for new cell phones with the hassle and people trying to get you to buy things you dont need Chris went above and beyond to help my husband myself my daughter to transfer to an I phone and my son a new I pad he was honest patient kind and very hard working to help us not only for quality of phone but the plans best suited for family and first responders I would recommend this young man to anyone who is the search for a new phone we went from sprint to at&t and it was the most pleasurable experience Chris and the entire staff were kind patient and helpful I will be certain to always go back to the Scranton store and giving Christopher our business from here on out thank you Christopher for really being excellent and helpful to Me and my family
I went to the store today to ask some questions about upgrading my iPhone 6s to a newer model iPhone. I had many questions but the associate who helped us, Kari, was super knowledgeable and helped us figure everything out super quick and easily. She was also able to upgrade our plan and save us money each month. Very happy with the service and friendliness of the associates at this store! Thank you very much! :)
Ive visited this location twice this week and both associates were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They leveled with me about any questions and didnt try to push me to go beyond what I could afford. They were also incredibly polite and took everything I said very seriously. Would recommend this store to anyone.
This store and its employee (Andrew) has added 2 different phone numbers onto my account in the past year without my knowledge in order to reach quota (said by an AT&T rep himself). Make sure to look at your bill or else youll be stuck paying for a phone number that doesnt even have a device (but has your installment plan) attached to it.

The manager is a disgrace, he did nothing to help the one worker taking care of the 4 people waiting 2+ hrs. For service... The manager at the business rt.6 store should be ashamed of himself for having that title.
Mask required. Great customer care even with difficult customers. Sprint stopped working in my area and AT&T made the transition easy. I kept my sprint phone in a case since day one and they gave me a great trade in offer. I was able to take the old and new phones home to transfer all information. I just need to keep the old phone in the same condition and ship it to them. They didnt have a good selection of cases for the specific model I bought though. Other than that got everything I wanted.

Tonight, after HOURS of fighting with Verizon about being over charged I went to this At&t location. As soon as I walked in I was pleasantly surprised the store was clean and orderly, I was greeted immediately by friendly staff who although were with other customers took time to acknowledge me from the first step into their store. All the staff were busy with other customers, but the staff were all working so diligently with them, even the management staff was helping out. I had Christopher as my sales associate. He was FANTASTIC! Extremely knowledgeable about products, promotions and discounts. He even spent a little extra time looking if he could help save me more money. I really could not be more pleased with this experience. Thank you to all of the workers at this location this is EXACTLY how a store should be run. I can not thank you enough for the exceptional expierence I had at your store today. Merry Christmas!

Bought two phones less then a month ago and had to call today. I waited on hold for almost 30 minutes to ask if there was anything they could do about scam phone calls and text messages pretending to be at&t and was told they could help if I drove down to the store. When I drove to the store I was rudely told there was nothing they could do other then change my number and charge me $45 more. poor customer service

Not usually one to complain about a wait time and I understand certain measures have to be taken because of this fake pandemic we are in, but this was rediculous finally fed up with waiting I just left! Probably will never return to this location. Oh and side not parking is horrible at this location as well

ATT is worthless they sold me a phone less than 30 days ago that started showing not a genuine apple camera and then the display backlight failed. ATT customer service told me since purchased less than 30 days ago that ATT would replace it. I set an appointment and the rude manager called me and told me they cannot handle appointments that he wouldnt replace the device. This is all happens while im currently in the hospital with my wife having our child. zero compassion or understanding and honestly just downright rude. choose another provider ATT doesnt care about their customers at all.
Knowledge base at this location leaves something to be desired. Other than that its an ATT store.
Was just in there today, 11:30 on a Tuesday. I was the next in line and was told it would be about 15-20 minutes. I had 2 small babies with me and we waited over 1.5 hours before I finally asked how much longer. The girl there wouldn’t even acknowledge me, the 2 gentleman said they’d be a bit longer and asked the girl how much longer she would be to which she couldn’t give an answer and was acting like we were bothering her even asking. Terrible customer service will not be going back to that store. Id rather switch services

I was sent to that store to get a replacement device because my I watch was stolen off my porch. I sent there by customer service. Customer service made notes on my account. Corina was very l disrespectful, lazy and refused to help us out. I have never been so disrespected in my life.I will never go back to this store. I had to have customer service actually talk this lady to let her know they sent us. I was surprised she’s the manager. Very unprofessional

I had a fair experience. But am disappointed that the salesperson did not have much knowledge on the television packages that were offered nor the differences between certain phones. The stock seemed low on the phone I wanted, did not have many options in color and no black! Plus, no accessories were offered. My biggest complaint is that the prices listed on the display were different then what was told to us at time of purchase. $15 difference.
Place doesnt really want to help the customer. Only wants people to get phones with contracts. Go pay customer means nothing to them. They tell you to go to Walmart.
Purchased an item for pick up. Store not open at the time said on their store hours. Waited an additional hour and still not open. How can you run a business like that. This is very poor management by all involved including the area manager. Not sure when Ill be able to get my item since it seems no one wantscto show up for work...😡😡😡😡

I have used this store for years and always had fantastic service until recently. Today I was lied to about transferring of services. Told they can’t do them and told I had to call The service line. Afte being on the phone for over an hour I was told that it needed to be done at the store. Returned to the store and was told I needed to be on a waiting list. The customer service is horrible . I felt like they only wanted to help people buying phones and getting new lines. I no longer felt like a customer and pushed aside. I will never visit this store again and when my phones are paid off I will be changing providers.

This store helped me when inside the mail couldnt. Better then going in the mail right down the street from there. The mail employs seam like they all need more training. Because I spent 20 minutes in this store but hours in the mail and got nowhere in the mail store.
Worst experience I have ever dealt with dealing with the manager at this store named Karina. On black Friday we where having some trouble with our accounts being locked and wanting to add a new phone at target (The deals at target where much better than what AT&T was having) we where told by target to head over to AT&T and they could fix the problem. So we headed over that’s when we where told by the manager Karina that the only way they would unlock our account was if we purchased the phone from them. After being shocked we walked out and then placed a call with AT&T with success they where able to unlock our accounts. We come back a second time now needing to transfer my number over to my husbands account. The employee we dealt with who was new was wonderful he wanted to make sure everything got cleared up. As he went to ask her a question her voice got louder i was shocked to see how she treated her employees. The store was packed with over a two hour wait with three employees and two managers who said they aren’t allowed to sell phones or help anyone with a phone issue. Finally we get the phone transferred over with no help but the guy on AT&T on the phone. We go back to target sure enough they get a phone call asking to speak with the target tech manager sure enough it’s Karina calling to yell at him for sending multiple people over to AT&T with account problems and to complain about us. Whenever you have a issue with AT&T the first place people are going to go to is the AT&T store. I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional as i did that day. Never again

They only had 1 person working in the morning and it seems that is when it gets busy the most. But the 1 person who was working did a great job with working fast but effectively. She was extremely nice!

There are some people who are helpful. The rest have no clue what they are doing. I just started service a week ago. Nothing but issues. 2nd phone. Been to the store many times. And they try to sell you things. Just as bad as Verizon.

Today we came into this location after having the absolute worst experience ever at the Lehigh Valley Mall PA location yesterday after spending 2 1/2 hours at Lehigh Valley and an additional 1 1/2 hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue with our data service on my and my husbands I-pads to no avail ... we went into the SCRANTON PA SINIAWA PLAZA STORE ... there we were served by CHRIS WATKINS and TED MICHALIG, Manager who were not only professional but courteous in fixing our problem but were also able to get us set up with a data plan that increased our service from 7 Gigs to 10 Gigs a month for the same price we were paying. There are no words to express our total satisfaction and Thanks for their actions. IIF I COULD RATE THEIR SERVICE MORE THAN 5 STARS, I’D RATE THEM 100 STARS.
It took me 2hrs. When all I came in for was to buy a tablet. Associates did not respect my opinion and constantly tried to talk me out of buying an android tablet and into buying apple.

This one is for Phantasia. I just left this place and had to most unpleasant experience with an untrained sales representative. After explaining to her my situation of not being able to get data all day after switching over to AT&T this morning. She browsed through my personal information on my phone right in front of me. Then she said I couldnt get it because it was a T mobile phone. After telling her the phone was unlocked and my wife has the same phone, in which was able to get it working after bringing it into an AT&T store. She repeated herself and said I needed to use a AT&T phone. I left the store infuriated, while knowing I was just brushed off with a hard sell tactic that no one uses anymore. Called AT&T in my car in the parking lot, and had the data working within minutes. It turned out one letter in the code was wrong, she just didnt take the time to look at it. She displayed all the characteristics of an uncharismatic sales representative. Immediately asking me what services I have and do not have AT&T has to offer. No I dont want to buy television from bad sales reps! Fix my problem, and then well talk! This 1 stars for you girl!

The one guy I dealt with was very impatient, very bad with customer service, and very unhelpful. He was disrespectful and rude because he did not want to give me the time to assist me because his shift was ending. So if anyone goes there, do NOT go to Ian. I went to the store in the Viewmont Mall and they happily assisted me & got fast service.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this AT&T store to anyone needing help with their cell as I needed!!! An agent immediately came to my aid. I explained the problem and she immediately started answering my questions and began to fix my cell! She explained to me what I was doing wrong in order to prevent similar problems from happening again.
Catrina the manager is horrid. A had rep from customer care call me back to apologize for the way she treated me. Do NOT go to this location. Dunmore or the Mall is way better. All they do is try to sell you stuff and refuse to help with any questions. The manager is completely unexperienced.

This store is understaffed by incredibly rude personnel. I wanted to ask a simple question about a SIM card and was told in a very brusque manner (by a nasty person named Dana) that she was busy and had no time for any questions.I spent over 35 years in professional sales and we knew that 1000 atta-boys gets erased by 1 Oh S**t. This store epitomizes the phrase, Caveat Emptor! By contrast, I then visited the store in Honesdale and was treated quite well by an obviously happier and motivated staff.
Rude rep... Never again!!! He was management yet. Every question asked- well youll have to call customer service directly... Wth is the point of your position or having a store front then. Unreal. Poor and Unprofessional service. We switched carriers because of it.
Stopped here a few times and always have problems. Employees never able to do what was promised by AT&T customer service. Wait here can also be extremely long, they make you sign in as you walk in, which is a good way to keep track of people entering.
My experience here was horrible as a new customer Im stuck in the 2 year plan before I can go to another service. Managers Gage, Rob and their rep Tyler are all useless. Were about making and sell and trying to push to buy Direct TV. Instead helping with the billing issue. They couldnt do anything and the pushed it off to their customer care over the phone instead of helping. Poor Customer Service, no knowledge on what to do. Not worried about customer satisfaction or the quality of the service. Store smelled like marijuana in more than one occasions. Thanks for not helping and screwing people out of their hard earned money.

I bought a phone in August.. its already malfunctioning 2 months later. I tried to call the store 20 times and cant get anybody to answer the phone and help me figure out the problem and solution to the problem. Im disgusted in the whole situation.

I’ve been waiting for a hour now for service two workers on the floor & two in the back room one of which I assume is the manager. Friend of mine comes up & says she’s now waited two hours.... this is absolutely ridiculous, poor customer service, & insane wait times. Definitely avoid this location as they’re extremely slow & don’t seem to care.
There is usually a long wait at this store. You can make an appointment online and hope to be seen at the time you choose. What Ive noticed is theres only opportunity for, at most, 3 workers to meet with customers at any given time. I wound up waiting an hour and a half for my turn after I was signed in. This is just unacceptable. What I noticed were there were at least five people, myself included, waiting to be seen. Although its appreciated by customers that the workers provide relaxed conversation, it was noted that conversation other than AT&T phone related conversation was taking place, while we sat and waited to be seen. Then with five people waiting in line one of the managers evidently decided to go ahead and cut one of the workers lose for break. Leaving poor Justin and Jardon by themselves to field the increasingly irritated customers. People were going in and out of side room doors and kept disappearing but no one took the time to try to address the customers who have been waiting. When I asked the young woman who was signing people in, what happened to the two workers that were there earlier she replied theyre on a telephone call in the managers office. Then the girl who went to break came out of the break room and our hopes were dashed when she went into another room and never emerged. She was seen, when the door opened, sitting at a desk. Mind you we were down to still the two men helping the customers. I must say these two men work their tails off and deserve to be compensated! They put up with the verbal comments from the irritated & frustrated customers and continue to hold a professional demeanor. I had to leave and return after making some adjustments with my cable company and my phone. When I returned Justin was still hard at work. He worked quickly and thoroughly to attend to as many customers as he could. The other woman worker was much slower. Justin even assured me that he would text me as soon as he had more information regarding the porting of a my landline number to an AT&T line which he did the following day as promised. Clearly the store needs to follow stricter guidelines for conversation and wasting time. I also feel, since this is not the first time Ive experienced extremely long waits at the store, that the store should have more workers scheduled during peak hours. Many people come from work from 4 to 7 to address issues regarding their phones. It would be a good idea to schedule extra people at that time to clear up the list of customers waiting to be seen. I must say no one treated any of us rudely. The two men employees, Justin and Jardon were great examples of dedicated, hard-working AT&T employees!

Went in to get a new phone, transferring from a different provider. The process was quick and easy and the associate Cody was very nice and knowledgeable about the available plans and features.
Im a verizon customer. Have been for 15 years. My girlfriends phone fried itself so she needed to either have it looked at or use her insurance. AT&T does not have service where verizon does. Drive to Forest City and try to make a call. They might have ok service in the valley but as you travel north their coverage is weak and unrealiable. The store itself is ok. Entrances to the plaza are ludacris but I wont hold that against them personally. Its just something to think about. The end of the plaza the store is on you almost cant drive a vehicle from Rt6 in. I digress. Just go to verizon next to red lobster. Ask for Deviny. Problems solved.
