The young lady, Tatiana, was very helpful and patient in a very challenging environment - a busy and noisy mall kiosk. She gave me good and HONEST advice. Finally, she gave me the distinct impression that she enjoyed her work - a rarity on this day and age.

Worst experience of my life over a SCREEN PROTECTOR, felt like I had to protect my LIFE working with the woman at the Verizon in the viewmont mall. Her nails were much longer than her patients and her attitude as rotten as her stench. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

This is the very worst verizon kiosk i have ever been too. The one gentleman could not help us at all. Ordered a galaxy s10 online and was supposed to pick it up there. Arrived at the location for us to be told that they do not have the order because there system and verizons system were not communicating and our best option is to cancel the order or theyll let us know when its in there maybe by Tuesday. Now we live about an hour away and we dont make it down here often. They were not trying to help with any sort of solution just seemed like we were abother. Needless to sau we will never be going back there again.
