Porsche OwnerFix Auto Body did an outstanding job on my Carrera rear bumper repair and paint work. Quality of any body shop shows first and foremost in paint work and theirs reflects the rest of the operation, top notch. Nice touch was a daily text message with status updates and estimated completion date and time. Colin was great to work with from handling the insurance details to going over repairs. Satisfaction exceeded my expectations, personally that’s exactly the kind of place I want to do business with.

Excellent body shop repair! Took only a few minutes to get estimate. They worked directly with my insurance company. Had my car completed before I expected it to be done. Our 2013 car looks brand new. Definitely recommend this place.

Working with fix auto made dealing with a car accident alot less stressful. Fix Auto helped me fix a good portion of the body of my car after I hit a huge pothole that tore my front end up pretty bad. They have EXCELLENT communication with every step, they filled me in on what theyre able to do for me and what my options were. Very thankful for their determination to get things pristine for me. Great work done on my BMW M3. I purchased a 2001 M3 from BaT that had the paint cracking on the hood. Collin & team did their best, sanded it down, only to find out more filler than expected. Not giving up they kept prepping it. Painted/re-sanded it at least 4 times but it just wouldnt stick. Not to get into the technical details but the aluminum M3 hood needs a special sander/grinder to avoid contaminants to allow paint to adhere, the previous work contaminated it. Fix spent many hours and supplies on my hood and made it the best they could. Colin did say hed paint a new hood for me at no extra cost, he took ownership of it since he estimated the work and said they could do it. I felt bad, but months later when I saved enough spare cash I bought a new hood, had it shipped to Fix and they delivered. Brand new hood, brand new paint and I am writing this months after, going through the AZ summer heat, and no problems! Thanks guys, good work!

Fix auto North Scottsdale repaired my car and it looks just like new! There was quite a bit of damage done to my car after someone smashed into me after running a stop sign. Every time I called to check on the car, not only was Colin friendly and knowledgeable, but he was very professional as well. He always took plenty of time to answer any questions that I had, and he definitely knows this business inside now out! This is the 2nd time I have gone to Fix the first time, the car was in an accident but the car was totaled but this time I went and they went right to work when picking up the car, Colin, whom I believe is a manager was very professional and helpful, they even had helped fix something that was not part of my repair and welcomed return visits if needed. I am very happy with this place. The extra things he helped with were not part of the accident but helped to correct as best as possible with no charges

Dont get any body work done without talking to FIX. I had some minor damage to the tailgate of Audi Q7. Audi wanted $5896 and couldnt take the car for 2 weeks. They wanted to keep the car for a month. I went to Fix and they said $1200 and well have it for you in 4 days. DONE. Work was beautiful and I cant tell the difference between new parts and repaired parts. After all, its only a car.

Work was good but drove gas out of my car then lied about it said that they took it for 3 mile ride and told me I probably forgot what it was at when 5 days prior my milage was at 156,447 and my job is on 3.5 miles from my house I use 35 miles from home to work but when I picked my car up it was at 156,617 so claiming you only went 3 miles and I dropped my car off on the 2nd just doesnt make since I also went there with 130miles of gas got it back at 83miles.

The FIX was AWESOME. I hit a coyote and it took out my spoiler and fog lamp. I got my rental and within 2 days they had my T & C mini van fixed and ready to go. The van looked GREAT when I picked it up.

The car looks perfectly tops, as it did when I purchased it 2 years ago.

Colin was very rude and pushyHe wanted to bondo my panel instead of replace it. He tried to tell me my mint condition toyota 4x4 was only worth $1500. I laughed. I think he works for the insurance company. I have already been offered over $5000 for my truck. I would never recommend this place

DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT! Brought my car for a fender repair. Picked up the car the next day, it was returned with a broken windshield. The merchant refused accountability or to repair damages.I complained to the BBB and AZ Consumer Affairs with no response from the merchant.Do not use!
