Raintree Auto Body did a wonderful job of fixing damages to the body of the vehicle. They followed through on the estimated finish date and repairs were optimal. Front office personnel were professional and helpful with questions. I have and will continue to recommend Raintree to others.

I have hired raintree auto body several times now. I love the quality of work they do and service they give.I can not even tell there was damaged on either vehicle I had fixed. Here’s the latest example.The other was damaged to a rear bumper after a friend used it.

It makes it appear (from an attorneys point of view) that your shop will deliberately add things to a quote to get money out of an insurance agency. Then, when or if they catch on, you hold the client responsible for those legal fees should a lawsuit result.Now, this probably is not the case at all. However, one sentence in your form makes it appear as such. I would highly suggest your attorney edits that sentence.You should avoid being combative when you respond to reviews. It only wastes your time and looks petty. Why argue with one who went elsewhere? See my point?Have a wonderful tomorrow. I do mean that with all sincerity.P.S. You should not say unfortunately our signed authorization form has been written by an attorney you should say fortunately.... Came out of Costco to find my forerunner had been backed into. Damage was pretty significant, but drivable. Took my time to ask friends/family and search the web for a reputable location. Raintree seemed to be consistently well spoken of. A friend had dealt with Trevor Wrigley in the past so I reached out him specifically based on their praise. Process was incredibly easy, and they even finished a day early and a few bucks less than estimated! Communication was excellent and my Toyota looks better than new!

I was greeted upon entry. A quote was created and the work was completed quickly, exceeding my expectations. The work was done right the first time at a reasonable price. I have used this business several times in the past and will return when needed in the future.

The clear coat was going away on the roof and hood of my 2003 BMW and it had a lot of chips and road rash on the front end, typical for a 107K mile car in Phoenix. I took it to Raintree Auto Body to get the front end and roof painted.Bob and Kara did a great job keeping me informed of what was going on and finished the car when they said they would. the results exceeded my expectations, they matched the 14 year old paint perfectly. We had our 2019 Honda Odyssey Elite repaired after it was backed into just behind the passenger sliding door. The process was slow, we had a few quirks, but I was pleased how they worked with our Honda dealer (Right Honda) to get it repaired correctly and completely. We tend to keep our cars a long time and the work was quality.

I had some fairly simple front bumper replacement work done here on my Tesla Model 3. The end result looks great and Im happy with it. The staff and communication here is what Id like to really point out though. Everyone I worked with responded quickly and followed up to check on certain things frequently. I will definitely be using them again if I need body repairs.

Took my Tesla in for body repair. Communication was poor on shop end. I had to call in a couple of times to check status. Took 2 weeks for minor paint and sensor. The car was drivable so the insurance company refused to pay for the extra week rental. Car should have not taken an extra week for minor paint. Shop could have easily gave back the car until the part came in.Making the option to use this shop has cost me more money than the insured company. Never recommending or using this shop again.

Our Tesla model 3 came back looking flawless, plus Bob and the team made dealing with insurance a breeze. They treated us like long time family members, which really took the stress out of the situation.

The entire process of having body work done on my 128i was not only easy and painless it was a joy. My black convertible BMW 128i was in good running order, but dull and somewhat scratched up after 9 years in the desert. The damage I wanted repaired was self-inflicted, somewhat more complicated than it looked, dented from the rocker to the belt line along the seam between the fender and the door.I appeared on the doorstep at Raintree Autobody without an appointment and was greeted and introduced to the manager within 5 minutes. The inspection took another 5 minutes. And the estimate was in my email within 5 minutes. When I called for an appointment I was given the day and time that I asked for and the car was finished when promised. The bill matched the estimate exactly. All of that good service is why I come back to Raintree whenever I need a body shop. Their service is excellent.But I have to tell the world about the exceptional quality of the work. My 9 year old car shone better than brand new. The paint was brought back from the dead of black paint in the desert, and the new paint was blended seamlessly with the rest of the car that had been polished to match the new. I had an unfortunate accident in my Cadillac Escalade. I hit a large metal object on the 101 Freeway. The car in front of me dodged it and I subsequently hit it.....very hard. The damage to my car was all underneath. The hit took out two tires, rims, axel, struts, shocks, and breaks. Raintree autobody was very caring and worked closely with the insurance company to get my car the repair it deserved. I’m glad that Cadillac referred them and also happy that nobody was injured from this accident.

I had a four-inch-wide scratch along the drivers side fender and adjacent area on the front of the door. I brought it to Raintree for an estimate to repair. The young fellow said, Give me a minute, and came back with two containers of polish and an electric buffer and in three minutes took the entire scratch out. Youd never know it was there Probably a run-in with a grocery cart, he surmised. These guys could have told me it would cost $1,000 to match the paint and redo the entire fender and door -- and I wouldnt have known any better. This was honesty and principle at its finest, and to say it was appreciated it a major understatement.

Terrible experience with Raintree autobody. I took in my 2020 GLE 450 for some body work after an accident. The original repair took more than two weeks longer than promised (which I can understand), but more frustrating was the terrible communication. I had to be constantly reaching out and asking for updates-- they were never provided freely.On the day I was told the car would be ready, I waited around for a long time before the car was actually ready. Furthermore, the car was not cleaned when I picked it up.All of this is somewhat minor inconveniences, but the worst part:They misaligned my door when they re-installed it. It was rubbing against the fender and caused further damage. I had to take it back in and they had to re-repair and paint it.Both the customer service and the actual bodywork was exceptionally poor.

My E320 had some body damage in 2013 that required a new bumper. Last year the paint started flaking on that bumper. I contacted Bob Casper at Raintree and was surprised that they would cover it under warranty. Working with Bob Casper and Kara was a great experience. I will recommend Raintree Auto Body to all of my friends.

Picked Up SUV Friday Afternoon.Work was completed on time, as promised, on budget.Workmanship is 1st rate, staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. Trevor made the experience simple. Raintree Auto Body is the GO TO body shop for the best auto dealers in Scottsdale. My store highly recommended Raintree Auto Body.Would use this vendor again.

Raintree Auto Body is the best shop in Arizona! Their work and customer service is top notch. I saw that they do a lot of really high-end cars there, Bentley, Ferrari, and I think I even saw a McLaren. It was so nice to get treated as if I was a high end customer, even though my job was a smaller one on my 2017 Chevy Silervado truck. I got a quote for my daughters Tesla Model X for a dent in the right rear corner about the size if your fist. Received a 6 page estimate from Bob Casper for over $11,000. Yes its a Tesla. Aluminum repair, but $11K? Quote listed all kinds of stuff that had nothing to do with the small repair. I guess an insurance company would just right the check.I took the car to another authorized Tesla repair shop in Chandler and it was repaired like new for $2500. So if you want to pay out of pocket, shop around. (this was about a year ago, but it still bugs me)

I was in a fender bender and took my Audi straight to Raintree, they have taken care of my family and friends for decades and continued with the exceptional transparency, service, and timely repair of my car. They kept me updated along the way and the car came back clean and looked like it came straight from the factory. Paul, the owner took time out of his day to talk with me directly and has always been the first person I refer any body work to. Great guy and awesome family. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I know this place has a sterling reputation, but Ive had nothing but troubles.Had them make repairs in January. They said they needed the vehicle for 1 week, but they kept it for 2. Then they need to get approval from insurance for additional work, but submitted to wrong insurance Co. I pointed out the error and they had the audacity to tell me I was wrong!2 days after picking up my vehicle it was obvious 1 of the repairs needed attention.Now the windshield that was replaced had developed a crack. I took my vehicle back to show them but they take no ownership. Told me they contacted that repair out and I was on my own.Im am old-school believer in do the right thing, but its clear they do not subscribe to that ethic.I will NEVER go to them ever again! The person who was assigned to my case is Brett. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about him.

This place is awesome. They paint match the car perfectly. The lines all match and the work is quality. I have not had to go back once for issues. Not only have I used them, but they adhere to my works car issues and it is always done promptly and perfectly. Bob Casper and Tom Val are great to work with.

Horrible customer service. Was notified on Tuesday about picking up my vehicle, I advised I would not be able to pick up the vehicle until Saturday. Bob advised just to call 1 hour ahead of time. I called today 2/15 and now they are claiming they do not allow pick ups on Saturdays. People who have careers cannot just drop everything during the week. A company who doesnt cater to working professionals is not a company I will ever patron or recommend. Customer beware!
