I recently had a tire that was unrepairable and that we recently purchased on our sports car. I have purchase all my tires from this Discount Tire location and they have always delivered top notch service. Michael and Bill (Mgr) were very helpful to get the replacement tire in a timely manner and were able to prorate the tire so the cost of replacement was minimal. They have continued to earn our business for me and my family. Consistency is the Hallmark of Excellence and they are consistent in delivering Great Customer Satisfaction!! Theyre working on my car now so I cant speak to the actual work yet, but its a busy morning and Ive been able to watch some really impressive customer service from the lobby. People obviously dont enjoy having to replace their tires or wait in line, but the staff interacts with each customer with patience and understanding. Theyre knowledgeable and efficient and seem to work really well together. I hope I dont have to be back any time soon because I *really* dont like having to deal with tires, but I wouldnt hesitate to come back here.

The Scottsdale & Shea store has the most amazing team EVER! Tyler greeted me as soon as I arrived and was very attentive to the issue that I with my tire. He was able to get me in for service right away which was super awesome because this was a service vehicle! As I waited in the lobby, I was greeted by Kyle and Michael, who were very personable, friendly, and professional. I was on my way in less than an hour! Took a hour and something to fix 2 tires with nails in it but wasnt flat. And i was the only customer there at one point so they could of easily finished quick but tried to upsell me on a product and i said no so i guess they took their time when its their free service they dont treat u the same

Bill from Discount tire went above and beyond. He spent a lot of time making sure that my specialty tires were perfect.

I took my vehicle in to get a nail removed from my tire. $25 later on Lyft rides and 2 hours of wasted time I go to pick up my car assured the problem was fixed. The following day the same tire was low on air. I checked again and found the SAME nail in the tire. Nothing was even done! What a waste of money. The sad thing is if my tire exploded while driving it could have costed me my life or my vehicle all due to the negligence of this sad location of discount tire. I will continue going to discount tire but definitely will go to a different location.

Tommy was such a great employee. I really appreciated how he made sure I got the best price for what I wanted. He answered all my questions which means he has a lot of patience. I was also happy that Tommy reassured me that this store was going to provide me the best service possible, which is why I decided to try this place and its why I will be returning. Everyone here greats an A+ from me. I strongly recommend them. Oh and their dog friendly so that was a plus.

Im writing this review because I am constantly impressed with the customer service here. Everybody there always impresses me. Today I overheard the conversation next to me over a charge the customer didnt understand. The young man thoroughly explained it twice and pleasantly listened to the customers concerns. They finally finished without any problems and a solid understanding. Joey the young man helping me was so cool... I paid $40 more than a firestone quote because I feel confident they will be there for me. I used to view Tires as a boring necessity. Went there to get my Suburban patched up because of a nail. Discount Tire said because the nail was was too close to the edge, they needed to order a whole new tire. So I drove to some place on 32nd Street and they patched it up in 3 minutes, $10. The guy on 32nd Street said that needing a new tire was complete BS.

Quick air pressure check and FREE! However, after they fill, got notice from OnStar that pressure low in all four tires.

Discount tire is Amazing I don’t know what else to say, I came in with low tread on my tires and a screw in my rear tire. They fixed the flat and explained that it was nearly time to change my tires. No big sales pitch or pressure at all. I felt like they really cared about my car and safety vs just wanting to just make a sale. I’ll be back to get the new tires soon!!

Excellent service. I had an appointment for 10a for 4 new tires. I dropped my car off around 9a so I could get to work, and I expected it just to sit there until they got around to it, which would have been fine. It was done and ready to pick up by 10a. There were several customers already there, so its not like they werent busy; theyre just apparently very good at what they do. All staff members I interacted with were friendly, efficient and accommodating.

They were awesome. I got a flat and I came in there and they patched it up for free and had me on my way in less than 45 minutes. I was very pleased. Now granted, I did buy my tires there so I had road hazard coverage I guess, but overall they are always really nice and they are fair.

The guys at this discount location were spot on with everything and efficient. From the second i pulled up to the store, I had someone helping me and directing me through the process. Was in and out and on my way in under an hour with getting 4 new tires installed.

I went to have a tire filled with air, but was informed that my back tires were dangerously short on tread. The staff were very helpful with getting my car into the shop quickly and made me feel like I was in good hands. From quality of service to friendly staff, this discount tire is my favorite place to get my tire fix. Would recommend to anyone and everyone, always.

Everytime my family uses this location. It has been by appointment for the purchase of new tires, rotation or fix a flat. It Never fails you show up early or on time and you are forgotten. People you as walk-ins get taken care of first and then when you inquire when my vehicle will be ready your given some excuse and told oh it will be another 45 minutes. Company is great! Use a different location if you have anything else going on in your life.

Newly renovated shop with very nice comforts for customers while waiting. This shop is always busy on Saturday so get there early. I have been going to this shop for 19 years and have never felt that I was being cheated which I have with other tire stores. TIP- get the road hazard warranty on your tires it has always paid off in AZ. Staff were professional and courteous and work hard. I will not go anywhere else

Brandon did an incredible job finding a replacement tire from out of state and getting the job done. They are the best. Ive had one issue where they scratched a rim, but other than that, they have been phenomenal. I didnt even bring it up since I sold the car shortly after. The manager Bill is great, honest and will keep you updated along the way. I have been brought 5 cars there and at least 8 sets of tires so far. Even had a TPMS fixed recently.

Hate to do this but I just do not tolerate poor customer service. I recently purchased a brand new set of wheels and tires for my car and had them mounted at discount tire. The initial mounting was fine however the wheels are black and randomly some got silver weights and some got black weights after balancing. This is not a huge deal but a week or so later I got some grippier new front tires and when I had them mounted and balanced they absolutely BOTCHED my new wheels. They put sizeable scrapes in them taking off the old weights and putting on the new ones. They also left behind all the remnants of the adhesive material from where the weights were prior. UNACCEPTABLE in my opinion. They did refund $42 but each wheel was over $150 new so to me it was a slap in the face.

I’ve been a customer for a number of years, and have always appreciated the wonderful service and product. I could go into a long story about how difficult a day it was and what led me to Discount Tire just this past evening, but no need! If there were a way to leave a 20 Star review I would! If you live in Phoenix, you cant go wrong by purchasing Dicount Tires Road Hazard Warranty! It is the best repair or replace warranty when you have a problem with a tire. You can even buy this coverage for the tires on your new car bought at a car dealer.

I have been to many discount tire locations in Phoenix. This one is a good one. They give you accurate wait times, unlike other locations where they tell you it will be an hour and you end up being there for 2 hours.The staff are kind and well spoken. I recommend trying to get an appointment ahead of time. However they always take walk-ins and sometimes walking in is just as fast as getting an appointment.Be sure to ask how long your appointment will take. If its too long you can make an appointment for another day.

This is my go to place for tires and has been for over twenty years. Prices are good and you can almost always strike a deal. However, on my last trip to Discount Tire, I was ignored for a full ten minutes. I walked. As this company grows bigger and bigger I have noticed cracks in their service and attitude. Hopefully this will get corrected or they will follow the path of all once admired businesses.

I called the DTC store at 7075 E Shea Blvd on a Saturday looking for a speciality tire due to a tire blow out the night before. Bill Tull at this store took my call and was very pleasant. He located the tire and said they shouldnt have a problem getting it delivered to the store and installed the same day.The tire was delivered and I was able to pick up my car at the end of the day on a Saturday.I really appreciate this kind of extra service from Bill/DTC because I know this required some extra effort for little profit. Additionally, my husband and I have been buying tires from DTC for the past 15 and we have not always experienced great service. We will be returning to this store location. Thank you!

Im a loyal Discount Tire customer that relies on their expertise and suggestions when I purchase tires. Unfortunately, Ive had to replace the rear tires on my Mercedes E350 every six to eight months for the last 3 years due to unusual tread wear. Each time, Ive gone with their suggestions but to no avail, the tires continue to wear very quickly. Since my tires arent rotated due to the front/rear tires being different, the assistant manager expected me to need rear tires every 12-20K miles. The most recent set of rear tires were purchased less than 4 months ago and were driven on for ~6K miles. Although they are under warranty from the manufacturer until ~22K miles, Im expected to pay for the portion of the tire used and Discount offers an intermediate solution. Sergio offered me a new set of rear tires for ~$230. He said, as Ive heard from other employees, the system wouldnt let him change prices. I wasnt satisfied with the offer and took a picture of the sign stating he was one of the managers on duty. Suddenly, he tricked the system and discounted the tires. If youre experiencing unusual tire wear I strongly advise measuring the tread depth at least once a month.

For service, Discount Tire is pretty good and consistent no matter which location you go to (not always but mostly). What makes a difference is how busy the particular store is and how long youll have to wait. When they are busy, its going to take time to get done. Make an appointment and earlier is better.

I have 3 cars and have spent thousands at Discount Tire. One time I spent $1,200 for 4 tires and a warranty, later they said I couldnt have the warranty because my tires were stretched. Before I bought the warranty they said it would be covered. In this situation I dealt with Brian. These tires were $700 for 4 and were still in the warranty period. The front two have rips in the tire. He said its wear and tear and the best thing he could do is give me $17 towards two new tires. For 10k miles left on the warranty (60k mile warranty) you save a grand total of 8.50 refund per tire on a $175 tire. The total cost would be 400 or so. The $100 warranty they talk up and sell so hard when I was buying the tires is kind of pointless. Ive bought the warranty 3 times and refused the last. This is the second time Ive been told different information from buying the warranty to when it was in use. If you get a nail in your tire they demand that you replace both tires to keep the warranty, which I did last time. I brought that up to Brian and, at first Brian said yes you have to replace both and later changed it to you could replace one if you wanted. He didnt mention the warranty wouldnt be available. Ive used the Tempe location as well and they were more polite. This Scottsdale location is polite but knows you have money and tries to hose you on the warranty. The problem for Discount Tire is they dont know I have multiple cars and have had issues with the warranties multiple times. This is the 4 time and Im done with you guys. Im going to Firestone instead. Oh, and discount tire said they couldnt get the two tires my car currently has, even though I could before. Id have to pay 175 for the new version yet Firestone can get the current tires on my car for 160. Is that because Id have a $17 rebate from the warranty? Most likely.

The longest I’ve ever waited for tire service. I’ve always gone to discount and been satisfied but this is my first time at this location. I won’t be back. They said 2.5 hours when I checked in. It was closer to 4.

Im updating my review here. The service and price were good, with honest work. The only reason they will not receive more stars, is not being able to deliver on a worst case scenario time frame they gave, and that the time frame I experienced was close to three hours to change 4 tires on my truck. I wont be going back to this location ever again, but I have faith in Discount Tire at their other locations - my fault for walking into the wrong one.

Discount tire is always my top pick. Service gas always been good and prompt. They are well staffed and they seem to do whats right by customers. The guys put my old, greasy wheels in the back of my 4Runner and stained the carpet. I wanted the old wheels, and I put down a drop cloth, but I guess it wasnt quite big enough. I would have thought that they might have been a bit more mindful and maybe just given the old wheels a quick wipe or placed the non-greasy side on the carpet or maybe even throw down one of those disposable paper drop cloths. Its 108 degrees out, and I think my patience is wearing thin. I had a plumber over recently who also did 99% work. 99% work is something that really annoys me. Its when a person has completed 99% of the job, and just doesnt finish it. Im not perfect either, but I do my best to do complete work. Now, I get to go back out in the heat to buy a carpet cleaning product, and then stand out there and scrub it in the heat...but first, I need to attend to the unfinished details my plumber left behind.

I bought a new set of tires from this location and a couple weeks later, I got a nail in one of the tires.
