This is my go to location when I need to get repairs. The staff is very friendly and professional, my car is always ready early or right on time and they work well as a team. Carl helped me this time and he made sure to keep me posted on progress during the repairs. My car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up, a nice touch! I rent a car through Enterprise down the street, the two business work together to make sure it’s a seamless experience as well.

Marsha handled my case and was perfect. They gave me updates on my vehicle and let me knew how everything was going. I definitely would recommend this place if someone needs a body shop.

If you are looking for a trustworthy place to take your vehicle that won’t rip you off- this is the place!!! I went to Mercedes’ and they quoted me $600 for a small roof piece to be replaced. Visited caliber collision for a quote and the popped it back in in 5 MINUTES and at no charge!!! They could have easily made money off me and were so helpful and honest!!! Will only bring my vehicle’s here!

100 dollars worth of lottery tickets stolen from glovebox, took longer than quoted by a week or more, have to return for missed hood spot. Other than that, not bad of a place. Lady was nice and explained why it took so long and I kind of believe her. Ended up with some aftermarket parts but they looked decent.

Excellent shop. They fixed my 2003 Mercedes Benz G Wagon. Marsha was amazing to work with. She listened to me and she went beyond the norm to help me out. The rest of the staff were very helpful. Highly recommend them!

Needless to say, they are usually by appointment only because of COVID but, because I was out of town, Marsha told me to come in and she would take care of me.Well, SHE DID!!!! She kept me up to date if everything that was going on with the repair. When I reached out to the Caliber team, I was treated with the kindest and most-caring team of professionals. I am likely one of the most obsessed and particular vehicle owners there is. The employees are so polite and professional, they’re knowledgeable about their craft and just all around great. My car looks brand new! They also partner with Enterprise, so they have rental cars on property. You can drop your car off and drive off the same lot in a rental. When they told me my car was ready, I asked how long the process of picking it up would take, as I was planning on getting it on my way to work. I came in the morning and the guy who drove my car up mentioned how he knew I was on my way to work so he was trying to be quick! It was a great ending to an all around great experience, which is a huge relief when dealing with something as stressful as a car accident. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use their services again, but if I needed to, I would definitely return!

Steven was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! He explained the process of what needed to be done to my car when I dropped it off. He gave me a tentative pick up date for 4 days out but then had it ready in two! During the two days my car was at the shop I received 1-3 texts per day, updating me on which part of the process they were in. It helped with stressing out about when my vehicle would be ready. When my car was returned it looked fantastic! She was clean from the inside out! They do not stand behind there work. They ruined my back glass in my vehicle then claims they didnt do it. They are the only ones that have ever touched my truck. Will not use them ever again. They hide there stuff they extra modify. Be careful who ever uses them.

I was so impressed by Caliber Collision, Old Town. I was referred to them by my insurance company when my son got into an accident. Steve was amazing and so helpful. He was great about keeping us informed every step of the way. The car looks fabulous, better than when we got it for my son! Steve went above and beyond for us which is so rare these days. There is a lot going on but I am going to be concise and to the point.It was a parking lot accident with a minor dent. It took 8 days and the car looked like crab at the end. On Thursday, they asked me to pick up the car and they had a big patch on the car and scratches and they are like sorry, we forgot to buff them. Anyways, they took another 48 to slap some paint and give me a car with glue and paint all over the place. Please look at the pictures again. The bumper was unaligned with gaps in there and visible glue marks on the bumper that extends inside the gas area, the taillight and the rim as shown in the pictures. The store manager prides himself that he does mostly excellent work and that’s great but you don’t want to be the guy/gal where they miss your vehicle. So proceed at your own risk if you want to use any of the Caliber Collision shops.

I had no one to help me get my car to them so they even came and picked it up and then also when It was all finished they dropped it off to me here at home ! This process was so seamless. I got rear ended in a hit and run and my insurance recommended Caliber. They responded to everything very quickly and got the parts the next day after having my car picked up from my home. They kept me informed the entire time and actually got done with everything earlier than quoted. If God forbid anything else we’re to happen to my car I would definitely come back!

Carl (service rep) is extremely helpful. He is great at communication and answering questions. He is very honest with you and will not try to pull one over on you. And of course I am pleased with the job the techs did on the mirror replacement, paint touch-up, and fender dent repair. They are pretty quick, too. Not TOO quick to where they cut corners, they still take enough time to make sure it is a quality repair, but they make sure they do finish as quickly as they can manage so that you arent waiting a million years to get your car back. Mine only took a week, and would have actually been finished sooner if one of their providers had not sent them a damaged part.

This customer service is AMAZING!!! We’re from out of town and needed a hitch pin removed that had gotten stuck We called a couple places who told us they didn’t have time. Caliber Collision had the pin out in 5 minutes! It is obvious they put the customer first- Thank you for kindness and for helping a customer in need.

My insurance company gave me Caliber Collision as an option for repairs on my vehicle. It was closeby to me so I figured I would give them a shot. They kept me informed through every step of the way, detailed my car entirely as well as fixed my vehicle to a T. Caliber Collision went above and beyond, and even helped me with a rear blinker light after I noticed it went out once I already have my vehicle back from repair. Any future repairs will always be done through them.

I wish I could remember the name of the front desk girl but she was so amazing and helpful even got me a ride home after dropping of my car. I cant remember the technicians name either but he was extremely helpful and always kept me informed. Would choose this location again for any repairs.

Kyle and Carl were incredibly helpful. I got a 7 day quote for repair, and it ended up being ready the very next day! Super helpful, since I couldnt afford a rental and was getting rides. The car not only is fully repaired and working wonderfully, but they blended the damage in where it actually looks brand new. Thanks so much for all the help. Do not come here for Geico Express. Not a pleasant experience and your vehicle will not be the same as before your incident. They cut corners here and that is not something you want when it comes to the safety of you on the road.

I had my car in this place for 14 days and I never received a call or a text to notify me that it wasn’t going to get fixed. I went in on Monday to check the status of my car and thats when they tell me that’s it’s not getting fix but the worst part of it is when I get back my car and realized that one of the employees had smoked inside of it leaving ashes in the car and the nasty smell of tobacco (that still doesn’t go away and I have a two year old with autism) and tried to cover it up by opening an air freshener very very disappointed 👎👎👎👎

UPDATE- Mitch at Caliber has called and offered to make everything right, including car service for a day if necessary. I learned that everyone does need a 3rd chance and will update when completely satisfied.Original Post:Lets just take it from the top. I came in with body work on a toyota corolla, as well as some internal body work as I had been hit by a flying pool bouy on the freeway, which tore out my wheel well and had me leaking fluid everywhere. The short of it is, I had a great experience with my insurance setting everything up and even getting into my rental, but overall Caliber failed. My initial experience was with Ernie, I came in with 3 hubcaps, he said I would leave with 4. I still have 3. Second, I got in my car after it was supposedly fixed and it pulled right above 60mph, so the alignment was not done correctly. I took it back and now it pulls a little left, but I dont trust them nor do I have the time to drop off my car again on a weekday and cross my fingers that they get it right. To top it off, part of the fluid I was leaking was my windshield wiper fluid. The entire fluid holder had to be replaced. Caliber billed my insurance for the unit and the fluid to fill it back up....... and when I went to use it this weekend, NOTHING CAME OUT! Now, it wasnt life or death this weekend, but what if I had been covered in mud? Caliber is responsible for getting us back on the road SAFELY and in good as new conditions per Ernie. I have called and spoken with the front desk lady, she offered to have a manager look at the car, all of a sudden they have Saturday hours from 9-12..... I told her I would be calling my insurance to tell them this entire fiasco and that they should NOT BE A SELECT SERVICE SHOP. I have not decided if I will give them a 3rd chance. HOW DO I TRUST THEM?
