I recently took my 2020 Tacoma in for body work. I dropped it off on a Monday, it was there for a week and a half, and I left with it looking brand new this past Thursday. Throughout the entire process they were fantastic. I’m thrilled with the work done and will return if I’m ever needing body work done again. I live nearby and just moved to Arizona from California and got my new license plate in the mail today and could not figure out how to get the stripped screw out so I can put on my new license plate! I remember driving by Chapman collision so I decided to stop by and see if somebody could help me out. They were so nice and helpful and didn’t even charge me to put my license plate on! Great experience! Came in via a claim through Geico for very minor damage on the front grill. Talked to Alberto and Jose and they advised me that it would not make sense to make a claim as the fix would be a few hundred bucks. They also did some slight adjustments for free.

Since day one I walk on this business property to get my truck fixed, the customer service to the professionalism was beyond exceptional. 5 Stars doesnt even equate to the kind of service Ive had at this shop. These people are car guys, they care about your car and moreover they will do just about anything to make sure that the job gets done. I am beyond pleased with the results, and these guys have even invited me to come back if theres something off about the car. The manager here is a guy who clearly cares about not only the customer, but also the optics of the shop itself. He personally met me when I came to drop off my car (the second time, had two accidents both they serviced), and he gave me an assurance that went over and beyond the promise of just fixing the car. Each and every person at Chapman Collision has treated me with the upmost respect, and really has gone the extra mile (all puns intended) to make sure they make their customers feel special and important. I urge you, if you have had the unfortunate experience of having a collision, come to this shop. They will bend over backwards to make sure that everything goes right, and keep you as the customer first. I have a Ram 2500 turbo diesel truck with the ram boxes on the truck bed. The AZ heat ended up warping the integrity of the box as well as melted the adhesive keeping the painted panel intact on both sides. Wind and car washes continued to add havoc to the ram boxes causing additional wear and tear on the truck.Exceptional customer service and work conducted by Alberto and Leo - so very much appreciated! 5 stars all the way!! Would definitely come back for any future body work or vehicular need. Definite recommendation.

Charlie did an amazing job repairing a dent on the side of my Nissan Rogue! They handled all my insurance questions, and when he wasn’t satisfied with the paint job they did on the first run, he made sure to call me and ask if they could take their time to really get it right, which they definitely did! I really appreciate the time and effort and this Nissan looks good as new and I can highly recommend this shop, will be using them again if needed (hopefully I never have to see them again though because you know the nature of a collision center)

Amazing experience dealing with Kyle!! Brought my Civic in for some minor body work from a collision. Needed a new front bumper, headlights, fog lights assembled and painted. Fast turnaround time - 1 day from drop-off to completion. When I arrived to pick up my Civic it was washed, I even requested an oil change before pick up and he took care of that for me. Couldn’t ask for better service and communication.

My wife was hit on HWY 101, a number of months ago, by car that was pushed into her by another car tailgating at 65+ mph. A shovel left in the road caused a car to brake suddenly, not leaving time for the foolish tailgater to react. This chain reaction veered into my wifes lane striking her rear left wheel, pit turning her into the center wall, crushing the front end of our new Ford F150 4x4 (only 6,000 miles on it) and giving my wife a few injuries as well.We took our F150 to Chapman Collision for the repairs. They did an amazing job fixing all the damage and paint. It looks brand new again and drives perfect. It also has a warantee on the work if any problems arise later on. They even went the extra mile, for no added cost, to get the slightly edge abraded special off road tires we bought for it replaced, for my wifes peace of mind and cosmetic appeal.The staff is super positive and professional.We were very impressed and would recommend this business 100% to all others.

I’ve never been in an accident before and never had to take my car to a collision center.My 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport got hit on the passenger side. Both doors where destroyed and needed to be replaced. The hit deployed my airbags and ripped the head liner. The fellas at Chapman fixed my car and made it look like nothing ever happen! Got my 135i fixed here, process was extremely easy, all I had to do was drop my keys off with them, and they took me straight to Enterprise and had me in a rental car in ONE HOUR! working with them and my insurance was very streamline clean cut and easy they sent me updates every other day. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would ONLY use them for any future body repairs.

Daniel was fantastic to work with. He got me a quote for repair very quickly with a couple of options to pick from. I was able to bring my car in the following morning and they were able to finish the work and get the car back to me before the holiday weekend. Additionally, since I didn’t live to far away, they brought the car to my home. This is my 3rd time using this repair shop and the work has always been good quality and fast.

My car was in a pretty serious collision a while back so I began looking for body shops around the valley. I came across Armando’s body shop. I saw they had good reviews here on google, so I decided to go check them out. I spoke with the owner and at first seemed like a genuine, honest guy. My car suppossed to be a total loss but since they are not specialized on hybride cars they simply said it is a repairable car and they estimated my new car on behave of their own benefit while at the same time forcing me to drive a salivage car. So finally when i refused ther service they purposely cause more damage on my car and uninstill everything and even the manager refused to give me my car the way i gave them. very terrible and will never recommend for anyone.

Someone had dinged my door handle and I foolishly tried to fix it myself making the entire thing worse. I decided to just stop by Chapman Collision on a whim and ask if they could sand and repaint the handle. I was paying out of pocket, no insurance. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. Their estimate was fine. It was such a small job I really cant tell you if it was high or low. I didnt want to get multiple estimates (which you should for big jobs). I came back a couple days later, they took the handle off, I left. Later the same day - it was done and they reattached it. Looks perfect and it does its job, opens the door. Best part - I dont have to look at the big black scrape anymore! Look at that handle... beautiful, right?

I selected Chapman because I have been using their services for my 2011 Hyundai Equus for years. Top notch service by far. They have serviced my vehicle for routine maintenance. They do a full inspection of the vehicle and if there is nothing wrong or needed to be fixed, they have the utmost integrity to let you know that. Other dealerships/shops either lie and tell you something needs to be fixed or they “recommend” something needs to be fixed when in reality, it doesn’t. It’s all about sales.Chapman does the opposite and their integrity is pristine. I took my vehicle to get the bumper replaced and their communication was incredible. I was notified of any updates without even having to make a phone call. I rarely write reviews but this had to be said.—highly recommended

Took my car here after an accident, my front end was smashed to the point I could only get my door open about a foot, my radiator was bent and my coolant reservoir was cracked wide open. Would absolutely go back. They did an amazing job, Adam kept me updated through the whole process and even had it done a week earlier than planned. My car looks brand new and drives great. If you ever need a place in network with progressive I would definitely recommend going here.

Did a great repair job on my EcoBoost Mustang. Had to have the entire rear quarter repaired. Staff were always good at communicating and updating me on their progress. Car ended up being finished way ahead of the original timeline. The final paint finish could have been a little better as there are a few noticeable defects, but all in all it was good work.

I was in an accident wiyh my two young daughters the beginning of June. I brought my car in and Johnny was wonderful. He was able to get me in and walk me through the process. I have never been in an accident that needed repairs before and he informed me the entire time. He got me into a rental right away and I got my car back 4days sooner than I had anticipated. I received OUTSTANDING service from Chapman today! So thankful for their entire team. Had a excellent experience and I will be recommending their services to everyone I know!!As I was driving to work today, my spare tire blew out turning onto McDowell road. I quickly pulled into the closest parking lot I could find (Chapman Collision Center). As I ran around trying to find someone to apologize to for leaving my car in the middle of their front entrance, Tom approached me and asked if everything was okay. I explained my problem and Tom quickly started to strategize a plan for me. He was very friendly, helped me move my car to safety then introduced me to Johnny. Johnny checked out my tire with more of the guys from the team and told me that I had a blade stuck in my tire and would need to buy a completely new tire. I told Johnny that my tire was bought at Costco and that I had a warranty for the tire there. Without any hesitation Johnny said, hold tight Ill pick you up and Ill take you and your tire to Costco. Did not have a good experience with bringing my car in. Parts look good but half the time I didn’t know where my car was in the process. The guy working on my car would rarely return my phone calls. They had it for Weeks and then extended it another week at the last minute. I got my car back and then had to return it for parts they didn’t repair. I was told by multiple people it would be done the next day, it wasn’t. They had to repair another thing and kept it for an additional 3 days. Overall I would never bring my car back to here again solely on the fact that I didn’t seem like a client that meant anything.

My mom had her care repaired a few weeks ago and the service rep with Geico Jazmine was great! Made the process smoother and easy and kept us updated. highly reccomend.
