Very easy to deal with and sent video of what they were doing with the car...they went out of their way to drive the car in order to get it inspected..Car runs perfect now..thank you very much
I brought my car in for inspection and oil change. The service person explained that they would be checking my air filters and changing them if needed which they didnt need changing. He then told me that an alignment was indicated at this time and they would check if I needed it. I did need it and I got a print out of what areas needed to be aligned and another print out when it was done showing the car was perfectly aligned. I did notice the car handled a lot better when I drove home. All in all my experience was good and the service person was very courteous.
This Hyundai dealership did a NYSI on my 2008 Sonata. They also inspected some fluid levels and areas under the hood and made some recommendations to me.To pass the inspection I needed to replace one of the two license plates bulbs in the rear of the car. They gave me a discount on replacing the bulb after I asked them to.I have been taking my vehicle here since I purchased it in 2007, for regular service intervals and other maintenance. They have worked with me on some of the costs(which at times seem very inflated to me), but I feel as a loyal customer they could find ways to show their loyalty to me with an offered discount of their own now and then.
My car had to be towed to the dealership for battery issues. Nick recommended a towing service and the truck was at the car in 20 minutes. Got the car back the next day after the problem was diagnosed and addressed. Nick was outstanding. Completely satisfied.

While traveling cross country, dropped in without an appointment when our Check Engine light came on. Service advisor Totaram Ram told us the shop was booked up; but would see what he could do. My wife and I had expected a lengthy wait, so we settled ourselves in the customer waiting area. After barely an hour, Mr Ram came to tell us what the problem was, that it had been corrected, and the car was ready for us to hit the road. First class service!

The service at Fuccillo Lincoln was excellent. There was a problem with the navigation system in my car and although the first attempt to fix was not successful, Nick Fear went out of his way to be sure it was corrected when I returned. He followed through with the repair, tested to be sure it was working and adjusted the price for all my trouble. I couldnt have been happier with the conclusion and will continue to have my car serviced there.

The people I have mentioned have great customer service skills.. they were friendly and tried to help when a few others were horrible.. I gave the place 1 star but they don’t even deserve that actually.. my car had been there multiple times for service with the same issue and then they had it 2 months to change the axle say they fixed and guess what still makes the same noise.. and not only that I go to pick my car up when they say it’s done and someone hit or hit something with my car but they were going to let me take it home and pretend nothing happened, so now they say another 2 weeks so they can fix that. Well I picked it up this past Saturday yea they fixed the bumper but the main issue is still happening.. I’m over this place I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE .. the first sales guy I had was horrible as he left me sitting there for 3 hours and took care of people that came in after me, that should have been my first red flag to NEVER go back..
Worst experience ever. Apparently Nick Fear and tech Scott Braun think all customers are idiots.Asked for a oil change and air filter replacement. Cost of the oil change was about normal, but $51 for a air filter? Really? Reasoning But its installed. According to the bill it took the tech 30 mins to do a 5 minute job, with a 60% mark up of the air filter.Really pushed me to have the brake fluid flushed and changed. Never, outside of racing conditions, have I ever saw brake fluid go bad or get contaminated within 45,000 miles. Note: I did have a sample tested at R.P.I. out of curiosity. They found no contamination or any reason to have it replaced.Mind you I checked everything on this car before bringing it to the dealershipWhile at the dealership I was informed that the cords were showing on the front tires. Yet when I asked them to point out where on the tire, they declined. Yes the tires were a little worn and will need replacement in the near future. But Id like to know how cords were viewed through the useable tread on the tires. Cords dont jump through the tread to be visible and no there was no flat spotting either.Work order also stated I requested a multipoint inspection. That was never mentioned by any of us so no idea what thats about.There is absolutely no indication of uneven tire wear on any of the tires. Yet it was insisted that an alignment was necessary When ever tires are changed or rotated. Maybe to a novice car owner who doesnt know better.I understand dealerships concept of over selling services. Ive worked for numerous car dealerships and am well aware of this practice. But when a customer is lied to in hopes of squeezing more money for services not needed, thats not acceptable.I will not be returning to Fucciilo for any reason. I strongly suggest people find another dealership/repair facility. Odds are youll save money and get a more honest answer to what repairs/services are actually required.

My 2008 Elantra was brought in for annual inspection. The video review was helpful in understanding the condition of the car. An issue was found preventing the car from passing and it was taken care of timely. The service department is very professional. Unfortunately, the salesman who gave me the key to a Kona (that I wanted to look at) and then sent me off by myself to see it, was not.
The service department was great, the salesman who tried to get me to buy/lease not so much. Told me hed get my service done for free if I gave him 15 minutes, ended up wasting an hour of my time and then told me I had to pay for my oil chance. If and when I decide to trade my car in I WILL NOT BE USING HIM!!!

Horrible experience, have had nothing but problems with my car since purchasing it in Jan 2021.Day after picking it up it wouldnt start,towed to dealership they replaced battery.2 days after that wouldnt start again they replaced sparc plugs,2 months later car wouldnt start again, another dealership had to replace the coil and air conditioner.I would not reccomend anyone buying a car from fuccillo

Beware dealing with fuccillo lincoln. We had a very pleasant salesman and did his job, but when it came time to close the deal on a Lincoln aviator the business manager would not show us the figures on the vehicle, would not give us a breakdown, and the price of the vehicle ended up being $3,000 more than the sticker price. This was a cash sale so therefore there was no financing or payment plan etc.We ended up leaving and not purchasing a Lincoln.
I have made an appointment for my first checkup on my car. When I got there they told me the car did not have enough miles on it to do an oil change and a tire rotation it needed 6000 miles. The car had 5500 on it. When I scheduled the appointment no one asked how many miles were on the car. They were not going to do anything but send me home, after I took the day off from work.after I put up a fuss they did do the oil change the tire rotation. Why not just take care of business before upsetting anybody.

I am editing my review that was 5 stars, because today’s experience was more than unpleasant. I’m appalled by the salesman’s. I’m sure they’re great people but wow I was shocked no one helped me out on the lot when I was clearly looking to trade in my Lincoln for a newer one. That was an immediate turnoff. I came in today for a recall on my Lincoln that I purchased back in 2016. I am in the market for a newer one. Yesterday I took my car to my local Toyota dealership to have them take my winter tires off and an inspection. It ended up needing $600 worth of work done, so I had it done. Today when I was in they gave it a “complimentary” inspection and said there were 4 different things wrong with my car and were confused why it had passed the inspection yesterday. So it’s pretty much one dealerships word against the other. And I don’t appreciate being in the middle.I would’ve loved to have gotten a new car today but it was also hard to find any actual Lincoln’s for sale which is ironic. Yes, I get we’re in an economic crisis, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service. Very, very disappointing. :/
