This is my favorite place for lashes in Savannah! My stylist, Kathy is amazing, fast and listed to me. She was so nice and everyone is so professional. I was also very impressed at how clean the facility is and all the precautions they are taking to keep everyone healthy and safe. Do yourself a favor and RUN over for the Valentine’s Day special!!!!!!!! Such a good deal! Will definitely be back.

They started falling off the next day and were more than halfway gone on both eyes. They were applied in about 40 minutes which was too quick. Not even worth almost $200.🙁

This is the only place in Savannah that I would go to for lash extensions! The lash lounge has a welcoming atmosphere and all of the staff made me feel comfortable. The stylists there are at the top of their game and always produce excellent work.

😔 lash lift and perm didn’t do anything for my eyes. It looks the same as I was before, even my friends say so.. Guess it doesn’t work on Asian women. I would stick with eyelash extension next time which they great at...Updated: problem fixed. Guess it was the tech that didn’t know what to do. Another tech took care of the problem easily! Thank you!Even tho lash lift looks good but the eyelash extensions are way better and worth the money!

The entire staff here is so, so lovely. I have been several times and will say that Trista does such a thorough, amazing job at applying lash extensions and that Hilary (who I believe is the manager) is so helpful and accommodating. I would not recommend anywhere else in Savannah if youre looking to have extensions applied- the Lash Lounge is simply the best.

This is the most terrible place I have ever been. They cancelled my appointment without giving me notice I drove all the way from pooler to Savannah to have the cancellation in the shop or being late for 3 min for the appointment. Place like this should be closed who don’t respect people time. I wish I would have never gone to this place. People please don’t go here unless you have all the day and time to sit there or the just having a lash job done👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I would like to share my recent experience at this salon.The minute you walk in the door,you must sign a waiver.Apparently they do not have confidence in their product,and now I understand why.I paid $260.(more than any place I have ever been)for a full set of lashes.I was given care instructions,which I followed.The next day,many of my lashes were missing.So I went back,and now less than a week later,almost all of the lashes are gone.I talked to the manager and asked for a refund,which was denied because I had signed the waiver.So now,a week later I must go to another salon to have another full set put on.Consumers beware!Spend your hard earned eyelash dollars somewhere else.This place is a scam.

This place is poorly managed. They often tell me I have to come in later due to “car trouble” and other various reason. I showed up 12 minutes late due to traffic and they say I cannot be seen that day. Completely unprofessional.

The staff is very nice. Im letting my eyelashes recover from extensions and needed a lash lift. Von did a fantastic job. I am so pleased with how they turned out and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was so nice to talk to her too. I cant wait to go back.

A girl picked me up

My mom and I came in last Sunday and got our lashes and brows tinted. We were immediately greeted by Amber who was very flexible with moving our appointment up and I was very impressed with how clean and polished the whole place was. The staff was awesome and friendly! The girl who did our lashes (I cannot remember her name sadly, please add her name if you comment on my post) was so friendly! My mom gets very nervous when getting anything cosmetic done and she graciously talked her through the process and reassured her. I am very fair and the results look fantastic! I will definitely come back and I highly recommend going here!

As a stylist with my own salon, before I recommend anything I always check it out first. I could not have had a better experience. The salon is beautiful and the staff was super friendly. Most importantly my service was terrific and the result was fantastic. You wont go wrong going to The Lash Lounge!

On yesterday I walked into the lash lounge to inquire about their services. I was greeted at the counter by a very pleasant young lady by the name of Amber. I really wanted my lashes done right away. When I found out that they could not render services immediately I was prepared to leave.Amber, however changed thatShe was sooooooo informative and knowledgeable regarding the services and the products that it not only caused me to want to hear more but also made me schedule an appointment.I am a duel business owner in the city. Timing is everything for me. Amber not only made me want to spend my money which is a difficult feat but she was so pleasant to speak with that I was impressed.I had an immediate function so I got lashes elsewhere. I am, however, planning to return to The Lash Lounge to receive lashes and that quality Customer Service that I received on yesterday. Go Amber! Ive been in business 20 yrs. I know great service when I see it. Thanks for the experience! I can get lashes anywhere but I can only get Amber at The Lash Lounge. Thanks P. Moore

Dashia did an amazing job threading my brows.

Had a great experience with eyebrow threading here. Because they do not offer it officially since the beauticians are still in training - they were able to give me a full face thread for no charge in return for a review! Lovely space and experience, I hope they are able to implement eyebrow threading soon since wax irritates my skin.

This is not my home location but was on the area and their team made sure to get my notes from my home studio and make me feel so welcome!

Today was my third visit to the Lash Lounge in Savannah and definitely won’t be my last! The staff is so welcoming and the stylists are top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to gain a little more confidence while wearing a natural look. My lashes look amazing!

Very professional and relaxing spa like environment. My stylist explained everything she was going to do. I fell asleep about 10 minutes in and woke up GORGEOUS lashes. No more clumpy mascara !! I will definitely go back ❤️

This was my first time getting lash extensions and I was uncertain about the process but Trista made my experience so enjoyable and I absolutely love my lashes. I even took a nap AND got a free brow threading. If you’re thinking about getting lash extensions, do it and make sure you ask for Trista. You won’t regret it.

The service was amazing! I am giving them two stars because I went in twice to get my lashes did and they fell off the same day both times I went to get them done. I ask the lady Von who was doing my lashes if I have oily eyelids there isn’t any point in getting the lash extensions done because of the simple fact that the glue is going to come off and she goes to say “No, I wouldn’t say that maybe you would want to get them for a special occasion or something.” I’m thinking to myself I would be wasting money paying $200+ just to get some lashes for one day when I can put my own lashes on and they last for weeks. The lady was rushing and she knew my lashes was coming off still and instead of saying this isn’t going to work you’re just wasting your time and you just just get your money back. She proceeded with trying to make them stay but it wasn’t working. I am just going to let guys know if you have oily eyelids don’t waste your time. She wanted me to put some powder around my eyes so that it might help (she wasn’t sure about it working) but I have sensitive skin so using any makeup would mess with my skin sooooo bad!

I love my full volume set! Everyone is very friendly! I love laying down and relaxing and waking up with beautiful lashes!
