Good overall product selection. Employee was very nice. I found what I needed. A bit pricey but still good service.

I always come here for my hair dyes and other hair care products. My last visit the young lady was very helpful but today the three individuals working were being very condescending. They kept following me around the store from every isle asking me if I needed help when I told them all the first time I didnt need help. I just wanted to shop in peace. Ill just bypass this location and shop at the other location for now on because their behavior was very uncomfortable and uncalled for. Also, I dont like how they charge you fifteen cents for a bag as they have gone green. I refuse to buy merchandise and buy my bag too.

Went to Sally on the 11-9-19 around 11:00 am to buy a nail set the cashier acted like she didnt want to be there with an nasty attitude so I decided not to purchase the nail set I can go somewhere else to spend my money the only reason 2 star because it was clean and the has some nice items

Great service now, I’m definitely satisfied with the service they have now and they’re extremely helpful. It’s become a welcoming environment compared to what it was a few months ago.

Bad service. The cashier had a very rude demeanor. It’s as if she was upset she was at work. There are several boxes of items needing to be on the shelves such as the T18 & T14 hair color. I went in the store twice within a 10 day spand and it so happened that the items I needed weren’t stocked both times. The second time the lady went to the back to get me the color I needed. What sense does that make to have such a high demand product in the storage closet? It’s expensive too. Please shop on amazon..

I have been trying to go my favorite color ever, light almost platinum blonde. I started out with really dark natural hair, didnt wanna spend money on a salon. The ladies at Sallys are the best. Even tho I did my own, they helped me pick all the right stuff, told me to call if I had any questions.....they are just amazing. After a couple tries....I finally got my platinum blonde! The girls that helped me was a really nice lady from New Zealand, short hair. I am So bad with names Im sorry! And melissa? who I believe works at another store but she helped me once or twice. Yall are the best! Ill be back in two weeks to do my roots! 😁

Very helpful customer service

Im new to this particular sallys location the girl ask if i needed help in a nonsincerly way. .she was rude! I use a small walker to get around. She didnt speak to me . Or ask if i needed help opening the front door... nor was she pleasant at all the entire time i was in there.what happened to customer service!!!??

Worst store to go to. They never have supplies, employees are so rude and don’t help look for items.

Theyre still catching up on getting their full inventory right now so they are out of many different products. The new employees were sweet and great and led me to exactly what i needed.

This location has improved so much from the superior managing skills of Ms Angela. Great work. I used to dread going to beauty supply stores, even being in the business for many years. The staff is on top of their game. Thanks!

Buy in ebay or Amazon. Dont waste your Money here. Save hundreds around the year. Honestly....especially clippers, trimmers, blades, and blowers. BE SMART

Store has most of what I need. Staff can either be real helpful or theres one who just stocks things and looks like you ruined her day if you ask where something is or if they have more of it. Heaven forbid she do her job. Try to go to Cosmo Prof for what I need, so much nicer there and cheaper.

Literally a sign on the door that said be back in 15 with the doors locked, I waited almost an hour and no one showed up. About 10 people also walked up and walked away since it was closed. Im just going to the one on victory now since I know they are open.

Horrible service from management! The cashier was very friendly and helpful but the manager Angela has a terrible attitude and is very unfriendly. I stopped shopping here about a year ago for the same reason and Im not sure why she is still managing.

I use to be a District Manager for Sally Beauty in NC. I moved to Savannah and It is hit or miss in this store. Alot of times they work badly against policy of what I was taught. I was shocked to walk into this store and treated the way I have been in the past 2 yeara. There are a few good employees but they dont seem to last very long. Sally Beauty went under alot of restructuring in the Corp. during the last few years and the customer service was deleted. I loved working for them during the time I did and had good managers in my stores. I just take each visit one day at a time.

The people who work there are very helpful and are very nice.

AWFUL SERVICE!!!! I went in to get hair extensions, I asked a lady named Pat for her help in which what color would be better for going silver, she gave me attitude the whole time and was NOT friendly at all. Would never be back here again. FIX THIS WHOLE STAFF THEYRE AWFULLY RUDE! Im taking my business elsewhere.

I just bought something in this sally and the girl who was in the box very badly educated and bad manners, not even good morning said, the impression he gave me is racism because I am Latina and his attitude was different with me other people in the line, I really do not know how people have this way facing the public

Went by to pick something up for my girlfriend since I was close, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! They were too busy talking about what their plans were. When the lady did speak to me, she was very rude!!!
