My husband received his first vaccination here. We drove 45 minutes for his second one and was told they couldn’t get him in even though he received a text and voicemail saying they had the second dose reserved and please come in at the earliest opportunity. He was turned away by the girl at the pharmacy saying it was a message from corporate. Why would corporate call us and tell us to come in then turn us away when we show up? Don’t get vaccinated at CVS. It has been nothing but a pain.

Dropped off my medication on 7/12 @ 4:00 pm. The pharmacist at the drop off window looked at my prescription said it wouldn’t be ready until 7:30 pm (this is now the 2nd time in 1 week where they tell me they are “backed up”). I understood and was fine with having to wait for the medication. I received a call at 5:45 once i was home just to have the pharmacist tell me all the medication I was prescribed were over the counter. The issue is WHY was I NOT told that when I handed my prescription to the pharmacist??? Time is valuable and the same way I was understanding of your time please be considerate of your clients time as well! Please take the time to at LEAST look at the prescription before you A: send people away and B: notice it’s an over the counter medication. The entire situation was unnecessary.

Horrible wait time in the drive through. If its not cars of people holding up the line for COVID testing its people waiting while their prescription is be filled. I waited in line for over 30 minutes (because I was blocked in) to pick up a prescription. The car ahead of me turned his truck off and patiently waited for his prescription. I guess CVS dont follow their own rules.RIDICULOUS!!!

Team Management member Mary follows Black customers. I also watched as she requested that Black customers check out with her versus the check out kiosks they were walking too. I spend over $100 in cosmetics alone when I shop at CVS and have been followed every time. She even hinted towards me stealing when I left to get my wallet out the car in the middle of my shopping experience. I have watched as shes been rude to me and other Black customers. I have no need nor desire to steal. I own 3 successful businesses. Her customer service is unacceptable.

People at the minute clinic were extremely nice and professional, made appointment, they call when its time to come inside, real quick and easy experience

Convenient pharmacy, customer service is usually good, cashier is most times up front to greet when entering. I do like going to their Minute Clinic for simple illnesses. These visits usually take less than 30 minutes and an additional less than 10 minutes to fill the prescribed medication.

CVS is always the best, especially for those quick little runs! The staff is very helpful & they keep a clean, well stocked store! Located just inside the Berwick Shopping Center off Ogeechee Rd makes it a nice, convenient & safe location for all your shopping news!

The girls in the pharmacy are absolutely wonderful! They always greet me in warm, friendly, and professional manner. They help me with everything from my medications to even giving me advice on how to get ink stains out of my clothes! If thats not customer service, I dont know what is. Many, many thanks to these girls. Cant say enough about them.

The pharmacy personnel is really rude. I was refused medication I had a prescription for because the pharmacist didnt feel comfortable filling it. Its a medication my son has been on for months and weve been getting it at CVS the entire time without a problem. The other location filled it no problem. This one refused.

Pharmacy staff are not efficient and dont seem to have any urgency about people being sick and in need of medication being filled. Twice I had to take my scripts to a different pharmacy. They wont get a third shot

I called one hour ahead of time before picking up a prescription that was supposed to be filled 5 days ago, just to make sure it will be ready once I arrived. Upon calling the pharmacy rep informed me that two of the prescriptions would not be covered by my child insurance....okay understandable. The prescriptions were supposed to be called back into the doctors office for the doctor to call the insurance company to explain the need of the medication so that my son could get his medication. Why was this not completed 5 days ago when it was discovered that the medication was not covered. Thank God I still had medication left for my son to take. Highly disappointed!!!!

Best CVS store I have ever been in!!! Friendliest people in Savannah! They are very helpful. Deserve 10 stars. Coby the manager is awesome!!

So I walk in go to the minute clinic and it tells me they are on lunch and that’s fine I check in for my 122 minute wait.......I walk around to kill time come back to sit down because now I’m light headed and the nurse comes and gets the lady that checked in 25 minutes AFTER me!!!! She then tells me she’s going to see her first no rhyme or reason the lady was simply sitting by the door so I guess she was seen first! What’s the point of even checking in if they pick and choose who they will see regardless of the order we check in! We will never give this CVS business ever again! Ps. I had pneumonia! Thanks for nothing!

CVS used to be my pharmacy. All over the country. The CVS at both the Ogeechee Rd Savannah, GA location and the one in RIchmond Hill, GA (corner of 144 and 17) have changed that. Not only do they now act like you are bothering them when you call, they have been out of the last FOUR meds I have needed refills on! FOUR! The rudeness of the people at both locations is horrible. Talking to customers like Youre gonna need to open that in the app (meaning the barcode to pick up a pre-paid RX) to I cant help you, you need to call the pharmacy you normally use to find out what they wanted and it was THAT pharmacy that called me. (and I go between 2 different ones depending on what is closer to where I will be that day). If you want to be treated like you are a bother to someone, then these are the pharmacies for you!

Staff and store unbelievably friendly and helpful always!

I do a lot of business with this pharmacy and I am treated with the utmost respect and the pharmacist (the petite pretty blonde) writes me get well notes and glad youre feeling better notes. They answer any questions I may have and fill my scripts in a timely manner. As your commercial says this is Terrys cvs pharmacy and my pharmacist should get a bonus. Thank yall for being there for me

Associate, Mary Renee, was highly rude and unprofessional. Accused of stealing items from the store, that I purchased the day prior. I provided my receipt and was still accused. I will be speaking with the store manager.

Burwick CVS pharmacy deserves negative stars. The staff and pharmacists are rude and unprofessional. I have been going there for many years because my insurance prefers them. Ive learned to have low expectations but my last one was the worst. I will never use CVS again. They must have a high turn over rate of employees and are understaffed, which creates rude and unprofessional customer service representatives. The CVS on Waters Ave near Memorial hospital is great, but my recent experience with Burwick has soured my desire to use CVS again.

Clerk told me she was going to call doctor about my prescription never did, when I came to pick it up I wasnt sure it was the correct amount so I told her I will be back after I call the insurance company..I came back two days later she cancelled my prescription

False advertising says its 24 hrs but I called and it was closed

The drive up widow is so slow they dont have a care in the world they will look at you in sitting at the window and still take there time and sometime no eye contact 😩😩 depends on whos the tech is🤦🏾‍♀️
