Im glad a lot of other people had a good experience,my experience was a partial one.They had one of my laptops for almost a month,kept giving me different days that it would be fixed.The day I went to pick it up,it was just handed to me as if it was repaired.I had to (myself) ask the young lady was it repaired and it wasnt.I was suppose to have my money refunded back to me.That was almost two months ago and I have yet to receive my refund.I definitely will never use this company again,from my own personal experience.

Talked to 2 people on the phone about a phone that was dropped in the sand/Ocean. Was told the location closer to Tybee couldnt fix Android phones and we had to call the other store to talk to the owner. Told them the same story. We drove 30min to the store on Montgomery from Tybee just to be told they couldnt fit it if it got salt water in it and they wouldnt even look at the phone.

Met the owner himself he was very very professional and took care of all my needs within a couple hours. also saved me almost $200 compared to buying a new phone. would recommend to everyone!!!

Today first hand I experienced 10 star customer service. Jumped out of my car rushing to work and completely smashed the back of my ProMax. This was the only place in town that not only replaced it in-house, but got me out of there in just under an hour! Christopher and his staff were absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and got my phone looking brand new! Definitely only using them for all my phone needs.
