Great customer service, Mike was a GREAT help got my phone back right!

Every time I go here the people are helpful and friendly. I have 5 that are closer to me but I dont even try them anymore because this one is fantastic.

I don’t know about the last guy’s review but I experienced some of the best Customer Service in this location. The employees were friendly very helpful & knowledgeable about the devices & plans. All of my questions were answered & I walked out with a great phone!! I would highly recommend.

Do not go here! Shop online!!! The new management is worse than the last, and they don’t put their customers first. Better off going to your local Walmart for trustworthy customer service💯. No refunds so ask theright questions before you buy!

I visited this location today it was 2 men that Im not familiar with were working. Ive been a customer for years, I asked about the staff thats usually there and they were very rude and regards to talking about the ladies that was always helpful anytime I came in. I will no visit this location or continue to be a loyal customer if they treat black woaman or black employees so disrespectful where we spend our money.

Ayanna was great. She helped me add a line to my account and purchase a phone. She was able to help other customers as well while we waited on my account taking care of the update so nobody had to have a long wait to be taken care of. Thank you again Ayanna for your help! Jacksonville stores can certainly learn from you on how to give great customer service.

Had a chick with some thick hips and green hair ok looking face so sweet and flirty the other chick was new and untrained all in all pretty good first visit helped out completely

Wish washy customer service. My phone was stolen around the same area as this metro on Montgomery st. I thought maybe it would be a good idea to call this location to see if someone tried to bring it in to get it activated in there name and if they could even do that. the girl replied once and the she sucked her teeth and hung up on me. I called back over and over but no answer.This happened a little after 10am on 4/22/2016. She acts as if she was the one whos phone was stolen. If youre buying a phone or paying your bills then I guess thats where the good customer service stops. I guess thats to be expected when the store is in the getto.

Worst customer service ive ever had...employees are sooooo rude and apparently untrained. Spoke with the area manager and she was even less helpful than the store employees!!! We have 6 lines with metro and are in the process of finding another service provider.....love there actual phone service but cant deal with the in store employees.
