I’m a bartender here downtown so I visit this location often to pay a bill or to buy a charger when I forget mine. I’d have to say that this location is a complete 360 from when the previous manager had it. Victoria who now manages this location has such an amazing personality. Every time I walk in or another customer she doesn’t miss a beat by greeting them. She also makes sure I’m getting the most of my purchase by always letting me know what’s the pricing is and if it’s on sale. Her smile and laughter just fills up the room making me feel comfortable with who I’m trusting in while spending my hard learned money here even if it’s just a charger. I’m not ready for a new phone just yet but when my upgrade comes I will most definitely choose Victoria to help me! She is such an asset to this company. Great choice in management AT&T!

I had a great experience dealing with this AT&T location! I needed to upgrade my phone and I knew exactly what I wanted and I was happy they had the phone I needed in stock. The rep was EXCELLENT unfortunately I cant remember or find her name anywhere but she definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and understood everything. My husband and I are honeymooning in Savnnah and I unfortunately had to replace my cell phone. It fell, and completely shattered. While buying a new phone was the last thing we wanted to do on our honeymoon, meeting Kelsey was every bit of worth it! She was incredibly welcoming and very informative. It was obvious that she loves what she does, and that makes all the difference in the world. Being around people with a passion for what they do is a sure way to gain long term business, and Kelsey IS that person!

My mom was visiting Savannah from Tampa and she was having charging issues with her phone. She stopped by the AT&T that was on Broughton St to see if they can fix it. The manger Victoria was able to find the problem but she couldn’t fix it. She did however let us know that her S9 can wirelessly charge so she sold us a pad to use. Thanks Victoria for going the extra mile for my mom!

Justin Back gave me the best support ever. He helped me to find the best product, made several calls to find a definitive solution to my business, conducted the process smoothly and saved me a lot of money. I came to this location looking to upgrade and add a line. When I got there another customer seemed to be having an issue with how the manager was handling a situation and became a bit hostile. Thankfully she had the problem customers removed. To her credit, the manager resolved the issue as best she could given the circumstances. Not only that but she also worked to ensure my needs were met as well.

Al’lasia waited on me. I decided on the 310 E. Broughton Street location due to the reduced foot traffics because of road and sidewalk construction. I figured it wouldn’t be so crowded, it’s close to my work and home, and, I figured they could use the business and I like helping out downtown Savannah businesses. They’ve struggle so over this past year.She was marvelous! She got me just what I asked for and without a lot of fuss. There was a rather rude and impatient woman who kept interrupting us. Al’lasia was very patient and courteous the whole way through. She’s got MAD customer service skills and is technologically savvy as well. I would definitely return to this location as well as recommend it to others. When you do visit this AT&T location, ask for Al’lasia!!

Be very careful if you’re thinking of doing business here. The manager Victoria is rude, unprofessional, and lacking knowledge of her job.She made a mess of my account and I had to fix it myself with ATT directly. Only took me 20 minutes to fix what she couldn’t do in an entire day.Incompetent manager and unprofessional employees.This is not a real ATT store. This is only an authorized dealer.

Decided to stop by last week from out of town, even though I didn’t buy anything the store was neat and well kept also the representative Christa was very friendly and helpful with the questions I had as far as switching over, I’m thinking of reconsidering soon, keep up the good work !

Where do I start. The service provided by Victoria the store manager of the location was horrendous to say the least. She is not fit to be a manager. Starting with the fact that she does not know how to train her staff. My wife had a problem with her phone while we were on her birthday vacation in savannah, she desperately came to this store to quickly get a new phone in order to resume with the vacation and what turned out to be a quick stop ended in a 6+ hour nightmare thanks to Aleissha (not sure of spelling but was the employee on 1/13/21 who was in the morning shift) and the incompetent Victoria.Aleissha made a mistake while processing the new phone and since she didn’t know what was going on her manager Victoria over the phone told us she couldn’t help us and sent us to an ATT corporate store 20 minutes away. When we got to the corporate store they didn’t understand why they sent us there. They told us we had to contact the Broughton street store again because they had left the new phone which we never took because they said we couldn’t in the account now making it impossible to get another phone anywhere until they reversed it. After calling Aleissha said she would reverse it and left us on hold for 30 minutes never answering the phone again after countless calls. We ended up driving back to find the store closed. Now stuck in a city not your hometown without communication and at their mercy. After 30 minutes of waiting Victoria opened the store again and was so rude to us and other customers who came in the store. 3 hours sitting there with her she couldn’t figure it out and told us to go back at 4:30pm. Got back there at 4:30pm and Victoria left the untrained Aleissha alone at the store again only to find out after another hour that they couldn’t do anything and told us to go back the next day which was the day we were leaving the city back home. She said we had to be present to fix the problem and didn’t care that we had to leave savannah she said she couldn’t help unless we go back in person the next day. After an entire day of being sent back and forth and getting no answers My wife was frustrated and asking to speak to Victoria’s supervisor and her response in the speakerphone to Aleissha was to have my wife removed from the premises. I couldn’t believe my ears after everything they put us through not one apology nothing!! Instead of sympathy and apology and thinking of ways to fix THEIR MISTAKE we received threats. We left that store and went back to the hotel. My wife decided not to trust what they said that only they could reverse in store with us there in person and she called ATT directly. In 20 minutes the very competent and trained ATT professional reversed everything and my wife was able to get a phone the next day. I have never witnessed such a nasty human being as Victoria

I came in and got one of those really awesome screen protectors for my iPhone 7, the one where if you drop your phone and the screen underneath breaks, the company will pay to have it fixed. the pretty lady with the purple hair, Angie, helped me choose it, get it paid for, and she put it on my phone just great!! Shes the BEST! Id come in right around closing time so she was closing up, so I assume shes a GM or assistant GM. Shes very good at her job just watching her do what she does. I hope NO ONE takes that away from her!

Best experience at an AT&T Wireless store I’ve had. Kelsey was so incredibly helpful and patient with myself and my fiancé as we switched him from Samsung to iPhone. The manager, Justin, was there as well and answered any remaining questions we had... we live in NJ, but we had such a great experience that we will be doing all our business with them in the future and having our phones shipped to us!

I stopped by AT&T a couple of days ago and the staff here was super nice. Ana helped me install my new screen protector and I am really happy with the results! She did it in like 5 minutes and left it with no bubbles tooI’ll definitely be coming back for my phone case soon :)

The store manager Justin Back and district manager Larry Josey displayed questionable ethical behavior and work standards that ultimately lack the critical tenets of an organization that is customer service oriented. Also, based on my observation of the chain of events that unveiled on the night I was there, the store manager and district manager created not only an environment of enmity, but also closely reflects why the store only has a worrying 2.7 star review on the AT&T website –seems to me this is not the first time this duo of incompetency have let customers down. Ultimately, not addressing this issue, AT&T is risking the loss of potential and current customers.I suggest formally reprimanding the 2 store managers for their lack of professionalism and absolute disregard for customers and furthermore provide additional training on how to be better managers in a customer service oriented organization.Update:Absolutely wrong once again. I was without service for TWO days. That is unacceptable. I had to go to the store during my lunch time and the store manager didn’t even have the courtesy of apologizing for not making himself accessible after his negligence as a manager. I will personally seek that AT&T makes an investigation into this matter.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. I bought a screen protector for my phone at this store a month ago and nobody knows where its at. They said they mailed it but that was 2 weeks ago! Every time I call and ask where its at nobody knows. The only thing they were quick on was taking my $42.00 for the screen protector over a month ago. Still looking in the mailbox every day. Horrible service I will never go to this store again!

Im guessing this store exists to assist downtown tourists who lose their phones and to push plans. Walmart and Target have a better selection of AT&T prepaid phones. They did have a Samsung Galaxy Expresss J3 on display for $50 more than retailers, but not in stock anyway.

Not sure why all of the hate from other reviewers. I broke my phone the night before going on vaca. In Savannah. Looked up this location and walked to is as it was close to the Brice Hotel.Upon entering, Shawn was assisting two other customers. He was able to assist me very soon, I purchased my new S8+ and was even told of all of the possible deals by him, he broke down my payments, what my monthly charge would be (correctly) was still able to assist others professionally, and was absolutely kind and smart with everything he did. Props to this location!

Apathetic & unappealing.They must drink a lot of coffee just to stay awake.They did not know the phones more than the printed note card of brevity.How much is (s)$(s)250(+)?You mean $51 more than Walmart $199?They are put out if you ask.Ive had better conversations with drunk squirrels.Walked around the store and if the phone is working, not a demo, then youre on your own to learn it.Theres a weird table at front of store with a plastic groomers van on it.No clue what theyre advertising. The marketing dept fell on their face with that one.And dont ask the staff. Theyre busy with their nose in the computer screen.No into to be found.The customer is just a distraction between distractions.If this is AT&T, Ill stay with my company.

I found the experience to be pleasant, the service was professional and the prices were reasonable.

The most unhelpful employees of any store I have ever encountered. Lazy and irritable. Id rather make the trip across town to the Victory location if it means I wouldnt have to interact with the staff.

Do not go to this location!Very unhelpful and rude. Every time Ive been to this location, it has been staffed by young college kids doing their best to not do their job. This is the second time I have been forced to go to a corporate store to undo the screw ups at this location.

This is the worst AT&T store I have ever had the misfortune to enter. Before leaving my house, I looked online for the requisite information to get a replacement sim card. However the associate there would not give me my replacement sim card. He made me leave and return three different times, each time adding an additional stimpulation to the so called corporate policy.When I returned for a FOURTH time in the same day, the associate I had been dealing with had left. I was able to talk to another associate Caja. She also was extremely unhelpful. It was at this point that I realized that the associates at this store are entirely unwilling to do their jobs! She continued to lie about their corporate policies, even though she was contradicting what the AT&T website clearly stated. I asked her to see their store policy in writing.She refused to show me their policy in writing. I asked to speak to a manager, but there was no manager on duty. I asked for the managers card, but she refused to give me the managers card. All I could get from Caja was that her managers name was Dan. In the end, I never got my replacement sim card and I will be taking my business to another company! THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THIS STORE! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I have a $40 setup fee from AT&T in collections on my credit report... except they never set up my service and I now use a different internet provider.

Store clerks were very unhelpful and refused to put me in touch with a supervisor, while doing whatever they could to get me to leave. Never trust an acting manager.
