In April 2021, I brought my daughter’s 11 Pro Max iPhone, to be repaired because the the screen was cracked. They had the best price, I paid $216. Shortly after, around June, the screen started coming apart from the phone. Living in Springfield, we weren’t able to get back to Oglethorpe Mall right away. She was able to keep the phone together as long as the case was on it. Now the screen is completely off. We make a trip to Oglethorpe Mall yesterday. Barely 4 months after the phone screen replacement & after spending $216! The screen is not cracked! It ONLY needs to be glued back! The man tells me there is only a 30-day warranty and there will be a $160 charge to fix it! You have got to be kidding me!!!! This is ridiculous. I know I would have NOT have gotten the screen replaced there if it there was only a 30 day warranty!!!! 🤬

Didn’t deliver on estimate time it would take to complete a minor issue on the PS5, constant run around, refused to update. Had my PS5 for a whole month and didn’t even work on it till last Sunday. I would avoid this place if my life depended on it. Extremely unprofessional. Please for the love of God don’t go to this place for your business.

I took my iPhone x into them with a simple microphone issue. They told me they could fix it in 1 hour for $70 and that it was such a simple repair that I didnt need to backup my phone. Over the following four days they dodged my calls and never used any of the numbers I provided to update me on the process of the repair. I finally returned to the store 4 days later to learn they had bricked my phone. They took no responsibility for the fact that a working phone with a microphone issue was now a brick. After much debate with the owner, he offered to sell me a rebuilt Iphone SE for $400, or if I would leave my iPhone X with them they would give me a discount. You have to ask the question...Why would they want my phone if it was not repairable? If it was repairable, why didnt they repair it for me? This place cares nothing for their customer. If you do go in for a repair and they brick your device, expect them to shrug their shoulders and tell you there is nothing they can do to help you then turn around and try to make money off of your predicament. Pathetic IMO. --- I have left numerous messages with their corporate office too. They keep giving me the run around. I leave a voice message they email me asking me to email a certain person. I email the person and they ask me to call corporate. Someone claiming to be from their organization keeps emailing me from a yahoo account asking me for information I have already provided to their corporate office via the voice messages and emails. All around terrible company! Stay away.

I took my Xbox 1 to them on May 19th that was 4 months ago to see if they could repair the hdmi port. I paid the deposit fee. The man told me that it would be 2 weeks before they could let me know because they had to figure that out once they opened it up and the guy who fixed game systems only comes in a few days out of the week and wasn’t there that day. I was ok with the fact that it may not be fixable but he insisted they would at least check to see and let me know if I either needed to pay the remaining balance for the repair or to just come and pick it up. I have been up there and called several times over the last 4 months I still don’t know if it was checked or fixable and on top of the that they have not produced my Xbox to me either! I reported them to the BBB. I would give 0 stars if I could. I obviously don’t even expect to see my system after all that of this time but this is absolutely ridiculous and it took me this long to write a review because as a business owner myself I was patient and I understand things happen but they have not even tried to resolve my issue. They have not called me one time! Every time they say they are going to call they don’t and the man who doesn’t work on games systems never has any knowledge of where my Xbox is his response is I will have him call when he gets in but no one ever calls.

Do not bring anything here! Brought a PS4 over two weeks ago in for a HDMI port replacement. Two weeks later no call or anything on if they can fix it. Call yesterday and the guy says he cant tell me anything and tells me to call back in 2 hours. Call back two hours later and says he still cant tell me anything because the guy who fixes them is on break again. Tells me to call back after 7, which is when they close and I get no answer. I call today and told to call back after hours and instead I drive there to get my PS4 back. They tell me they couldnt fix it and try giving me a random totally busted PS4. I told them that wasnt my PS4, which mine was in near new condition, and they tell me they jumbled them up and bring back yet another busted playstation. I again tell them that its not my playstation and they bring me a random working playstation that is still not mine but working and tell me they were able to fix it. I have no idea what happened to my PS4 and now leaving with a working PS4 but not mine. Worst business ever.

I got my screen replaced twice there. The second screen the LED went out and it wasn’t dropped or cracked. Few very few scratches from being in my purse nothing major. B it he refused to fix my phone as if it was my fault why it went out. Wanted to make me pay 95$ all over again for a manufactured area on their end.

Couldnt find the right screen protector for my phone but he didnt give up and found something until the one he ordered arrives.

This place is horrible I would not recommend their service! My device was working fine! All it needed was a cracked screen repair and they ended up DESTROYING it. It did not turn on no more. They basically was like “we messed your device up, no refund go f**k yourself my friend” I repeat DO NOT bring your devices there. They will scam you out of your money, and break your device. They’re not real technicians! They just try to learn and copy from YouTube!

I guess I should have read more of these reviews before using this business. I can predict the response that will given with a generic we are sorry, email this address...But be warned. I took my Google Pixel in for a cracked front screen. The part was ordered and I was told I could come in. I went in the next morning only to be told the person that does the repair wasnt in until the afternoon. That could have been communicated over the phone, I ended up leaving the phone to await the repair.I went back later that afternoon (3rd time) to pick up the phone. I paid and left thinking everything was fine. As I got in the car I was talking to my husband and could tell the speaker wasnt working. I had to go back in (4th time) and confront the issue. Turns out they didnt order the right part that makes the phone water proof and buffers the speaker. I was told to keep the volume turned down and it would work. Um, no..it worked when I dropped it off. It has now been over a week since the replacement part was ordered, Ive called twice asking for an update and nothing. At this point I feel like I was scammed with a half done job, the point of a phone is to hear people when they call...this isnt over. Ill be calling and going in every day until its made right.

I diagnosed an issue with the microphone array on the charging board of my brothers phone. It is an easy board swap that should take any decent technician 30 minutes with no danger to the device. This technician damaged the motherboard of the phone somehow. Sent it to a friend with a motherboard microscope to try to fix it, and when they couldnt did nothing to make it right. Instead they tried to sell us one of their phones. My brothers phone is a paperweight, they took no responsibility, and they tried to make a sale as we walked out unsatisfied. The owner lied to our faces, the technician tried to mislead us repeatedly, and this visit means my brother is on the hook for replacing his iPhone himself because of their mistake.Do not listen the the good reviews. If something goes wrong with your repair, they will hang the blame and the cost on you. Hope my complaint to the better business bureau gets it shut down.

My daughters IPAD screen was stuck on the apple logo. This had happened before and I was always able to fix the issue. This time, I was not so lucky. After watching countless YouTube videos on the matter and nary a one giving me a solution, I took the IPAD to this shop. Nick, the technician, was very professional and explained in detail what would need to be done. He quoted me a reasonable price and said they would call when the device was ready.(Im not sure if they did, as I dont like to answer numbers I dont recognize.)I ended up calling the next day and they confirmed the device was ready for pick up. I paid less than I was originally quoted which was really nice too. The IPAD works great and my daughter has no complaints. I will be using them again.

I cracked my screen yesterday and I called and asked for pricing . I came in dropped my phone off and they had it ready for me in an hour! Great prices and very convenient. My screen looks better than it did before I cracked it ! Highly recommend !

I came in a week ago to get my iPad repaired, I needed it for school as well as digital illustration. For starters, there is specks of dirt stuck behind my screen, and a corner of my screen is popping out. But also when I’m drawing my lines become all wonky and wiggles even with steady hands. I also noticed how disorganized this place was and nobody had there mask on. I felt like my iPad was better off with a cracked screen. And it was expensive too, a waste of 135 dollars.

Took my Pixel 3a in for repair on a Friday, specifically asked if it could be repaired in time to leave for an upcoming vacation 3 days later. The sales rep called to confirm that I could pay an extra $15 to rush a part, then clearly stated that my phone would be repaired and ready the following day ( Saturday,) as the repair itself takes an hour and the longest delay would be getting the part. I was told that I would be called when it was ready. No call at all Saturday. I called Sunday, when I still had not received a call or update of any kind. Only to be told that the part had been ordered incorrectly and sent to the wrong store. My phone would not in fact be ready in time for my trip and there was no way to get it fixed before we were scheduled to leave. I immediately requested a refund, which was granted without issue. However, this was handled in an incredibly unprofessional and inconsiderate manner. Had I been called when their mistake in shipping the part to the wrong store was identified on Saturday, I would have had ample time to take my phone to a number of other repair shops in the area before leaving. I cannot encourage anyone to give their good money to a business with such little regard for its patrons. There are plenty of other repair shops in the area. I ended up having to take my phone with me on vacation and found a repair shop with the part in stock, repaired in less than 2 hours with excellent communication.

I dropped my daughters iPad mini in to get it repaired and paid for the repair in advance. The store never called to tell us the repair was completed and, because of the pandemic, we picked her up in March and have been away. I tried to call in April, but they were shut down. I called today and they told me that they didnt have any records from January and that since it was 10 months, it was the stores property anyway.Prepare to be robbed if you take your electronics to this business.

Took my iPad in to get a new screen, and it was a horrible job. When I first received it, the home button was stuck which they fixed no problem. Once I received it the second time there were scraps of material in the inside of the screen and when positioned in the normal way, none of the functions will work at all.

I brought my iPhone 8plus In to have the screen replaced, since then I have had nothing but problems with it. The screen works but the display seems dimmer and less vibrant and parts of the screen show distorted colors. The speaker no longer works (it worked when I brought it in the first time), now my phone won’t charge, and now it gets extremely warm. My phone had ZERO issues besides a cracked screen prior to bringing it in. I will have been to this store 5 times in the past 2 day just to try to get my phone fixed to the condition it was in BEFORE I brought it in the first time. Giving this a 2 star review because at least the employee is not charging me anything extra to have them fix what their work caused in the first place.

Replaced my broken phone screen, but damaged the back of it even more and left dust under the new screen on the camera, so my front facing camera was always blurry. Plus it took them a week to order the part for my phone (Galaxy 3XL)

I took my I Phone 7 to have the glass front that was cracked replace. Two hours later after returning to the store twice Nick handed me my phone with the same broken glass front Not Replaced and Not working AT ALL. He changed me $27 !! I walked out - like a fool. My daughter took my I Phone 7 to a technician who repaired my phone, $120, which he said did not even have all the parts in the phone. I called two days later to talk with Nick, he took NO responsibility for loosing all my all contacts, pictures and videos, he was rude, told me the company had insurance, when I asked him WHY he took my phone apart to only replace the glass front he became belligerent and hung up the phone. By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen! Went there to get my ps4 fixed, they said they’d call me about it soon, they wouldn’t answer for weeks on end so we had to call them, and they hung up on us. We went to the store 3 times and called them 5. We waited for nearly 4 weeks until they called us, we took it home and it was more broken than before! Do not recommend this place at all! Awful customer service!

I took an Ipad 6th and 7th generations with shattered screens to them. They took it in immediately and changed both screens in an 1 1/2........reasonable time, seeing that the screens were shattered and it takes longer to get all the smaller individual pieces out. Both Ipads work like new again..........very happy with their work/service!

I would not recommend this place to anyone! I took my phone to get the cracked screen repaired on 5/19/19 simply for the convenience of the store being open on Sundays. BIG MISTAKE! I was informed that the new phone screen would take 3-5 business days to come in which was understandable. I returned to the store on the following Saturday (5/25/19) to see if the screen had come in and was informed that it had. The representative proceeded to remove my broken screen and replace it with the new screen. The new screen was placed on my phone, but would not display anything. The store representative informed me the screen was defective and he would need to return it. At this point, I requested a refund which I was informed that I could not get. I then requested expedited service after a refund was not possible. I was told the store would see what they could do. I called the store on 5/30/19 in hopes the screen had finally come and was informed that the defective screen had to be returned before the vendor would send out another one. Today is now 6/1/19 and my screen has not been repaired and there is not an estimated delivery in sight! My phone screen is actually more damaged then it was before I took it to this awful store! Save yourself the hassle and go to One Stop Wireless on Victory Drive.

I had a wonderful experience! I came in to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed and they were super professional. They also knocked the price down for me as well. And they offered me a good deal on a case and screen protector. They are a wonderful military friendly store! They definitely enjoy what they do. I will be coming back here if i have any issues with my phone or if i want a new case!

I messaged them over their website and asked if they could fix an internal issue I was having with my PS4. Got yes, bring it to us and well check it out as an answer, but when I got there I was told they only fixed USB ports on PS4s. Guy at the register was really apologetic about it, though, and listened to the problems I was having. He gave me a little internal battery for free and I replaced the one in my Playstation. Works great now :)

I brought my samsung tablet in to repair the charging port you did a great job here is my issue when i called to see if repair was done i had asked if the tablet could be charged as my grandson would want to play games with it the person on the phone assured me no problems 90 minutes latter when i arrived the tablet was not charged the clerk said he was busy i asked if could be charged while we had lunch he again said sure after lunch the tablet was not charged the clerk informed that he only had one cord to charge and it was busy very dissapointed maybe if the young man would get off of his phone he could honor customers simple request

I would not recommend this place for quality of repair four ability to really fix your items. I would recommend it for customer service and willingness to fix the items. I was not satisfied with my repairs because not only did I have to take them back because my buttons were extremely sunk in but the second time I took him back The guy cracked the screen of both my iPads. He only “noticed” one of them... when I asked about the second one he told me just a little of the black part of the paint was rubbed off from him re-opening it. Well I wasn’t satisfied with that but I was gonna let it go because I was already frustrated being there forever. Then as I looked closer I saw that the crack ran down the screen it wasn’t noticeable but most certainly there. If I hadn’t paid attention I would’ve walked off with it that way. Luckily I noticed it and he replaced it for me causing the company a total of two screens lost which I feel bad for them don’t get me wrong but I do deserve my iPad fixed When I come in and spend over $400 to get them replaced. My buttons are still sunk in. One of them is significantly better but the other is worse. I took them into get them replaced and repaired. The screens are replaced which is nice but the buttons are just sunk in and feel and look terrible.

I went to the store to see if they could fix my screen, which had previously been repaired at a booth in the mall. I was quoted a good price and reassured it could be fixed. I was not disappointed! not only did my screen get replaced with a working screen but I got a new home button that works correctly for my phone, and I opted into getting my battery replaced too. Ive never been happier! Thanks guys!

The only reason i gave them one star is because they did refund my money which was good because they charged me 126 dollars for the service and parts i understand having to pay for the materials but i do not believe in paying for a service until i am satisfied it is that way in my line of work so i guess i expected the same but not here anyways i paid for everything in full on the 9th of November was told it would be ready on the 16th of November i got busy and forgot about the tablet called on the 19th 3 days after i was told my tablet would be ready it wasnt also no phone call from the company about progress or anything finally got in touch with someone and was told it would be longer because they were waiting on the part still i understood because of holidays and what not called a fews days after the 2nd deadline date again and was told the same thing that they were still waiting on the part i gave them more time another whole 7 days the guy Nick told me if the part wasnt in and it wasnt fixed theyd refund me the whole amount called again a few days after the 3rd deadline date and it still wasnt fixed and they were still waiting on the part they had the tablet almost a whole month and couldnt get their vender to get them a simple screen to fix a simple cracked screen needless to say they did refund our money but during the whole time they had the tablet not one phone call about progress or anything very poor customer satisfaction and communication ill never use this place for anything ever again

I recently encountered a major issue with my phone where it was constantly freezing up. I was sure I needed a new phone because I didnt know what was going on. However, something told me to visit the local repair store first just to make sure before I spent a lot of money on a new phone. While out shopping for the holidays, I decided to visit this store and my experience was outstanding!! The staff was incredibly friendly and the store itself was very resourceful! Someone named AJ helped me and he was great! In addition to fixing my phone with a great sense of urgency since it was holiday crunch time, he also took the time to explain what was causing my freezing problem to prevent it from happening in the future. Worst repair experience ever. I was told my watch would be fixed in 3-5 days, the process too over 2 weeks. Not only that but after I got the watch back the next day the screen came detached and they don’t even have an Apple Watch charger in the store.In addition to my original post I was promised that a refund could be an option because the store literally never fixed my watch. They honestly didn’t do anything, they took my money and couldn’t even call back and say if the refund was approved or denied. The customer service is improved with the new staff, when you’re constantly in their face in the store but still don’t follow through just like the old staff. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Oh so awesome price I have a Motorola Moto G6 an they offered to fix it for 85 dollars!! Getting it fixed on the 27th of February 2019 every where else wanted 200$!!! I was starting to look at new phones til I came across this place.... UPDATE 02-27-19 GETTING FIXED well the screen was fixed but when I was looking at my phone the lighting was off kinda glitching it hurts my eyes an was offered for him to take it off an send the screen back for a new one I dont have time for all that but maybe it just needs to be on for alittle an warm up Ill update soon...

Terrible service hidden behind military discount and clean store front. Really took us for a ride. Use at your own risk. Full details below:I brought my wifes HTC phone into this shop 11 December 2018 and who I assume was the manager, quoted me approximately $85 to replace the water damaged screen. We were told to return to the store in one week. We returned 8 days later and the manager informed us that the phone was not ready because the screen he used as a replacement was defective. He also never contacted me to tell me this, despite claiming he had called me numerous times. I left an updated cell phone number, the same as before, with the manager. Me and wife went out of state, on leave, for 3 weeks. Upon returning we contacted ifix and repair, by phone, and they explained the phone was STILL not ready. The manager explained that he had ordered two separate defective screens from one supplier, and decided to switch suppliers to get more quality screens. Fast forward several days and the phone is finally ready for pickup, mid january, 14-17 January time frame. We picked the phone up and not even 2 hours later my wife noticed the phone screen separating from the phone at the bottom corner. The manager was not in on that Saturday so we were told to come back the following week. Upon returning to the store, a different employee used scotch tape to tape down the screen and said Thats all he could do, of course the phone wont be exactly like normal, its a different screen.....Now, 1.5 months later, the screen has begun to fail. The owner explained that only OEM screens were installed at his shop. How could anyone OEM screen not fit flush into the phone? How could an OEM screen fail instantly (the first two installed) and at best only last for 1.5 months?? What kind of professional repair shop uses scotch tape and charges $85 with a straight face.This shop will have you asking these questions, with no real explanation.
