Their customer service is reason enough not to be patrons of their establishment. YTheir prices and deals are the other reason... I just see them as a rip off artist preying on people that can sign up to the major carriers.

They dont host your mobile

Went up there with my dad a few times he just transferred to boost mobile he dont know much about phones so I go with him, every time I go up there the staff just chatting it up when you ask for help they either have an attitude or dont know anything. The next time they disrespectful to him they gone hear some words .
