Theres a handy ATM-like payment station. It wasnt working properly, but the staff on hand were able to resolve the issue quickly, and I appreciated that so much. Machines fail...how those issues are handled makes all the difference.

Got a new phone online and couldnt get it up and running... very frustrated and at my wits end. Came into the store ready to unload... Daniel saved the day!! Went in because there was a notification flashing on my phone that kept popping up. The employee reset my phone without asking me or informing me that it was going to erase valuable data and didnt even check to see if my phone was backed up.I lost some very important information and some recent pictures. AND THE ONLY COMPENSATION WAS THEY WERE SORRY. They should have some type of policy to prevent this they should make sure the customers know what they are doing .At least have people sign agreements before employees are allowed to reset a phone, or make the employees liable . Very bad business

I dont have a problem with the store and products I have a problem with the phone service I received. I used the pay as you go plan because I have unlocked phone and dont need a contract. The data rate is absolutely unacceptable. With plenty of high speed data left my download speed was 0.1 Mbps in several locations within 50 miles of the Savanah GA area, even Jacksonville FL. It was not my phone because when I got tired of customer service trying to fix it for 6 months I changed carriers and now with the same phone I have over 100 Mbps connection speed anywhere.

The customer service I received here from Mason was the best I could ask for! I came here to get a hot spot o be able to get internet in my RV and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with the strict COVID safety measures they have implemented. Highly recommend!

I came into the store on a Saturday afternoon quite stressed about a billing issue I was having following a cell phone loss. Fortunately, Daniella greeted me at the door and took excellent care of the problem I was having. She went above and beyond to not only fix the issue I came for, but also helped me with several other questions I had amassed over time. I cant recommend her more highly to help anyone who comes in out and Id trust her with any future purchase I make with Verizon!

Absolutely horrible experience on Saturday. Went in explaining that my iPhone wasn’t receiving calls while I have my phone in my hand and that sometimes text messages weren’t going through as well. The young lady who was helping me noticed I have my silent ringer on (it’s the button on the left side of your phone) and proceeded to inform me that it’s a “Do not disturb” button. I tried to correct her saying no it was a silent ringer button. She pushed back and insisted it was a do not disturb button. After about 3-4 times of this I got fed up and left. You need to teach your employees the correct functions of phones if they are going to be selling them. And if she wasn’t sure then when she saw a customer giving her pushback she should have gotten a manager involved which she didn’t and caused a customer to leave upset. Also, she lost a sale because I was there to also upgrade my son’s phone.

I would like to give them less than one star. I have been in the store at least five times and spent time two two different managers trying to resolve two different products I purchased from them that I have had multiple problems with since the purchase. The service is horrendous. The sales people will sit on their phones with no customers and wait for the current salesperson that is helping you with one problem rather than assisting you on another problem. I’m told by the store manager this is likely because they work on commission and are trained not to interfere with another salesperson’s service. So what her or not the salesperson who is helping you is making a commission or not, they are forced to be the person that helps you on all issues.The manager Ive dealt with on more than one occasion does not smile, is not friendly, is not helpful and does nothing when her staff is conducting in a very unprofessional manner right in front of her.I will drive an hour out of my way if necessary toget better service. Be careful if you make a purchase at a corporate store by the way. A local business owner at a Verizon store that is not corporate owned will not be able to help you with the products or service. They typically have better service and policies than the corporate Verizon’s but have to send you to a corporate owned store.

Don’t waste your time. If you know what phone you want, buy it online. The lady DID NOT SET UP MY NEW PHONE, she just handed me the apple box and said have a great day. I then spent over 5 hours at home setting it up. She lost interest when I did not want to bundle accessories.There was no benefit of going to the store, she was not friendly and was not helpful on the differences of the new apple phones. Not to worry if you don’t know what color you want, the employee will reverse there own camera on there phone to look up at the mounted display to show your the color options. (Which was no help) So I went on the Verizon site while I was in the store with the employee, on my own phone to pick which color I wanted. I really wish they would display the backs of the phones. Especially after spending over a thousand dollars on a phone. I ended up getting the Apple XS max in “silver” which appears to be more white. I won’t be back to this store.

Screen saver purchased from Verizon store with understand of damaged they would replace. After a newer phone comes out Verizon does a poor job of supporting the older phone. Excellent service provided by Henry!! He is very patient and provides great detail on how we can get the most out of our latest iPhone. The experience left me with a resentment. You know what they say “expectations are resentments under construction. I felt like I was ignored and when I had questions they told me to call Verizon customer service. I can say that when I left and called I got a supervisor named Nena and she did everything to make us happy. She totally went out of her way to fix the issues I had and answer all my questions. I replaced my iphone 6 with an iphone 11pro. Lamar could not have been more helpful. There was no pressure to buy anything, he really listened to what I wanted and helped me set up the new phone. The day after purchasing the phone I had a problem with my Comcast email and after getting no help at the Xfinity store, returned to Verizon and Lamar was able to fix the problem. I highly recommend him and this store.

My wife recently bought a new iPhone from this location and we would give 6 stars if we could solely due to a sales associate named Ivory! Not only was he kind and welcoming, but he took the time to personally make sure my wife left the store with everything she needed. He even educated her on the Gizmo watches for our kids (which we ended up getting and love them!). Ivory has so much understanding of human needs and customer care that he put special emphasis on making sure that our children would have the easiest time remembering the numbers for their watches. Truly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had!Additionally, we ended up having some issues with our service bill and Verizon’s corporate customer service was being rude and unhelpful. My wife went back to the store to try and get some help. Not only did Ivory and his amazing manager assist us with our billing issues (which is technically not even his job), but he did it on his own time. Ivory warms the store with his smile and brings knowledge and care to his customers. We will recommend this location, and Ivory specifically, to everyone we know!

Gaby LaRosa helped me switch from AT&T and also switch from my iPhone 4S to the 6 and she was the best! I had a thousand questions about which phone and plan to get without spending too much and she wrote out and explained it all. The computer system was malfunctioning at the time and she called every other location until she found someone to register me by phone on their computer. Shes really friendly and patient 👍 if I ever needed anything Id come back to whichever store shes working at.

I came in to Verizon Wireless because I had a cracked screen on my samsung galaxy 5. I met Gene and he was so helpful and he just wanted to show me some options. From there he told me about a deal where I could get not only a new phone but get my data reduced which is what I mention to him during our conversation that I needed as well as an offer that was going to expire tomorrow on getting a phone with a tablet deal. I now have a new cell phone with a much bigger screen I have reduced gig for my data plan and I have two lines of usage which I desperately needed as I have four children. I am extremely overwhelmed and excited with the service that I received. Gene was professional he was courteous he was straight to the point and he made a lot of sense and he sold me. I would recommend Gene 2ne1 that is coming in to buy a phone for Verizon. He was awesome the experience was awesome. Thank you Gene!

I loved my phone until recently it started to shut down and start up and shut down again continuously. It got to the point where it would barely start up at all. Very frustrated I went into the Verizon store and Del helped me out. He got to the bottom,of the situation and apparently there was a software crash that made my phone go crazy. After trying to fix the phone himself he decided to make a couple of phone calls and helped me get my phone replaced. I was so happy! He did everything he could and more!

I see signs in your stores that say 10x n a row. 20v n a row, I know this 2 b true, Y because time and time again Verizon has shown me Y they are the BEST, and the Leader in their field. Over the years I have dealt with AT&T as well as Verizon, their service,neck&neck, but when it comes to customer service, Verizon is the 1, the A, got it down pat, TRULY THE BEST!!! Food for thought- Several years ago a lot of my friends changed to straight-talk,they ask me Y I did not change seeing I was paying 200+ a month,they were paying 50, my reply was U know when u get the BEST u pay more and I guarantee U dont have a customer service department like me.
