The shop have what I needed. It was pretty straightforward I was able to get in and out with no issue. The shop was very large so I know that they have a lot of options if youre looking for hair products, wigs or extensions.

I own and operate a barbershop near but because of what I’ve heard I’ve never patronized this business until today and I regret it! I went in and asked the gentlemen behind the counter for DARK BROWN HAIR FIBERS paid cash and when I arrived to my destination realized that HE GAVE ME THE WRONG COLOR. No problem it happens. I drove back to the location with the unused product and receipt to explain that HE bagged the wrong item. He begun to become irate, strange because I was polite and simply wanted him to exchange for the correct color, and said he has to call the owner to exchange it. Fine. He gets on the phone with the owner and rightfully so the owners tell him to switch it for the correct item. Once the item was exchanged he started to throw my receipt out, I explained that I run a business and keep ALL MY receipts so I need a receipt. He begins to state that I’m trying to get a refund aggressively, I never asked for a refund. He then hands me my receipt and starts saying don’t come back. Keep in mind I’m calm and repeating “sir, calm down I run a business and need my receipt. Are you ok?” I was so confused! It was like because he made a mistake I “had” to be guilty of something also. He never apologized! Never admitted to his mistake and became aggressive to a woman! Who never became aggressive back! He probably won’t be fired but Karma will find its way to him. If he treated me like this, a new customer, over a simple mistake I can only imagine how he acts on a regular.

Purchased school uniforms today. Never again! The belt loops should NOT be falling off after ONE washing. I noticed the inside adjustable band was missing on one side. Will take my business elsewhere. And hire better staff. That woman with the 4 blonde ponytails is so UNPROFESSIONAL

The products were good and in stock. The sales attendant was very helpful while trying to decide what I wanted and needed while I was away from home. I found my favorite wig and they had about 6 left and I cant find it anywhere! Gamela is bomb and they should bring it back.

Great store with great buys

I went into the store for the first time. I was browsing and saw a wig that I might like. I was pretty focused on looking, and so some things escaped my notice (like there were wigs on display, SOME of which matched the wigs I was looking at. I opened the wig to feel the hair (couldn’t tell the texture) and the worker there was extremely rude! He approached me rudely, I was even -tempered and let him know he was being rude, and he became even more rude!! I’m not a person who is easily offended, nor do I normally take time to write reviews but that is one nasty man and I will drive past this store on my way to better customer service.

Pricing is good. Selection is small but good style and quality! Helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I buy my kids school clothes here every year and some way some how they always manage to screw something up I visited them 3 weeks ago and I didnt realize they gave my son the wrong color pants until today so I called and asked to switch them u need recipt I spent 300.00 on uniforms alone. One when you walk in they be so quick to just grab and as your making sure if its the right color is right i check. I will not be shopping here anymore. More worried about theft and not making sure you met your customers needs.
