Jimmmy is a old school and very precise, on my Corvette wheel, with his work. He, with the assist of his son, did extraordinary work on my bent wheel. I saw a luxury vehicle to buy from this dealers and after agreeing the price and since I am from another state I informed the salesperson that I have placed an inspection to check the car which is in two days and he said I will wait to hear from them .To my surprise he send me a message a day after and informed that they sold the car to someone else?I was very surprised and informed him why you did that and you know I paid for an inspection and informed you and we agreed the prices . He apologise and said well you should put a deposit, to my surprise I informed him that you did not mentioned in any stage that you needed a deposit which I will gladly put . What this Slaes mans did is very disappointing and disrespectful . I will never buy a car from this company with this kind of unprofessional behaviour .

Very disappointed with this dealership. Im from out of state and found a car in their inventory that I had been searching nationwide for for a while. I contacted this dealer to work out an over the phone deal on a Monday and told them Id be down Saturday to pick up the car. It took over 3 days for a financing application to be reviewed and completed and between those days, I basically heard nothing from them. I had made several calls and had been promised calls back that I never received. I was told the person working on my deal was off which I understand everyone has an off day, but if you have a customer who is on a timeline and trying to buy ASAP, I see no reason why another employee cant take over the deal for the day. Im not sure if this dealer uses predatory lenders or what but the rates they offered even with a 15% downpayment were unreal, and then tried to tack on some sort of fee for getting me a loan. I was able to get a 2.95% APR rate from my local bank and purchased a car in less than 24 hours after dealing with Scottis. They never even called me back after I offered more money down.Id advise if you are looking at a car and youre trying to purchase quickly, seek elsewhere.

I bought a Mercedes Benz C class with excellent low miles. I called they ran the credit process and within 5 mins they approved me. I went in all the paperwork was drawn all I needed to do was sign the docs. If you go talk to John he is amazing! This car dealer has excellent customer service starting in sales, to finance, to service. I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i hard top convertible in March. Along with the car I invested in the Gold Warranty which covers everything bumper to bumper including oil changes up to a certain amount. Sounded great to me, well thank goodness I did. Several months later the engine failed needing a new one at only 70k miles. Very long story short, with the help of Mark (the owner), Steve Bailey (finance manager), and Sal (service center owner) I now have another engine, with a warranty that is running great even after the replacement a couple months ago! A whole lot went into this entire situation and these gentleman fought hard for me when the warranty company questioned it! Through blood sweat and tears they made it happen and even called me on the weekend at 9pm to let me know everything was getting fixed. The service center really took care of my car and Im so very happy with my purchase! If your in doubt dont be! Always read reviews, theirs are high for a reason! Thanks again Scottis

Buying a car is not what I usually consider enjoyable, buying a used car even less so. My Scottis experience was actually VERY cool! My timing of being at the dealership meant that I dealt with two salespersons (Steve G initially, but John F primarily), and they were professional and cooperative with each other and with my fiancé and me. No pressure, very chill experience. From the initial phone contact through to the end (including the finance department) was very satisfactory! I intend to bring my daughters to Scottis when they are ready for their next cars, and will shop them when Im ready for my next vehicle!!

For the last 17 years I have bought my vehicles from the same dealership and always stuck to buying Nissans. However, I believed it was time for a change this time around. Purchased a truck from scottis and they stuck with me through the process even when it was getting late. They have a predictable sales approach that wasnt overwhelming.I did alot of research on the vehicle I was looking at before purchasing which really helped in my experience. These vehicles are uncertified so your are purchasing as is unless it is under warranty.If you plan on purchasing a vehicle at scottis research what you are looking at. This is the reason I can only give 4 stars and it has nothing to do with the process or the people I worked with to purchase my vehicle.

I was set to buy a car from them and they decided to tell me my trade in, which has a clear car fax and no mechanical issues and paint job good with no rips or tears on the interior was not even worth a third of poor trade in by the book they use to buy cars...... This was after I had my bank approve a loan and ready to send the money. Also after asking how they decide what a trade in is worth. Started with what the book says for the condition down to their feelings. Watch out for how they start deals and back track. The book price was sent of excellent, good, and poor condition. The offer was less than a third of poor condition........ Still not understanding where the car was less than one third of poor condition value with no mechanical issues, no rust, no mismatched paint, stock rims, and no rips in seats. Price was based on his feelings............The car would be been driven down there, about 700 mile trip so giving less than poor value (poor value is having mechanical issues) Just know they give nothing for a car. They offered $2k and places which buy cars without trade in offered more than double. I trust the other people saying how they cheated them after dealing with them. I did not read the reviews and wasted my time with them.

Kyler was very helpful and quick to get back to me w any questions and concerns I had an Overall a good experience only marking off 1/2 a point bc I did feel a little rushed in the process. Mainly the type of car I was looking at sells fast.

We stopped in to look at a vehicle and Kyler showed us the car when we arrived, but we didn’t purchase it. He kept in touch with us throughout the week. We stopped in the next Saturday and saw another one we liked. We requested Kyler because of the way he treated us the first time we stopped in. We purchased a 2011 Ford Edge.
