I rented a U-Haul And had a good experience. My car was in the shop and just needed wheels. I spoke with Jesse the owners son on the phone. I arrived and was in a nice van within 10 minutes. I had to extend my rental for another day. Not a problem at all. They were honest and fair and that makes me very satisfied. So thumbs ☝ Thank you!

Good customer service reasonable prices

This place is a joke for U-Haul rentals. I chose mobile pickup an hour before the place opens, called to confirm and was given confirmation that it will be ready. Upon arrival and checking in, U-Haul said to wait until they open. I called U-Haul and they said the place didn’t properly set me up for mobile pickup the night before. I saw a mechanic that worked there and just asked if he could get me the key or in contact with someone and he was super rude and basically told me to get lost. NEVER rent a U-Haul here!

Very versatile in helping you to find a car that youre looking for or renting a truck. Make sure you ask for Jesse. He seems to be more helpful than the others. He seems willing to go above and beyond and is very knowledgeable. He is an honest man and wont steer you wrong

Raul and Jesse ripped my daughter off for $4750 for a vehicle which had both the engine and AC compressor blown within 1 month of purchase. I am currently working on civil and potentially criminal charges for both odometer issues and fraudulent bill of sale, as well as not explaining that it was a salvage vehicle, just burying a disclosure in a pile of paperwork that they had her fly through and sign. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! And DO NOT trust good reviews, because I hear that they have friends and family write them. READ THE FULL STORY ON YELP REVIEWS!!!

$14.99 oil change..LIE.I have a 2002 ford taurus so it was more expensive???COST $25.. end of June,2019Went away for 3 weeks ..DROVE CAR 1032 MILES since oil change...Had starter problem...went to ABs auto, who has taken care of all of my vehicles for years.STARTER WAS FULL OF OIL FROM FILTER NOT BEING PUT ON RIGHT..NEEDED TO BE REPLACED..$300 for a new starter!!Have pictures and miles on paper .. UGHHH. brought papers back with note about oil flood and was told it was to late for them to do anything...GRRRRRR..STAY AWAY..

Went to Tire Kingdom where they said over $4000 of work needed to be done on a 2001 PT Cruiser. Brought car in to MaxxCar and their tech Raul showed us the struts, lower control arms and motor mounts were in good condition. Tire Kingdom said they all needed to be replaced. Discovered that the noise we heard was not the spare tire moving around, but a rear sway bar. MaxxCar replaced the bad sway bar center link and did the rear brakes for $500! Im thankful for their honesty and superior automotive knowledge. Ill never set foot in Tire Kingdom again. Call The friendly staff at MaxxCar/ServiceMaxx today!

Very bad experience with a $1500.00 price tag to have a vehicle that ran for 2 weeks before having transmission fluid all over my driveway. Lots of my belongings missing when they came and got the car. One expensive car rental since thats what it turned out to be.

Worst car experience ever! Sold me a car with bad brakes and noted a brake problem on the test drive. Jessie assured me the brakes would be fixed and working. Drove the car off the lot and 3 sensor lights came on and brakes were not functioning properly. I wired money to them paid them up front and they then told me 250.00 to pay for the part to fix it. When I advised Jessie that it was agreed that the brakes would work for what I paid for the car ... he gave me the story that the owner was not going to pay for the part needed to fix the car and it has been sitting there for a month and hasnt been driven once. These guys are a joke ... check the cars thoroughly before you do anything with these bums and dont trust that they are people of their word or stand behind what they say or do.
