Avoid this store like a plague! I made an appointment for a tire change and break change. When I got there, an associate attended to me. You could see he woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. He wasnt friendly at all, and he was very rude and aggressive in his response to the first customer he attended to, and then to me. I went there for a change of tires and break pads, he only checked the tires and not the breaks, and he wanted me to initial the tire estimate. I said to him, why not just check the tires and breaks, and then give me all the estimate at once instead of splitting them. I guess that was a wrong thing to ask. I went to sit down because I didnt want to argue with him, and he never said anything to me again, until 30 minutes later. Then he said, if you dont initial this tire estimate, we cant work on your car, or you can take it somewhere else. I asked for their store manager, and they pointed to the same rude and unfriendly man named Phil who just attended to me. I was appalled, that someone like that was a store manager.When their formal manager Buddy was there, the services and customer service we got, was spectacular. Now, they have bunch of unfriendly, rude people running the store.Im not going back to that store again, until theres a change of management. And Ill make sure I let my friends know about the horrible services I received from this so called manager Phil.

Stay away from this store if I could give them zero stars I would. Bought a tire here back in July with a warranty been back over a dozen times for vibration in the tire they say there is nothing wrong with it and trying to say it’s a different tire( never had this issue before tire was replaced) they won’t replace the tire under factory warranty. On top of that they put sparks plugs in my car that don’t belong in my car and made it misfire without my knowledge. Stay as far away from then as u can. Phillip the manager got very rude with me when I said I want the tire replaced.

Never coming back here for an oil change. After my last visit I had oil leak like crazy all over the bottom panel because of a bad drain plug they failed to mention when replacing the filter, thankfully none of that damaged the engine but it was just a waste of money and I’ve been a long time customer here.

Great Shop, Great People, Great Service!The Tire Kingdom shop on the corner of Bee Ridge and S Tamiami does not disappoint. Its a great place! Contrary to many other shops in the area, I received respectful treatment, no sales pressure, fair pricing and a job well done. While I had done oil changes and brake jobs with them before, this was my set of tires. What can I say? It was a really good experience. I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin and Tony, both highly qualified, honest and 100% making good on their promises, as well as the manager, Ron. Simply put, this is the guys you want to have working on your car. They have a really good crew working there, so I can recommend them without hesitation and will definitely be back. Thanks, guys!

My husband and I are visiting for our first vacation since we started dating. We were ready to go to the beach and finally relax and boom...nail in the tire. We called a s Tire Kingdom said they were pretty busy but come and they will take care of us. We came in and they had a lot of people ahead of us and said it might not be ready till Monday. My husband explained that we are not from here and would be leaving Sunday. The took care of us right away. We were in and out and on the beach with in an hour. Thank you so much for helping us get back on the road and have a wonderful vacation. Amazing customer service and work as well. Definitely recommend.

My tire pressure was low and it turned out that I had a nail in it. So I came to Tire Kingdom to see if they could help me. Shannon was so helpful! He had one of the technicians come and look to see if it could be repaired. They were kind and professional! And they made sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend coming here with any of your car needs. They are GREAT at what they do and have excellent customer service!! I will be back!

I have lived in Florida for 10 years now, and the RON and KEVIN here at TIRE KINGDOM are the BEST professionals I have known. Others try, but they are not even close when it comes to Customer Service and Fixing my cars correctly.I recently got my Wheels balanced, Brake jobs done, and Radiator flushed here, among many other jobs on my cars. Rons team went above and beyond, by putting in extra fluids at no charge, just so my car can have the ABSOLUTELY cleanest cooling system. How many shops would do that nowadays?I will continue to drive over 30 minutes, just to get all of my cars serviced by Ron and Kevins team.

They really helped me out getting me a tire for my trailer quickly when I had a flat.

They are very personable and efficient here. The line is usually pretty long, but once it’s your turn they make you feel like you’re the only customer and make sure all your needs at met and all questions answered.Quick work and good communication.

Clean shop, decent prices, trained Certified mechanics, very busy so plan ahead. They will give you an estimate and have your vehicle back within a good timeframe. Best thing is its right off Tamiami trail and next to everything. Waiting room with coffee and restrooms. All in all Ive had pretty good experiences here.

Staff at this location was super helpful. Check engine light on my 03 Toyota came on & Ron & Kevin worked me in on a busy Sat during season. More maintenance issues than anticipated; service manager Kevin prioritized repairs and helped break them down into affordable segments.

This location is my go to location for tire changes and also oil changes. Buddy takes very good care of me and recommends things only when needed. I feel safe knowing that my car is well tuned and tended to. Buddy has saved me money over the years by finding the cause of rattles and noises, and not charging me for unnecessary repairs as the Lexus dealer wanted to do. Kudos to Buddy and his team!

Excellent work and customer service!! I had a blow out on one of my tires late on a Saturday afternoon. I called various tire stores in Sarasota desperate to find one open on a Sunday that could replace my tire(s).Tire Kingdom on S. Tamiami Trail was my 4th phone call after being told by other stores they were too busy to see me. Dan answered the phone and was so helpful and reassuring that his store could help me. He even ordered a tire for me as I had the measurements without taking any payment! He told me to come in Sunday morning.I arrived 10 minutes before they opened on Sunday, and they were already helping customers!Keith helped me, and he was amazing! I asked him to look at my tires, and he explained ( while showing me) that all the tires were worn out.He then looked at his inventory and said he had 4 tires in stock for me( very close to what was on vehicle) and he could have them put on TODAY!!!!I was thrilled!! He then told me they had a special, buy 4 tires and one is free, so he saved me money too!!I will only go to this Tire Kingdom for all my vehicle needs!! A very happy customer!!Regards,Deborah

Back in May 2019.. my Srarter was replaced. This shop is honest, reasonable and do quality work. They are also . open on Sunday and offer Discounts for Veterans. Lol, I forgot to review then.. sorry guys... I think Ill see you soon. Water pump. Great shop.

Battery light in dashboard remained even after technician replaced battery. Also AC not working. Is compressor or belt destroyed?Damages 19.04 since labor Is not warranted as battery is.I am disappointed.

These guys were able to fit me in on the weekend for a quick replacement tire. Professional, courteous, thorough.

Always an honest and reasonable solution to tire and brake issues, I have taken then my cars for many years, and insofar as I myself did not cheap out on bargain parts, never an issue. I have had maybe 6000$ run through there. If you can buy the middle or upper options do so, as with cat parts you generally get what you pay for. Labor always solid and polite with plenty to do in walking distance. Barnes and Nobel and best buy, Naked fish, hair place etc. A Sarasota main stay for ever.

Superior customer service.I was passing through the city around 530pm and had a tire bubble on my truck. Called and they just happened to have a 35x12.5x20 on hold for an employee. By the time I pulled up it was almost 615pm (they close at 7). Knowing it would take more than an hour to remove and replace the tire on my truck not to mention time to balance it, they took the time to make sure I could continue my journey.Excellent customer service by the store manager SCOTT and both employees that stayed after hours. 👍👍👍👌👌👌THANKS TIRE KINGDOM

I made an appointment 9 days in advance to have a tire put on my car at 10am. I show up for the appointment 15 minutes early and as I’m sitting here in the waiting room it has now been 4 1/2 hours...and it isn’t finished yet... I understand places can get busy but this seems ridiculous for a mount and balance for an appointment made over a week in advance.

They try to sell me a new set of tires because they told me that it could be dangerous repair my tire hole. I went to another tires shop and they fix it for $10. After 6 months my tire is still perfect. Stay away from this tires chaines

They wouldnt honor or warranty there own product.. They sold me tires and one price and when one when bad they had raised the price over 70 dollars more per tire. Dont buy tire kingdom products.. Only name brand tires they At least warranty there product in full..

I arrived with no appointment and a tire loosing air. I was quickly waited on and learned that the tire could not be repaired. My warranty was honored and the car was ready without delay.When I walked out I learned that they had closed about the time I arrived. They could have turned me away but they stayed to help me. Never ever do business with this place. Went to get a value cover gasket estimate on a 2008 BMW 535xi. They told me $964.70 said it would take 7 hours. I took it to My Neighbor’s Auto downtown and they told me the part would cost 60 bucks and roughly 2-3 hours. I ended up paying a total of $360.24.

As leaving Sarasota memorial hospital keeps from bringing our newborn home our tire went flat. We pulled into Tire Kingdom and my husband got out told them the problem and that we had our newborn along with our 2 toddlers in the car with us. Two employees immediately came out and started working on the tire. Within 20mins we were done and getting ready to head back on the road. my husband gave the employee who fixed our tire a $20 tip and he tried to give it back to my husband and told him to buy something for our newborn. My husband refuse to take it back and told him that he earned it so he kept it. Very nice and fast employees at this location.

I have been a long time customer at this Tire Kingdom location and have always been taken care of by Buddy and Dan. I appreciate all that they have done for me and my family for many many years.

It was a long Saturday but the guys kept at it until the job was done. Well done. Pizza on me as soon as I make the money back.

They get the job done, but miraculously they always find and correct another problem that apparently no other autoshop place sees, including other Tire Kingdoms. I went here because it was once again the closest place to where I was. Ill be taking the extra 15minute drive to go somewhere else. Every time without a doubt they will find something to wrack up my bill another $100 and tell me after they have all ready completed it. Just head to a different tire kindom if you want to stick to this company. There location alone keeps them alive, not the service.

The personnel was friendly, but.... I went in for an oil change $20 special and they found two problems that they might have to charge me up to $200 or more .. I went to another company and they could not find the problems... I wont be back ..

I had an OK experience with this Tire Kingdom. Service was ok and the wait time was longer than we expected. Overall the staff was pleasant.

Not worth one starNothing but lying thieves. Twice they tried fixing my gasket still leaked oil. I went back for new tires and said the leak was still there, they said no way possible it was the gasket again and thought it was the pcv. Then told me I needed brakes real bad and new rotors. Took my car elsewhere for brakes and they told me mine were perfectly fine. Then to another place about my oil leak and after putting in dye its the gasket thats the problem hmmmm. Then tire kingdom says they cant refund me and want me to bring it back and they will fix it for free, over my dead body. Do not go here! I also feel they lied to me in the past about my warrantied tires and over charging me based on the wear.

Completely unprofessional!! These guys replaced my rear pads on a 2015 transit van. 2 weeks later the right rear caliper locks up. I bring it back and they wanted to charge 1200.00 for pads rotors calipers and brake lines. After 20 mins of debating they dropped the price to 700. So 500 less then the quote still being charged 700. For an issue that was caused by the quality of the work. Ok so I paid the 700. To replaced pads rotors, calipers and brake lines. Just to have my rear brakes continue to grind as if the rotor and the pads had a chunk of metal between them. So I take it to Sarasota ford being that it is a ford cargo van. Theyre diagnoses was the upper brake caliber bolt was missing!! I asked if they had seen that before and their professionals stated that these bolts dont fall out!! Although after speaking with buddy at tire kingdom and his one and only real mechanic in the shop they dismissed my argument of their negligence. And completely disregard the professional option in which I provided. I simply asked for a in store credit to restore my faith in their integrity. At which point, they both laughed and processed to dismiss my claim!! Im sorry but if I pay you to replace my brake pads I expect you to put both of the required bolts back in where you found them. Clearly their employees dont care about the quality of their work. Furthermore they dont care enough about their customers to assume responsibility for their own negligence. Ive been a customer for over 12 yrs in which Ive recommended numerous people to this establishment and was shocked in the manner in which they handle my claims of poor quality work. I will no longer bring my business to these crooks . I would strongly recommend others to seek different Tire Kingdom locations due to the lack of professionalism and integrity at this one!!

Avoid like the plague!!!Three years ago i went there to get a single tire replaced on my car before a long trip. One is all I needed cause i hit a nail and was using my spare. They took my car in and put the new tire on that i bought from them. They told me that i needed ALL my tires replaced and that THEY wouldnt take a trip with the tires i had. I had just looked at all my tires when i brought the car in and they were like new, i told them i wasnt going to buy all new tires because i didnt need it. I got my car back and checked out the tires to try and figure out what they were talking about. My tires were fine, not balding in the least. we drive less than a mile and the car handles strange. next gas station we check the tire pressure. they had overfilled all my tires. i should have been at 3.5. all, including the new one, were at 5.2. They could have burst.Yesterday we went back, thinking maybe they had changed in three years. we knew we needed a new starter and told them. they took the car back and tested it. they said our battery was almost dead and they wouldnt touch the starter unless we bought a battery and had them install it. i had just had a battery installed 3 months before so i said no and that i wanted my car back. it took 15 mins of arguing until they finally took my car out of the garage. I took it to another mechanic. he tested the battery and it was fine. When he looked at the engine he called us over. What we saw was horrifying. a vacuum tube had been unhooked and slashed. It didnt tear or rot, it was a clean cut. We were sabotaged. if we had driven any further than to this new mechanic, we could have had serious damage done to our car. luckily, the new guy fixed it for free and installed the starter for half the price Tire Kingdom wanted.If you value your lives, Do not take your car to these evil people.
