Ive only had to get my oil changed and tune-up done so far, car has been in really good shape. Freeman has a nice waiting area, coffee, cookies, popcorn, bottle water, and sodas available. They also offer a loaner if you need so you dont really need to wait there at all.

Worked with Ivette Ulloa and had a great experience! She helped us find the exact car we wanted and at a very good price. These cars can be complicated to learn at first with all the computer tech involved but Ivette is an expert with the onboard systems and is very patiently helping us with that. We couldnt find the car with the options we wanted at first but because Ivette was so involved in helping us she made it happen for us!

I understand theyre trying to sell cars and I get the fact that its very tough business. But Ive been Lexus owners for six years now and unfortunately my salesperson is no longer there or hes out due to C19. I will not own or lease a lexus again. I lost a new car deal for $13 more a month and the sales person or his boss would not change his mind. They made me feel that Im begging for a car and my current Lexus car that I bought from them 3 years ago, is not a worthy car. Well Im not asking for a handout, I can afford a new car, but its always in the delivery on how a person say things. Too bad.

Way better experience than with Lexus of Marin. Freeman Lexus employees were all exceptionally nice to me, quick and organized, and my car looked fantastic when I got it back. Plus it only took an hour. Night and day from the other dealership. They are now my go-to for my Lexus IS maintenance.

My Lexus had a recall, and I had the great blessing to have Andrew Ruminson as my rep. He went above, and beyond, to make sure my experience was good. Because I’d had to have my oil hose replaced due to blow out Earlier in the tear, Andrew advised me on getting reimbursed from Lexus. He is assisting me months after I’d been in for my recalls. He’s available for my Lexus questions to this day. He is a phenomenal employee, and anyone would be lucky to have his assistance.

This is the best dealership both to buy a new or previously owned car like I did back in 2013.I bought an ES330 and had it for 7 years with only routine maintenance and sold it this year with 220,000 miles and still going strong!I wanted an AWD and knew that Lexus and this Service Department would be the way to go.The RX350 is a fantastic vehicle. And the Lexus Service Department under the direction of Andrew, and the Service Advisors I have had the pleasure to work with, (Paul and Alex) have been nothing short of Amazing!You could not get a better Service Team!Without any hesitation to recommend Freeman Lexus - both in sales and most importantly in their A+ Service Department.

I have spent alot of money here in the last year. I bought a rack& pinion for my1999 LS400 for 800$ & they said bring back the old rack & pinion for a 200$ back core. I brought back the old one & they said they wont do it without the box even though I have the receipt. Not happy they ripped me off

When I first purchased my car from Freeman they were great and also good when I brought my car in for service but recently their communication about service issues have been confusing and poor at best. I had purchased a service plan and may sell my car and have been trying to get information about how that will be handled and have called twice and left messages with no return call.

I bought a used 2012 IS 250 elsewhere, and between speaking to service on the phone, and bow having came in to Freeman Lexus, Im impressed and very pleased.My service advisor, Alex is great. I had a flickering headlight, and I wasnt sure if it would be the wiring or the bulb. They did a electrical check for free and also tightened my mirrior and programed my key to roll down the windows. I was only charged for the labor of replacing the bulb, and for the bulb.Him and I actually had a nice little chat, and I felt like I also got a free mini therapy session.Everything I experienced here was top notch. Ill gladly be taking my car here for service, and when I decide to upgrade, they already have my business.

My friend Wendy was certain about getting a hard top convertible with a lighter interior. So I drove with her from Santa Barbara to Freeman Lexus. They were flexible in negotiating, Greg Adair responded immediately confirming he still had that special car... and Wendy LOVE, LOVE, LOVES her car. They are competitive and very responsive and the car is gorgeous.

Didnt think it would be a huge Lexus fan but I was greeted by an older sales person and he was pretty amazing he explained what I needed to hear and taught me a little bit more about the Lexus certified pre-owned program and I love what I heard and I think I will go back and finish the purchase.

A Lexus dealership come with expectations of hastle free sales and service..I purchased a used Lexus RX 330 at Lexus of Marin & they really screwed me. The air & cabin filters were clogged and the smog system was failing. Freeman helped me to fix it all. Parts dept is excellent.

Very helpful staff (Robert, Ryan) when we had a problem on a Sunday after an accident. We were from out of town, traveling through Santa Rosa, and hit a large dog closeby. Lots of front end damage. Left our car there for follow-up so that we could drive back home for major repairs.

Bought a 2015 Lexus 450h from CarMax Santa Rosa. Two days later discover an oil leak, not just a drip or 2 but more than Ive seen before. CarMax cant get me in for 9 days. I just bought a car from you and spent a lot of money, what? Ok, I realize light didnt come on, just check oil level they said. I shouldnt have to do this, unacceptable!Called Freeman Lexus they said come in same day and provided a loaner. Found the problem right away and fixed. Cleaned up oil residue under the hood and washed the car! Service adviser called next day to be sure everything was ok. AMAZING SERVICE! Wish Id bought the car there.
