Went there to pick up an online order for a car battery for my 2018 volt, had an employee called Shawn help me install it even though it was a tricky install because of complexities with the battery terminals he still attempted and together we figured out how to do it.Staff were friendly no pressure no upselling or anything just a straightforward experience to pick up an item and help me install it.

I was at Walmart in Windsor and an employee referred me to AutoZone store 4082 I was asking the Walmart guy where I can get a recommendation for check engine light and the employees especially Ashley D and Ruben were awesome they were very helpful and friendly and had a great personality even in the rain all of you guys are great have a nice day

Store manager was rude belittling his employees acting very unprofessional and flat out wasting my time. I would’ve much rather bought the part from the employee he was trying to make look bad they were courteous and respectful.

Great service and great experience! I went in today to replace a headlight bulb and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I especially want to thank Rubin Lopez for replacing the lightbulb for me. Great job!

Very helpful staff and got the parts needed. Directed me to another auto zone location which had a part I needed in stock.

I was broke down there for a day, had to figure out what was wrong, did a bunch of research online, bought parts and fixed it. When I was done and ready to start my vehicle, the battery was dead because I had to keep charging my phone but they also charge batteries for free. So after about 24 hours sitting/sleeping/wrenching on my car in their parking lot with no one asking me when I would finally be gone, they were still helping me with a battery charge and a smile, I was finally on my way. Thanks guys/gals!!

Absolutely great store, and great customer service! I lost a receipt that was very important to me from a purchase I made here months ago. The store manager Melissa was able to locate it for me, she even stayed overtime after the store closed in order to help me. I have never experienced such devoted customer service.Thanks Melissa!

AutoZone is a good place to get your parts at a reasonable price. Good customer service always have their shelves stocked. The only little complaint that I do have is the last few times going to AutoZone customer service kind of went down a little bit.

Well, help is sparse with 2 or 3 people working there. Im having the hardest time understanding how oil prices per Barrel is at an all time low, but the price per gallon is at an all time high. About the same as what a case used to cost. But all and all, they do have just about everything and anything you can imagine one could want or need.

Ive been going to AutoZone for years and usually it is a very good experience, not this time. Im from Florida however I was traveling in California and I needed a power steering pressure hose for my grandsons Acura. We called ahead they said it would be ready when we got there and we were at the store in 5 minutes. There was one girl at the counter and one in the back putting away parts. They stared at us for 5 minutes and did not ask us if we needed help. Finally we said were here for the power steering pressure hose. They kept yelling for David to come from the back. He came up and couldnt find it and it was the last one and they placed it somewhere no one could find. Evidently they sent the guy who took the call out on a delivery and would not or could not call him, they told us sorry they were unable to find it after 10 more minutes Awful horrible service. We left and went to OReillys and got exactly what we needed.

A very helpful associate worked with me for a good 15 minutes to find what I needed - a $3 item.Highly recommend this store. Thanks!

Terrible customer service

I stopped by the AutoZone store on Santa Rosa Ave this morning because one of the running lights on my Hyundai Sonata had burned out. Paul W. helped me and he was absolutely amazing. He wanted to make sure he was giving me the right bulb, so he went out to my car and took out the burned out bulb, sold me the right replacement, and then went back out to my car and installed both running lights with new bulbs. Ive never had this kind of outstanding service before from an auto parts store. Thanks Paul W!!! Ill remember this the next time I need any auto parts! Paul K. (same first name, but no relation)

Autozone... one of the few retailers whos rewards program is actually worth participating. Just recently picked up a $40 credit, and a few 20 dollar credits before that. And Im only buying oil for my whip, and spray paint, masking tape, sandpaper, replacement automotive bulbs, etc.....

The tall gentleman with the glasses on that assisted me was very helpful, knowledgable amd exercised superd customer service. Thanks Guy

Horrible and unlawful... I was sold the upgraded water pump, but they gave me the reconditioned part. I returned it to a different location and they advised me of the ruse. 2 separate events on different days, one was when Bill, an employee told me my batteries wouldnt fit the machine (they charged the other set of identical batteries last week) when I said I think it will be fine he raised his voice and haughtily yelled Its a simple fact Sir, they just wont fit!! But they did Bill, You even told me to go to Napa Auto parts. Because thats what it said on my batteries. Well guess Where I AM AT NOW BILL,

I went in when they were swamped and Melissa was working alone and training a new hire at the same time. Yes the wait took time, but the customer service she provided and the way she danced from customer to customer so that no one felt ignored or unattended, made it all ok. I personally had a good attitude because I understand the situation but I also really appreciated her kindness even when stressed to the new hire who obviously Knew nothing; as I did most of the computer work to look up my parts.

Asked a lady if she could find the type of car oil my car should get and she told me the wrong type of oil :/ (I did my research but I wanted to double check) its happened before to my dad and the car wasnt functional. We ask bc we believe they know and could trust them but if its going to happen a second time I cant really trust them.

Just had the best auto parts customer service I’ve ever experienced with Isaiah. I came into the store looking for two different replacement bulbs for my Volvo and was immediately assisted in the isle.Isaiah not only helped me find and pick out the correct bulbs with a smile on his face but also assisted me with replacing them (which would have been a nightmare for me due to the positioning and location of the bulbs).He is a rockstar that saved me hours worth of headache! Thank you Isaiah!!

My battery died and Farrah was super helpful assisting me and my boyfriend what we needed and how to replace it in my car (2012 dodge Journey, so its in a hard to reach place). Farrah is a hero among heroes and I will forever sing her praises for how amazing and helpful she was. 100% quality customer service

They hired some new people that DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING it used to be my go to store so close to my shop but now everytime i call some guy call JP answers puts me on hold to pick up 20 min later to ask me about the part im looking for like 10 times and then ends up telling me they dont carry it when i know they do, something so simple like an air filter or a master cilynder... sad to see this store dont care about good customer service.

I paid for a starter motor with store credit and was told there was an additional charge for the the core, which I was prepared for and paid for with my debit card, which I considered to be cash. I was told not to worry about the extra charge because I would get it back when I brought the core back -- great! Standard Stuff. Except when I came back with the core all I got was another store credit, not my $20! Are they that hard up for business that they cant give me my core charge back in cash, but rather force me into a future purchase. #!*÷×!!!

Farrah was beyond helpful with all of my car needs. Give that lady a raise because you are lucky to have a worker to cares so much for the customers that come in. I will be back gor all my car needs!

Jessica went above and beyond to help me! She helped talk me through exactly what I needed, because I was not sure, and even came outside with the toolbox and helped me take apart my headlight assembly! And made very pleasant conversation the whole way! 5 stars is not enough for her!

It is never fun when your car breaks, but I am sure glad I went to AutoZone on Santa Rosa Ave.Roger, who is one of the sales managers there, helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and gave me the tools and parts I needed to fix it with a great attitude. I will always go back to the store for any of my automobile needs. I would recommend all of my friends and family to do the same.

Buy a can of oil for 15 bucks. Goto lowes get it for 5 bucks.

Hugh M helped me out with my old battery and answered all of my questions and gave me amazing service. I would defiantely bring my car back to auto zone since my first experience was fast easy and well explained.

Very poor experience. I went in yesterday a little after 4pm. There were only two employees working. One was on the phone which i understand but the other women working the store manager just ignored me and walked away after Ive been waiting and she looked right at me. What a way to treat your customers.

Normally its not a bad store to go today was horrible i asked if they had door locks for my car, the response i got was i dont think we have those then grabs a phone call guess he wasnt gonna check or ask for what kind of car or even say give me a sec he just answered the phone and walked off everyone else must have been on break went home looked on line the first place that popped up was the zone has to be ordered but think ill find them somewhere else
