Where I go for the good high-end parts and accessorys nobody else has...

This used to be the place that you can find all type of European parts and back in the day they were original parts now theres a lot of Japanese Parts but they do have a great service

Got told my exchange would be there Monday ordered on sat so I waited for 2 days then when I called Monday because I hadnt heard from them yet nobody knows whats going on Im out on hold for 20 min and its Monday at 4:25 and Im told maybe tomorrow I set up today so I would have time to deal with this now I will have to do the same tomorrow

Have had to come here multiple times to get a part I couldnt wait for from another European Online Retailer. Overall, they have a lot in stock and its not rip your eyeballs out prices. Very much appreciate and recommend the service they provide. The actual auto parts stores sell you nothing but b.s. Go pay 5x less for the same garbage that will never work on amazon. The good news is you wont feel as ripped off.

Seems to be the go to auto parts / speed shop in Santa Rosa.

Smothers is performance for all my needs from a custom return spring to a whole Edelbrock fuel system and all the goodys you need.for your ROD Smothers is thee hangout for all speed freaks like me.

If you need some hard to find parts especially European parts do you guys have a place to go in Santa Rosa if they haven’t had my part they’ve usually been able to order it most of the time getting at the same day or at least within a day I highly recommend them

The fact that they didnt have a clue what a standard SAE 2-wire quick disconnect was, especially when they sell the four wire version for trailers kinda upset me. That being said, service was quick, friendly, and informative, even though they didnt know what I was looking for they referred me to somewhere that might, FYI, it was at the referred place.

Sold me the wrong oil filter for my Mercedes. They have good parts you just cant trust the employees apparently. Im just going to use Amazon from now on. At least they get my order correct.

This is a great place for all kinds of auto and truck needs. Wholesale accounts and retail sales people that know their stuff. Prices are very competitive and the quality of their parts lines is top notch.

Smart staff, good stock but the wait time is always really long, no formal line to wait in and the staff helps people at random. Needs a formal line and staff who pay attention to said line. Waited 10 minutes, guy walked to the wrong side of the counter and was helped. This is why Smothers is my last-ditch effort for parts.

Little more expensive than other auto parts stores but they always have the part Im looking for. I used to travel to three or four stores searching for a part only to end up here. Now I just go straight here

Awesome local auto parts store. They have a huge inventory and almost always have everything I need in stock. Very helpful staff. My first stop for any auto parts I need.

Clean and organized. OEM replacement parts and high performance parts sold as well. Tons of stuff in stock. No garbage parts sold here. Knowledgeable staff work here....

Great parts guys that actually know what your working on. the owner is not my favorite person but hes employing locals and keeping the big chains at bay. you may pay more but they dont sell you junk because they warranty parts.

Today I had to return a windshield wiper that was too small. Not only did the sales rep take my return (it had been slightly over the 30 day no refund policy) he noticed that I had been accidentally overcharged at my initial visit. He made the adjustments quickly and without me even having to ask. He also helped brainstorm with me a problem Im having with my windshield. I appreciate so very much the help I received today. Auto parts stores are a foreign land to me and I feel like I can walk into Smothers and get excellent service and learn something while Im there. This particular store was also always very helpful when I was driving a 67 Cutlass. Thank you Smothers!

Walked in wearing an anti-trump shirt and received multiple dirty looks from employees who rather than helping me find what I need, pointed in a direction and stated down there. Funnily enough what I asked for was not found anywhere in the store. Even though I called ahead to check inventory... if youre a pro and need parts maybe go here but if youre a DIY guy like myself who may need some advice dont bother.

The employees are very polite and they have good parts and help you find good parts if you ever have a question about the place notify me Ill answer it wonderfully because I have went to smothers so many times I even went back to wearhouse because I have friends the let me back there and they have every part you can imagine the have bus batteries,engines,fluid,etc. You can buy any part you need for your vehicle.

Sometimes will have stuff in stock bigger stores dont. Some OEM parts. They had an OEM clutch master for my 76 280z. Can be little pricey. Better quality care products, like Klasse.

Excellent mechanics! After two months of trying to get my car smogged they came through for me. A bit pricey but they got the job done!

Went in to get an o ring for my pcv system, when they didnt show one in inventory, the man at the counter pulled out a generic set of o rings and gave me one that matched the size I needed for free. The guys here have always been willing to help me find parts even if they dont have them.
