Worked with Paul who was excellent in communicating what needed to be done, and delivered as promised. I had an older Toyota Tacoma with paint worn down to almost bare metal. This was not an insurance job, though the car had been in the same facility previously and I was very satisfied with the results. Pleasantly, the car was returned in almost new condition. Almost looked like it did when I drove it off the dealers lot 11 years ago. Very pleased with the results and highly recommend Lou Saare for all automotive body work and paint.

I was hit in the rear side and the “at fault unlicensed” driver scraped my wheel. I selected Lou Saare Body shop on Santa Rosa Ave. Paul gave me an estimate. He was very cordial and polite and handled everything with the person’s insurance company.

Everyone at Lou Saares was so nice. They took care of my car, making it look like new again. What I liked best is they were honest and upfront about their work and the very fair price of the repair.

The manager, Paul provided a good estimate of the required work to repair my Subaru Outback which had been rear ended. I also wanted a dent on the rear passenger door removed. It took a couple of extra days for the work to be completed than promised, but it was not an issue because the work was top rate, plus they provided me a loaner car at no additional cost. Paul went over the car with me before I took delivery. Overall, a great job and I recommend them.

Auto body repair. Great service and quality work

A car on Hwy 101 had a blow out in front of me. The tire tread flew back and hit the front of my car and I ultimately ran over the tire tread. This caused damage to the bottom of my front bumper and the under carriage of my car. They fixed everything ahead of schedule and my car was returned very clean in and out. They even matched the paint to my special paint. I am very pleased with them and will use again if Im ever in the need for repairs again.

These guys make empty promises on repairs, and lead you on when they know they cant do anything. I would deter anyone from doing anything with these guys.

They took 9 days to fix my car. i was told originally a week, and that was already quite a while. i had to rent a car and that cost me about $500! pretty ridiculous service. wouldnt ever recommend to anyone.
