Randy and his crew (Tinise, Mitch, Curtis and anyone else I haven’t mentioned) are absolutely incredible. I didn’t think I would ever write a review for a bodyshop, but I cannot say enough great things about these guys. From the moment I called Tinise to get my truck over to Randy’s shop I knew I was in good hands. They bent over backwards to make sure things were kept moving along during the busy holiday season after my accident and even made sure I was never without a loaner, matching me up with a near identical to my truck. They proactively kept me updated every step of the way, handled some nuances that happened along the way, and even offered to help with delivery or driving me to and from. I haven’t experienced that level of customer service with many businesses and this one is certainly far above the rest. When I did get my truck back it looked better than new and drives perfectly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. By far the best auto body in Sonoma County and probably beyond.
