Daniel is great! Fast, prompt, professional and super helpful. It was super easy to communicate with Daniel and he knew right away what was going on with my computer! He offered me multiple options at various price points to help fix the problem with my computer which was greatly appreciated. He was willing to offer me advice for the future and talked me through every step of the process. I feel like he had my best interest in mind the whole time and my computer is working good as new. Took a 10 year-old iMac to them to rescue what was in its memory--they gave me back a renewed computer with a terabyte of new solid-state memory and managed to get the info off the old memory disc despite it being near death. Cost me $700, about a quarter of the new price, and the 27-inch monitor looks great. I was about to write it off and go for a new one. Thanks, Emilio!

Daniel was great- I was on the phone with Mac Support for 45 minutes with no solution.. I brought it to Daniel(my first time at AppleCore) and he tried a few things and had it working good as new in about 2 minutes! I would definitely recommend these guys! Nice too, and very professional.

I had a wonderful experience with AppleCore. The fix:replacing a swollen battery on a 2014 MacBook Pro was quick and efficient. When I needed this fix previously I was told that my only option was to send my laptop in to Apple, that they would need to wipe my hard drive and that I would be without a computer for at least two weeks. AppleCore even delivered my fixed computer to my home as I had recently been hospitalized and was unable to drive. Great guys. I highly recommend them.

Kept having charging problems without knowing why. Went to Applecore and they instantly showed me the source of my problem - a dying battery that would not hold a charge. But the battery replacement didn’t quite fix the problem. They showed me that the DC charging receptor had burnt out. So, they immediately swapped out the part from one of their own computers and turned it around overnight. Great work great service. Thanks AppleCore.

I walk in, and the owner immediately answers a call, on speakerphone, unmasked, and proceeds to have a conversation about how easy it is to become a millionaire these days. then another customer walks in, and the owner, still unmasked, demands a ~written letter of apology~ from her for some previous interaction they had, implying that *she* was the one in the wrong. yeah right, maskhole. the customer is not always right, but i have a feeling you’re the problem here. avoid unless you enjoy psychological warfare from a meathead of a used electronics salesman.

I have been bailed out by Daniel several times with my Mac. He is always kind and fair and delivers every time. The last time a couple of weeks ago was the most miraculous. I had spilled a drink on my laptop the night before while zooming with friends, and he was able to transfer the main frame to another MacBook Pro and I was on my way in no time. It was cost effective of coarse, but during this pandemic he may have saved my sanity!

While trying to update my MacBook Pro with Big Sur, it crashed and got stuck trying to reboot over and over again. AppleCores Daniel was able to restore it prior to the update and I didnt lose any files--same day. I am so glad I found Apple Core! My mackbook pro was failing so I stopped in the MAC store to try and get it fixed only for them to tell me i had to schedule an appoint online with the genius bar. After waiting a whole week just for my appointment 3 technicians said there was nothing they could to and tried to sell me a $2000 computer. They were extremely rude and the customer service was horrible. I then took it to a couple of other computer stores just for them to tell me the same thing. Then i did some research and found Apple core. The reviews i read were amazing so i decided to take my computer there. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with exceptional customer service. Daniel was able to do a complementary diagnostic immediately. He found that all my computer needed was a replaced hard drive. I spent only a fraction of what i wouldve at the Mac store! The other day, after realizing that about 1000 emails had disappeared from my inbox, I was pretty freaked out and took my laptop into Apple Core. Even though they weren’t officially open that day, Daniel took the time to talk to me, advising me to call AOL about recovering my emails, and he also went ahead and checked my laptop (knowing I was pretty freaked out), found and cleared several viruses and trojans. In March 2018 my 2009 27 inch IMAC screen went black. I couldnt get it to work so I yelped computer repair in Santa Fe and noticed Apple Core. I hadnt ever used them but they had all positive reviews, which is close to impossible to find. I gave them a call and the owner Daniel answered. I told him the issue and he thought it might be the graphics card. I brought it in and he was going to give it a complimentary once over. Within no more then a day Daniel called and said he did a thorough trouble shoot and that my hard drive was failing. My computer is not 9 years old so I figured it was going to break down eventually. In the end he suggested a solid state drive and explained the reasoning. It was more expensive then the basic hard drive but said it would turn my computer into a fast machine. I trusted he was right and had him install the more expensive drive. His pricing seemed fair and I must say now my computer runs much better/faster! Im a happy customer, thanks again Daniel!

Horrible. Took my MacBook Pro, and the person said it would be cheaper to buy another one, he didn’t even let me show what was going on, closed my laptop very abruptly and said that I caused the problem on it. I took to Apple store and it was fixable and cost a fraction of what he told me it would cost and not even close to what the told me. Oh and I didn’t do it. The problem happens sometimes and unfortunately happened to me. I do not recommend this place at all.

My MacBook Air was increasingly unreliable. In the middle of working, it would simply black out. Sometimes I could reboot it quickly, but lately it would take a day or more to reboot and finally this week it just stopped. I brought my laptop to Daniel Saturday (mind you its the weekend!) morning and had it back by Saturday afternoon fully functional. I was ready to buy an entire new system (almost $2K I hadnt budgeting for) and instead paid $300 to fix and update my current system. I find that amazing! Thank you Daniel! I hope the word gets out, but in a selfish way, not so much that you cant keep doing such a fabulous job so quickly :-) Seriously though, you are five stars plus.

Daniel is fully knowledge about all things Mac and has an impressive array of refurbished Mac products for those recognizing that the newest and latest is not always the greatest. I got my teenage sons refurbished MacBook Airs for a great price and he had them fully loaded and ready to go upon pick up. Boys are thrilled. But even more impressively, Daniel talked me out of trying to fix my own keyboard explaining how keyboards have evolved, how difficult they are to fix, and how unreliable that fix is. No, he did not sell me a whole new computer instead, he just gave me knowledge to figure out how I wanted to proceed myself.
