I had an article that I wanted to return but hadnt been able to due so during the pandemic. Floyd, the manager was extremely helpful and kind, He let me take a store credit. It was beyond my expectations! Thank you Floyd for such excellent customer service. I will be back for more office supplies!

Came to laminate something so simple as a poster, I had dropped off everything around 2:30pm they told me that it would be ready around 6pm came back around 6:40pm & thats when they first began to work on it are you kidding me..?? Then they have the audacity to try and push me off until the next morning. Unbelievable the store manager defenetly needs to hire more staff or figure out whats going on here for sure, If I would have known it would have taken this long I would have gone somewhere else from the start.

We needed some large format printer paper. The only choice these days in Santa Fe is Office Depot, so off we went. They did not have the paper in stock, so we decided to special order it. We spent a good half hour as they tried and failed on multiple computers to pull up our rewards account. Finally they found our account, and placed the order, to be delivered 3 days later.When the delivery day came around, and nothing showed up by the evening, we went online to find out where our paper was, and it said they attempted to deliver the paper, but no one was at the delivery location. Obviously they didnt try to deliver the paper because we were home all day, and no delivery person attempted a delivery. Lazy delivery person, I guess, so we decided to see what happened the next day.About 2:30 we went online to check the status, and lo-and-behold, the Order Tracking page said the order had been delivered. However, we still dont have the paper. It was not delivered to the front door, and can not be found anywhere between the front door and the street or at our mail box.When I called to speak to customer service, I explained I was calling because our order had not shown up even though it displays as delivered. The customer service rep said she was sorry to hear that, and would I be interested in signing up for the Rewards Program? Huh, what make you think I will ever shop with Office Depot again? We now have to drive to Albuquerque to visit the Staples that lists the printer paper in stock, something, in hind sight, we should have done in the first place.

I went there looking for some Avery labels. $35.00 in the store. The price seemed very high. Amazon has exactly the same thing (same product number, same quantity, for $15.00. Think about that. Office Depot could buy them from Amazon and mark them up over 100%! And I will gladly pay 10-20% over internet to support local business. This is what Radio Shack started doing shortly before they closed all of the stores in the State. Figuring you only go there as a last resort and therefore they could fleece you. I predict the same fate for Office Depot. Cant fool people for too long.

The only reason why this Office Depot get 1 star, is ONE (1) young gentleman helped me. It was horrific. I called prior to coming in and was told my the manager, my HP computer would be fixed and a young assistant lady would be on duty. When I went back to the male person to evaluate my computer, he continually yelled at me did you open up your computer, did you break the DVD drive I was appalled, for 35 mins. Then a new person came in and I had to start all over again, however he saw there was a defect and was ready to exchange out the HP. Then the all too young asst-female manager called him away from the front, with a line waiting, to walk around the back. I yelled and told them if they were not working to get up front and take care of the customers.Picking out which computer my exchange would be, this all too young female asst. manager, told me there would be a ReStocking charge I hit the roof with BULL!! This is a defective computer the line behind were becoming infuriated at their extended wait, and I was not about to put up with her reprehensible immature behavior. I have NEVER gone to another Office Depot since. Office Depot you have lost a huge amount of valuable customers due to this store!!

30 min wait to print, then said they cant print it. Waste of time. Do not recommend. VERY SLOW staff

Prices typically 20% to 500% higher than you could find elsewhere in other stores or through online retailers. Products (especially computers and computer accessories) very poorly organised and labeled. Most devices labeled with just the price and no model number or information about the actual product, leaving potential customers to have to look up information themselves.With competitors doing every aspect of customer service far better, I cant see any reason to do business here.

Gone are the days of Santa Fe having an Office Max, Staples and Office Depot and having a choice between office supply stores. Office Depot is about what youd expect. Some items are competitively priced while others are overpriced. If you cant wait for it to arrive from Amazon, this place works when you need something ASAP. Staff are generally friendly, and the stores are clean.

It was good atmosphere but still mewhat low seclection on most items I was wanting but thats okay, still a good store!

Customer service has definitely improved as theyve increased their staff.

The staff are always helpful and if they do not have a product in that store they gladly check with the other store in town

I guess the lack of a competition in Santa Fe means that they dont have to try to provide grown-up customer service. Mislabeled merchandise, denial of advertised specials, reselling returned merchandise in a box that literally fell apart at the check-out counter (fortunately before the purchase.) I have never seen a more slovenly Office Depot in 4 states. I guess theres always Albuquerque for office staples.

Disorganized store. To start they did not have the ability to offer, meet or match the coupon price they advertised for. Likewise their chairs are gimmicks. Who would want to pay office Depot to assemble a chair.

These guys were so unresponsive and unhelpful and rude to the customers. I wanted to make an appointment to bring my computer in for technical support and WOW! So rude. I first went to the customer service desk and asked for help and I was told I am busy with something and that is not my department.... Despite the rudeness, I remained professional and polite to her and asked can you direct me to the right place... and her response was talk to the manager.... After trying to get the managers attention and not having much success, I walked out....go somewhere else.

A large turnover in employees in July 2017 has left the service poor. Requests for black and print prints yield color prints at higher prices, and emailed prints are omitted with I pick up my orders.A substantial reduction in service provided.

So, I went in to the store on Cerrillos by hobby lobby, looking for laptops and headphones.. I asked where to find the headphones and the lady pointed in the direction... Guess she couldnt take me there herself (on the computer with no one around). Looked at the laptops by myself... No help there either. On the way out, with my one year old, I had never been to that store before, I headed out but I walked toward the cash registers...I was heading behind them and I heard that woman say, rudely. Ummm maam those are the cash registers! and I said oh ok!, so how do I get out? one man was laughing at me... So I found my way out with my baby and as the sliding doors opened I could hear them laughing. Ive been in the service industry and run into funny things but Ive always helped and never laughed at people. Im super disappointed in the way I was treated..and really hurt by it as well... I guess treat others how you wish to be treated..I do...I guess those people have something coming their way then.

Friendly customer service. Found the office chairs we wanted and they even helped carry them out to the truck.

Horrible! Was requesting to print address labels, pre formatted and the printing came out skewed. After them making a few attempts, I was informed they couldnt print them anymore since they were closing.

Not helpful at all, went to Fedex for way more help available.

Replaced iPhone 6 plus battery here... Great service, perfect replacement, low cost.

Often out of stock of common place items. The staff will gleefully send you across town to the Paseo store, promising that an item is in stock there and that the store is still open, when, in fact, neither is true.

One cashier and no backup cashiers available to move the line, I ended up walking out...
