I bought a refurbished laptop from the local charity store. After realizing that the battery was dead on it I had to order a new one. Then I discovered that it goes to sleep and turns itself of, and it wont turn back on unless you unplug it from the power source and re-start it. The folks at the store where I bought it were less than helpful and I didnt know how to make it work and stop it from shutting down. So, I called 4Leet and spoke with Nina, who was beyond professional and accommodating. She transferred me to Jenna, who turned out to be a computer GENIUS! She was able to remotely log into my computer and fixed the problem within 10 minutes! Unfortunately my work computers hard drive randomly failed. Since I am remote, I couldnt get the physical help of our IT. 4Leet got me in first thing in the morning and ran many tests. Although they confirmed that the computer was done, I felt better knowing I had tried everything. I was able to give their report to my work and they are replacing the computer. I spilled a beverage on the keyboard of my laptop overnight. Called and spoke with Jenna in regards to my Lenovo Legion laptop. I had been plagued with an unusual amount of pop-ups which were definitely malicious.
