Place is clean and they follow protocol with the pandemic. Getting help is difficult, and there seems to be only a few employees that are knowledgeable about computer parts or audio related wiring.
Very very unprofessional.... I went in on the 19th got no help from associates... when I did he was very rude... Went in today on 10/26/2021 for a return on a watch because I did not like it... I dealt with Cassandra I let her know I didnt want to return it but wanted to do an exchange...... Well she did a return on it after I told her I did not want to do a return on it and didnt want to stay without a watch... Turns out she could not find my husbands account .. so I couldnt get that exchange. Mind you the whole time she was standing there texting on her phone.... Very very unprofessional.... Im pretty sure she was a manager... I will be going back tomorrow to return the $1,500+ I spent there and I will take my business somewhere else....
This review is for the geek squad department. I had an appointment with them to see if my Alienware was repairable. It’s not unfortunately but that’s besides the point. I wanted to give a shout out to the consulting agent who helped me: Steven Wertsbaugh. I am disabled and use a cane, I’m also young and tattooed and get a lot of looks. Steven noticed my cane and immediately offered to get me a chair. It was so kind. I experience a lot of ableism and it’s simple acts like that which make it easier for me to go out and feel comfortable being in stores. Steven also was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick a new laptop out that will work for what I need. He was able to set me up with an external hard drive and get all my stuff off the broken laptop which is amazing. If you have computer questions or problems go see him, he is incredibly nice and honest and I really truly appreciate being offered the chair! I wish more people were considerate like that when I’m out with my mobility aid.
From greeting to check out, I had personal attention from a salesperson who not only accompanied me to the product I was looking for, but made a recommendation as to a better value. Polite, well-informed, efficient. Well done.
Excellent that they are here to help with electronics recycling, I think their people need to be trained as to the store procedures on it. Pretty simple if you ask me, put it on the cart, dont need to check out to get that done. Training isnt difficult
In the past, I have never been thrilled with Best Buy due to lousy service. But, we needed a specific microwave/convection oven for a replacement and our usual shopping choices couldnt provide it for several weeks out. Best Buy promised it in 4 days. It was ready for pick up in 3 days. Personnel were efficient with finding our order and loading it for us at the Santa Fe store. Bravo for changing my mind about Best Buy!

Literally saw someone walk out with over 6 items, after many people could visually see this person didn’t belong in the store, and the security alarms went off, employees didn’t make any attempt to approach. Or express concern. Customer service was terrible. Asked if I could get help finding an item and the response was “did you look at all the shelves by the TV’s?” Sorry to say, will continue to buy electronics out of Santa Fe.

Most disrespectful customer service I have dealt with just about anywhere. First review ever written, but not as much of a waste a time as it was to drive 50 miles to this dumpster fire. The amount of cursing I am refraining from is giving me a headache. But not as bad of a headache as old nerds on roids.
Ordered equipment online I really need for my job because it was free delivery within 5 days. The website autocorrected my address and removed my apartment number. My products couldnt be delivered and were returned. I tried to contact customer service as well as UPS but nobody would help me. I am still waiting for my refund. Funny because they got the apartment number right to bill my card. Never again.If youre shopping for tech, use the Walmart website instead where this idiocy doesnt happen with shipping errors.
Best Buy has all the latest electronic devices, equipment and gadgets. They tend to be overpriced and the salesman seemed to be paid based on commission because he was trying to sell me things I didnt need or want.
Me and my husband went in to purchase a stand-up freezer and a gentleman by the name of Andrew helped us select a freezer he was very knowledgeable extremely helpful and super nice he made our experience very pleasant great customer service Andrew😊😊😊😊
Worst Best Buy I’ve been to. They gave me the run around all day on a speaker install and didn’t even help me or do the install when I have a membership. I’ll go to Rio Rancho where the service is much better. They couldn’t even pull up my membership to verify if I even had an account. Completely unprofessional store
Some of the staff or employees are lazy they only chatting with there employees if you as help they ignore you and they say you can wait for an hour of your item to come out. One thing good there’s one employee help me and not even 5 minutes my item that I order on line got it so fast, not like the one a ask a lady employee told me that I have to wait for 1hour to take it out and before I can have it. I wish you train your employees for Costomer service. Poor Costomer Service!!!
I was in desperate need to replace my phone which had broken. There wasnt much to choose from, everything was out of stock. I bought what was there, it seemed like a decent phone, though Id never heard of it before. Blu V91. They warned me there would be a $45 restock fee if I brought it back. They DID NOT warn me that it was not compatible with Verizon and I told them I had Verizon.So I brought it home, set it up and tried to activate it. It wouldnt work. I called Verizon for help. They told me this phone isnt compatible, the chip is not supported, and Id have to return it. There was nothing they could do. So I brought it back today and explained that it was not compatible with Verizon. They told me that I had to pay the $45 restock fee. I said, but its not my fault that it isnt compatible with Verizon. They said it didnt matter and charged me. I dont think thats right. This was information I was not given prior to purchase. I would not have purchased the phone if they had told me it wasnt compatible.I wont buy anything from Best Buy again.
Went this morning to pick up my wifes computer.Got an email from geek squad that is was ready for pickup.My wife and I got there at 12:30 . There was a grouchy manager from geeksquad talking to us in a bad tone of voice. He told us computer was not repaired.He wanted to sell us a new computer instead.He was very unprofessional. He should not be working there if he is dealing with people. You could tell he was angry. I believe the customer comes first for good customer service. I will do my business somewhere else.
This store looks very run down.I tried to get help with a warranty claim on my phone and was told to mail it to Google, even though I have the best but warranty coverage.

I had an appointment for 10:20. They told me actually their technician wasn’t coming in until 11. So I sat in my car, went back in at 11, and waited in line for 30 minutes. Only to be told that “Apple won’t allow us to fix your phone” even though I booked the original appointment through Apple. I don’t believe it for a minute. I think they were busy and didn’t want to deal with my phone. I will never be coming here again.

Showroom had a lot of stock. They were willing and able to work with us and hold our appliances for delivery when our new house is finished being built. Salesperson was knowledgeable and we were able to shop quickly.
I had to return a defective mag safe case for my iPhone 12 pro, and the store clerks and manager were very helpful in accommodating me. This saved me a lot of time and kept me from having to return The case to Apple for coverage under the warranty. During the pandemic this was particularly helpful.
Bought a gaming PC from them recently and it went smooth. The two that helped me forgot their names.. were very nice and explained a little more about my pc.
Bought a out of box TV from the internet,... drove from Albuquerque,.. it said fair condition I was a little afraid of that,... I inspected the TV that was brought out in bubble wrap with no remote and I was a little disappointed but management managed to sell me a remote for a drastically reduced price that works just fine...with no TV stand either....the TV was actually in excellent condition thanks Bestbuy

I paid for 2 appliances on 12/21 for a total of over $3K. The delivery was set for Dec. 28 and the night before I got 2 phone call reminders. The day of, their corporate office said the delivery would be done by 8:00 pm that day. They never showed up! Neither did I receive a text, phone call or email saying there was an issue. I can never reach the store by phone because they don’t answer the phone. I received worst service ever with an appliance company. They don’t care about their customers at all. No reason given when I asked about the fiasco on the delivery date. Please!! Don’t give Best Buy your business. You will get no help or any customer service support. They ought to just go out of business.

Very disappointed. Walked in on a slow evening to return a heavy microwave that was damaged during shipment and NOBODY acknowledged my presence...even the door guard actively ignored me and would not make eye contact!...until I showed up in the wrong lane to return it. I was clearly grappling with the box and out of breath, but no one had time to lift a finger to help or guide me, until I was loudly scolded by a nearby cashier for standing at the store pickup window that was apparently closed.Then, when returning it at the cashier stand, the associate didnt ask me whether I wanted a replacement, he simply gave me a refund. Come on, have a little common sense and ask questions! If Im returning something that was just delivered to me damaged, do I have to spell it out that I probably need a replacement? So after having to tell the cashier the whole story and explained that I wanted a replacement, he rang up the replacement without giving me the discounts I received on the original purchase, adding close to $90 to the cost. Really?! He had to call a manager to be able to re-ring up the order, and both seemed annoyed by the whole affair. Not a pleasant experience.
The current Best Buy experience was great, and all Covid-19 protocols were in place, and being strictly adhered to. Definitely a place to go for your electronic needs.
Due to pandemic appointment required for computer repair. Phone appointment very difficult. No one answers to make arrangements. Sign in for service after appointments are taken care of. Wait could take 45 minutes to an hour if your lucky. Service is still great!!!

I think the person @ the door should teach everyone about customer service in the store, or be train in customer service service in all depart. If you dont like how customer are, reality is cusomters are always right. Treat your customers with respect and we as customers will be nice as well. No good service in the pickup area, nor any apologies for delay in that item for pickup. Tried calling, even @ that it took 30mins for someone to answer a call. Not one of my best day in Best Buy Santa Fe NM.

I ordered a computer online for pickup at the Santa Fe store. There was some delay in having the computer ready on the day promised. I emailed the store for more specifics. An assistant sales manager promptly responded to my email and followed up the next day with two more replies keeping me up to date, even offering to FedEx the computer so that I didnt have to make the 3 hour round trip. I love the computer and really appreciated the top of the line customer service.
I walked in passed an employee by the door . . Not even a hello or can I point you in a direction . . I struggled looking for some kind of gaming headset called Astros 50 something . . I had walked around for about 10 minutes, and still no one asked if I needed any kind of assistance . . So I left .

Purchased a Microsoft home office key card 2 years ago. Microsoft does not recognize the card. Contacted Microsoft was told that Best Buy never scanned the card, so its not in our system. Call Best Buy and after an hour and 15 minutes, being shuffled around to no less than five different agents. Was told that there was nothing they could do. The final agent was Rude, abusive and outright lied to me. Disgusted by their lack of honor and customer service. All I wanted was it to be activated or a new one sent out. Aweful.

Products are not a reflection of customer service or quality of service. I had bought a laptop less than a year ago and had a camera issue. After taking it to the Geek Squad and having them work on it and then send it out of state, it was sent back without being repaired even after the tracker repair function insisted so. Then they said because it wasnt bought at this Best Buy it couldnt be repaired. So being the scrupulous leader I am, I bought my sales receipt in, only to be denied. Oh and Best Buy is not an accredited buisness with the Better Buisness Bureau. With over 9,500 complaints, only about 4,000 have been satisfied. Something tells me Im lucky to have my laptop back and it wasnt mysteriously lost in transit or something as the complaints read. .

I have been into this store many times, and been happy with the service, etc. But today I could not find anyone in the department where I was looking, despite clearly looking at several similar products for quite some time and then looking around for an employee. Several customers had resorted to asking each others opinions on what they were looking at. I went over to the Greek Squad, despite thinking they were probably not the ones to ask. I signed in on the clip board that was set up and waited for about 10 minutes. During that time I found that another woman had been waiting 40 minutes for an appointment she had made ahead of time, and that the other Greek Squad member was no where to be found. The guy who was there was trying his hardest, but was only able to help one customer at a time, and they had a long question. When the other member showed up, she was not very understanding towards the woman who had been waiting for quite some time. In the meantime, someone from another department came to lend a hand. He did not even look at the check in list, nor try to acertain who had been waiting the longest, but asked the people closest to him if he could help.
0 Stars if possible. Local store didnt answer there phone over a 7 hour span. In-stpre service was terrible as well.

Meh I tried to buy a 65 tv and sound bar. They were both in stock at the time. I needed delivery because the tv wouldnt fit in my car. When they came to deliver my tv the sound bar was no longer in stock. They said it would take a week to come in. A week later I had not heard from them. I went to the store to see if they had my product. Nope, not in stock two weeks after I bought it. I asked for a refund after the store manager decided to send the warehouse guy to talk to me. I wasnt important enough to speak to a manager I guess. Anyway Amazon probably has my product in stock.

Called the store, was connected to a main hub which too 35 min to answer, I fell asleep while waiting, I dont wait more than 10 min on hold . I had a sat pick up time but was told I could get it today and not in 3 days . Went into the store where I found no one, really all employees and I will say 4 customers .

Great place to get anything you need whether you are spending time gaming or writing for school they have everything and a great sales team to help you find what you are looking for, something i never expected to find was personal hygiene accessories like waterpics that I had no idea was being sold there. Definitely a place I trust to get my devices.
The inexperienced checkout person had no knowledge how to run a check I recieve for there store. By the time I got manager to help he had entered my check for 377.00 and got it voided after all the expense and time wasted taking the trip to Best Buy

I have bought fr. Best Buy over the yrs I recently ordered a Roku stick on line for pick up @ store. Said it would be ready in 1 hr. Went to pick up was hard to get and. On phone waiting 15-20 min. Asked one of workers about order he said he would ck no order available, so finally had to go in store and pick out a different Roku. Had to go on line cancel 1st order still waiting for credit.
I needed to replace a Bluetooth ear piece. I entered the store wearing a mask. All employees were wearing masks. I was directed to the selection of ear pieces.They told me they had a limited supply if at all.They had only one on an otherwise empty rack.It was half the price of quotes I was given elsewhere.Purchase was quickly processed.My dilemma was solved.
