We needed an extra refrigerator to handle the extra groceries for a family visit. Chris Montoya, store manager, and the guys who delivered and picked it up were professional and extremely easy to do business with. The refrigerator was clean when delivered and worked perfectly. I recommend Chris and his team without reservation.

I am so pleased with the customer service and care I have received from Chris recently and over the years. I am enjoying my new desktop HP right now. I look around my house and see the washer and dryer, bedroom set and wonderful mattress, and other items I have acquired over the years from this place.Thank uou so much.

I am very frustrated with them. I went to get a laptop from them but get home and it dont let me on the website I need to be on which was the whole purpose of me getting it. Im about ready to just stop going there and go to Aarons or just buy a brand new one. Do not get electronics from here they are broken.

Got great furniture. Delivered and set up the same day.

Damaged my floor at delivery. Received MANY phone calls even after I had made payment arrangements for the month. At the time of my last payment I was told by the manager, Sergio that if I did not come in on time he would charge me a late fee of 100.00! I said have I ever been late? He said, No. I said thank you. YOU LOST A CUSTOMER!

I will never ever ever get anything from this store!! My experience with this store was always good the staff (Chris) as always been nice and clear .. okay got my stuff works great !! But the calls at 8 am on Saturday really kill me .. am not a lazy person I work hard all week and have kids so I love staying in bed a lil later. After a couple of times I did ask if they would please call me later .. didnt happend .. one time they call me for my payment the guy maide me feel uncomfortable asking my age and weird .. and one time I was past my payment 3-4 days the guy treated me saying they will come get the stuff to the store wich is not possible becouse the contract says it takes 30 days for them to go get the staff. I did told the manager he apologized. Any ways time went by .. my 90 days past .. and I keep the payments wich i ended paying 1000 some dollars for a 42 in Tv .. so when I talk to my last payment clearly said to me I was Done !! Over .. paid off .. and then they call me 2 weeks in a Saturday morning .. asking for the payment !! Like !!! I was very upset and then they said I still had 40$ some dollars to paid off .. this store seems to be very unorganized and not very professional stuff. These people could care less about their customers. I was in the hospital for two weeks and they repossessed my furniture and it was almost paid off. They stood there and took my couches while my grand daughters sat on the floors. SMDH
