Both times I have taken my CRV to Jose he has always taken very good care of me. I’ve taken my vehicle there in an emergency type situation and gotten it back the same day. These guys are hands down the best place in town. I work in the automotive repair industry and I still take my vehicle here because the service is literally the best in northern NM. This is the only place I will take my vehicles for mechanical repairs. They work on all makes. With these guys open I don’t really mind when my vehicles have issues needing repairs. If I could give 1000 stars I would. Jose was so understanding and professional as well as knowledgeable. Santa Fe Exclusive charged me 1/2 the price that Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe was going to charge me to replace my thermostat on my Chevrolet Camaro and Jose got the work done faster than Chevrolet Cadillac said they could. Chevrolet Cadillac was trying to burn me of my time and money and Santa Fe Exclusive did the right thing and took care of me. These guys are motivated to work and know how to get the job done right and treat their customers with respect and honesty.

The owner Ron is a total sweetheart. Honest, caring 100 trustworthy person. I called from out of state to get a potential buy inspected. He had multiple conversations with me. WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to go to the dealer and inspect the car for me. Give him all your business people. This is a man that has pride in Santa Fe and contributes positively to the community with his honesty, generosity, and helpful service.

I went to this place based on reviews and they also gave a quote for my honda to get serviced. The quote was cheaper than Toyota of Santa fe and the guys were super friendly and got the job done ON TIME! I will be returning in the future when my car needs anything.

I am extremely upset. We went to New Mexico for vacation Spring 2018. Our car came up with an issue where one of the coils in our car broke, we got a mechanic at the place where our car started showing symptoms of having an issue and he stated that the issue was that the car had a faulty spark coil aka ignition coil. The mechanic said that the coil wasnt fully broken and could get us to Santa Fe. We got back on the road to Santa Fe resulting our car to break down in the middle of the road 20 miles off Santa Rosa. So we got our car towed to Santa Fe straight to the Santa Fe Exclusive Honda & Acura Repair shop where we told Ron about how our coil was broken and that the car wouldnt start. Ron at the shop seemed very sympathetic to our situation and said that he would help us out in the situation and get our car repaired as soon as he could. We trusted Rons word that he would help us get on our way. Two days afterwards Ron called us asking about the issue and we reiterated that the car had issues on the coil and he said that it would be fixed with a need to get our timing belt changed as well, so we told him that he could go ahead and change it, so he charged us a whopping $900 for it to be done (compared to the market price of $500 - $800 labor included) and he called back on the 3rd day stating that we HADNT told him that the coil had an issue and the our engine was no longer functional! This caused me and my family an immense amount of stress due to needing to be back by the end of that week for my children to resume school. So he offered that we change our engine to a USED and RUNNING engine that WOULD have a 1 YEAR WARRANTY on the engine, he promised to move the working parts that we had bought and had replaced on our now broken car engine in a box so that if we ever needed the parts we could use them. So we had no choice but to agree and it took another week for the engine to arrive and be put into the car. When we got our car back we were relieved but realized that after they changed the engine that our locks didnt work anymore so before departing Santa Fe we took it back for them to fix as it hadnt been an issue prior to taking it to the shop where they were and the staff seemed incongruous to their previous attitude when they were making money. SO RON handed the box of supposed good parts, which we found out later were worn, old, broken and dirty, Ron also explained that the 1 YEAR WARRANTY on the engine covered ALL ISSUES with that engine if we had issues to call him and he would get us help on the situation. Today on 06/14/2018 we called him because our engine light lit up and we diagnosed it with the OVD-2 scan to be a P0325 issue with a knock sensor, which IS A PART OF THE ENGINE and decided to call Ron about this issue and how we should get it fixed and he nonchalantly brushed us off simply stating that it WASNT COVERED by the 1 YEAR WARRANTY THAT COVERS ENGINE ISSUES that we should take it to a dealership...THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!IN MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE THIS PLACE is NOT PROFESSIONAL AND DID MORE INCORRECTLY THAN SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE.THEY FIXED PLACES THAT WERENT BROKEN AND DID A JOB THAT COULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN A DAY AND $100- $200 TO REPAIR AND MADE IT AN 2 WEEK LONG ORDEAL THAT COST US MORE THAN $4,900.I know this information because after arriving home I decided to go ask around and check the costs of such things. This is not the best place to get your car fixed especially if you are a tourist. This was a very bad experience and has left a disgusting aftertaste.
