Worked with Juanita to get a replacement for our wall oven and dishwasher. Great to work with and they came out to measure the spaces to make sure the new appliances would fit properly. Nate and Orlando did a great job installing them! I would highly recommend Builders Source!

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! As a property manager, they make replacing appliances for my clients & tenants so easy! I love the walk through process to take measurements and check compatibility before the sale is completed. After the measurements are taken, my sales rep(Julian Lovato) gathers all the intel and provides a range of choices to pick from complete with price & tech sheets. I never have to worry and know exactly what Im getting, which is worth more than gold to me!

Tony is very good at suggesting budget-specific appliances, and they receive stock when they say they will.

Terrible experience with these folks. There was an initial 6wk wait for service. The first guy said he fixed the main problem but the sound in the fridge came back immediately. The next guy came out and made a bunch of repairs but didn’t touch the main issue. He came out 3x in the same day to fix his own errors on those repairs. The next day, I called and got the run around from different staff in the service department. They were all combative and the last one very condescending. Here is where we are months after my initial call - same issue with the bum fridge they sold the builder of my property. The fridge is obscenely loud. And they’re finally going to ask the manufacturer what to do. But the service gal essentially advised me they’ve done all they can and the manufacturer isn’t usually very helpful with this kind of problem. It is very likely I will be buying a new fridge, out of my own pocket, even though this one is just a few months old and still under warranty. I would never recommend purchasing from this company. They just want to keep sending service people out to look at my unit like that’s a real solution.

Update: Just purchased an above-the-range microwave from Builders Source. Once again it was a great experience. Smooth purchase and installation. They continue to do a great job!Highly recommend Builders Source. I thought they only did higher-end appliances but they have access to a wide-range of price/quality. Ive now purchased three different mid-level appliances from them. Their purchase process was easy. And even better their installation crews were communicative and timely, friendly, cautious of our floors, and efficient.

First, I must acknowledge Juanita our sales person. Juanita is an exceptionally well trained, thoughtful and attentive sales person. We had a somewhat complicated issue which she navigated beautifully. We updated all the appliances in our kitchen and from sale to delivery everything went smoothly.When you walk into the showroom you are always greeted with a smile. The entire staff is clearly interested in your needs and is anxious to help.A quick mention about delivery. The guys were terrific! They were polite and efficient. Honestly, I wouldn’tgo anywhere else. The big box stores did not give us a fraction of the service we received at BSA!

The installation went perfect, no scratches to my floor, or nicks on my walls. Jon, the installer came back the following day to confirm the plumbing and made minor corrections. Called to request a quote and information on purchasing a washer and dryer. I was told someone would call me. They left a message with a question and I called right back. Tried one more time- never received another call or the promised email with options. Bought from Lowe’s. Told them I needed right away and no customer service. Can’t buy from local firms if they are not helpful. Won’t attempt to use them again.

Scratched floor! Oak is very hard to scratch but Builders Source managed to do it w/ the new fridge they were installing. We had bought a number of high end appliances from them and were planning to buy more. We had an established relationship with this business but when this happened and I talked to the owner/manager on the phone, he made it pretty clear he wasnt very interested in taking responsibility or making it right. It sounded like he was going to try and weasel out of it. I decided to save myself the aggravation and just have it fixed myself and simply take my business elsewhere.

I purchased a refrigerator at Appliance Liquidators (owned by Builders Source)which was delivered to my house in Santa Fe. The delivery people Scott and his helper(missed his name) were the very best you can expect. Professional, careful and very conscientious about the whole process. They were terrific!! My buying experience at the show room was also quite positive. Brian and Tony were very helpful and accommodating.

Initial interaction with the salesman in Albuquerque was great. We purchased a hood and recirculating kit. We were sent home with the wrong kit and the electrician could not finish the install. When the salesman sent a new kit for pick-up in Santa Fe, it was missing parts. It’s been more than 3 weeks and I still don’t have a complete kit. When I spoke with the salesman in Albuquerque regarding the delay, I learned he was waiting to hear from me to determine if I wanted it delivered to Santa Fe when he knew that was the plan. Poor customer service and no offer to rectify the issue with expedited delivery. Very disappointing!

We have done business here on 2 occasions for 3 major appliances and both times our experiences were super. Our sales lady Juanita was so helpful and knowledgeable it was a pleasure to do business there. A much more personal shopping experience than going through the Big Box outlets. Additionally, no one could touch their prices for the models we choose.

Excellent high end appliance product lines at mostly list price with excellent responsive sales and installation team. Long term provider of top appliances in the Santa Fe high end home market.

Although I am satisfied with the refrigerator that I purchased for my rental condo, Builders Source caused me incredible problems. First, the delivery men drove through the gate arm of the condo entrance breaking the arm completely off. There are big signs indicating how to proceed into our development which were not followed. Builders Source did, however, repay the HOA for this avoidable catastrophe. Secondly, after installation of the new refrigerator, a copper tube was removed from the old refrigerator and was never capped off. This lead to a constant dripping of water over a long period of time until enormous damage was done. Water leaked into our kitchen and into our neighbors kitchen wall and floor necessitating a huge outlay of money to replace floor, demolish wall, clean mold and replace wall. BEWARE OF BUILDERS SOURCE. They do not seem to have reliable employees and management.
