Today October 30, 2021 noon, two floor representatives where very helpful, but as I checked out the women was tossing my merchandise into the bag. She doesnt understand the value of a customer spending $150 of their hard earned money, I guess I have to spend $1500 to get curtesy. Its not really Home Depot fault its a nation full of failures making children, no class, no ethic, no consideration, no manors. All business will eventually fail because no one is taught morals in America.
I actually love coming to Home Depot for their garden and houseplant center! They have really high quality inside and outdoor plants that are taken care of, unlike many of the other department stores that keep plants. They have a wide selection of different planting pots ranging from super cheap to nice quality, soil and everything youll need for home improvement. I would check your zoning though, this Santa Fe location definitely sells some things that wont thrive and baits people by being pretty!
Visiting from San Antonio, TX. The houseplant selection beats my local stores any day. I absolutely loved the choices and conditions of the plants. Exceeded my expectations for a Home Depot. Way to go!
Home Depot has alot of products to browse thru, I always enjoy going there.
Lumber manager didnt even help me get lumber down off the third shelf. Loader stood in the parking lot while I load my truck and talk to two other guys for 15 minutes. Definitely pay the extra money go someplace else not worth the little discount

Night and day when compared to Lowes. Things were organized well, the store was clean, and the employees were helpful.
My wife and I went to Home Depot for a vanity...the young men I asked to assist me to get the large, heavy box from a top shelf were very helpful. Not only did they wheel the box on a flatbed to my truck but loaded it!! Great service.
Im a bit upset. Asked for help multiple times to find the correct hammer drill for the concrete bits I have to use. After they finally found someone to help me, the guy wouldnt listen to my needs, then left to see if he could find a hammer drill within my price range... Came back from a top- shelf (somewhere else), and practically threw the box at me...meaning he handed it to me roughly... Then immediately turns and hurried away. Never checking if the tool would work for me or asking if it would. ... After I determine that the tool WILL NOT WORK WITH MY CURRENT BITS, I had to ask for help again. ...the second guy finished with another customer...and bit my head off when I said I need help (after the other customers had left his side), he said that he was still too busy to help me but to talk away and hed listen... So, I did. He then walked AWAY. .... I ended up getting the WRONG TOOL anyhow, because I couldnt get the help I needed in finding the correct hammer drill. Now, Im driving two hours back to return the $500 tool, and Hopefully, get the correct one, and possibly get the help I need.
They never have what I am looking for and they staff is very unfriendly. The lady that helped me kept going away to help other guests and could not even answer our questions. She kept referring me to YouTube. I found the part on line( not home depot online either)and did go to YouTube to install. Not sure how this helps Home Depot business?????
I like home depot. but the customer service and the ability to answer a phone here is ridiculously awful. Ive tried for half a day to speak with someone about an online order and have been shuffled around and transferred so many times until I get hung up on. Great job Home depot

Was going to buy 2 storm doors. Left after I could not find a proper cart. Guess Lowes will get my $700. Pretty sure there is only 1 lumber cart in the whole building.
Ordered LG washer and dryer from Home Depot and waited a month for them to come in. Paid to have them installed by Home Depot. Dryer never would heat. Four days later Home Depot says sorry we do not take appliance returns. LG designated repair company gave me an appointment for Sept 7th for diagnosis only. Dryer was delivered Aug 19th. Looks like it will be sometime in late September before the actual repair occurs if I am lucky.Bottom line… I will never buy another LG appliance and will be shopping elsewhere from now on, not at Home Depot.
Customer service man today was very rude. Said “ I already told you 3 times” in mean voice. If I had heard him once I wouldn’t have asked again! Too many other places to spend my money! Bye bye Home Depot

I prefer Lowes over home Depot but thats just a personal preference this home Depot is very nice and helpful and there is nothing really bad to say about it. We were able to get all the answers you need and helpful staff to answer questions.
Usually have good service at HD but this was a Tuesday evening...maybe that was it but nobody wanted to help us. Employees at the cart corrals in the parking lot goofing off and yelling at each other. We were looking for a 14 convertible Gorilla ladder. Therr were none on the shelf however we saw plenty on the overhead racks well ot of customers reach. We walked several aisles and found an associate that was looking at his phone. We asked him for help and he said he was busy with another customer? No one was in the immediate vicinity? He said he would be with us in a few minutes. After 10 minutes we walked to the other end of the store and found 2 associates chatting. We asked if they could help...Not our department but well page someone.A few minutes later they did page someone and 5 minutes later the associate that we stopped earlier showed up. We pointed to the ladders on the top rack and he insisted they were 4 ladders. We had to insist that he get one down. He finally grabbed a ladder and pulled one of the rack . They were 14. Having the ladder there you would think he would stock the shelf with the dozen others on the top rack. Nope...he dragged the ladder away without stocking the lower shelves only making this problem repeat itself again in the near future. Ill try Lowes next time.

My husband and I are frequent Home Depot shoppers from out of state. This was the dirtiest and most disorganized Home Depot we have ever shopped in. Assistance was poor. Items were not placed where the app indicated they would be. The app indicated that the main item we needed was available. 8 of this item, it said. Nope, nothing, nada, zip. The store needs new management.
Recently purchased carpet and cabinets/counter tops in the past 2 months. Their customer service is excellent and the whole process was exciting to go thru. They continue to communicate with me every step of the way. Great customer service!
Home depot always treats us good except this one lady in the window department with blue hair on the bottom. She wasnt even helping us and started being hateful towards my dad over him taking down his mask. She was .along remarks about covid and not to be around her. We understood the importance of it but shouldnt be rude about it. Of thats the case she shouldnt work with the public. It said on her apron customer first and clearly she didnt
Never have in stock what they claim is online. Tried to order 103 sqft worth of tile and only have 44 sqft in stock. Couple weeks ago stated 93sqft for backsplash tile and get 25sqft. Nice team member tried to search for over an hour trying to assist but to no avail. Poorly organized inventory counts. When you need a certain amount and cannot wait for shipping this is a major inconvenience. Whomever is in charge of counts at this store should be fired or retrained properly. I get better service in Albuquerque or Rio Rancho stores than here. Don’t bother if you are in a time crunch to get what you need here just save the time and drive an hour south to get what you need.
Totally disappointed, I travel to many different cities doing work, here in Santa Fe home depot is very low in products, simple anchor bolts not in stock, they dont even carry 5/16. Be prepared if coming to work here. You can not depend in this store as you do in other cities.
This is one of the nicer Home Depots I have visited. Danny, the associate in the plumbing department, was very helpful and friendly.
They need people with experience working there. I asked for channel iron and angle iron. One guy didnt know what I was talking about and he sent me to a person who knew less, and when I say an employee who I thought he would know he just took off like not wanting to be bothered. They need experience people that know about material in each department walking around to help there customers.
The best service I have had from Kara and Ron in customer service. They were very helpful and did everything they could to help my mother.
Last straw, probably! Was going to arrange for a whole house reflooring. Asked a lady by the name of Randy, I think, if she could help. Big mistake.Before we even got started she told me she was an aeronautical engineer. Irrelevant info. for the situation. (point= Im smarter than everyone. )Then while looking at floor samples, she made sure to point out ( steer me to the most expensive) sample and point out what I should like. She continued to be very arrogant. It got more uncomfortable. Needless to say I thanked her, did not order and left. So much for customer service..

They have everything Hardware. They have added people to help you find things. Was sad to see they are selling Roundup. I thought it was no longer allowed on the shelf.
The curbside pickup is phenomenal. I ordered online and it was ready in under an hour. As soon as we pulled into the curbside lot, the associate Joseph was courteous and helpful. The process from the time we arrived at the store took less than 5 minutes. I wish more locations across Santa Fe had customer service like this. Shout out to Joseph; he made our experience at Home Depot worth it.

I ordered an item and was sent an email to come pick it up. After waiting a while in the customer pickup area, a (very sweet) worker let me know they dont have the item after all. When I called HQ to see if they could send me the item, they refused and said I had to drive to a nearby city (50 miles away) to get it.
I was in the garden center and a lovely worker named Damon helped me find exactly what I needed. He was so sweet and helpful.
It was a Sunday and Customer Service already had their minds on home. They were very rude, non helping and when there Assistant Manager asked me, So what do you want me to do?, that was when this location lost my business. I went next door to Lowes to spend money that Home Depot could have earned. As a General Contractor, I am done with business at this location. Thank you Lowes for your help.

There’s no actual cashiers which is odd. The lady helping at self checkout (red hair) was the rudest person I’ve ever come across. She grabbed things out of my hand, scanned and threw them onto the bagging pad. It’s like I was bothering her. Definitely going to call corporate about this lady.

It was super nice and walking distance to the plaza and rail yard, the restaurant are amazing, try Casa Sena, Boca and Martines. We will be back soon. Santa Fe Casa Nirvana was super clean and quiet, all the people we met were friendly. I recommend it as the condo is really nice and close to everything
Alejandro was so nice and so helpful in ordering blinds. He answered all my questions about different options, remembered me multiple trips in, and got everything ordered that I needed. A+

Well, apparently Home Depot doesnt care if they lose a $2000. sale of a custom bathroom vanity due to the rudeness of the employees that work in the kitchen and bath design area. After looking online for hours over the weekend, trying to find a real/solid wood vanity (dont want MDF/composite because this vanity will be very close to the shower/spray) I decided to go and see what could be special-ordered from Home Depot. Two women were working at their computers and when I asked one if she could answer a few questions about a custom model they had on the floor there, she was rude, impatient, and brushed me off as though she couldnt be bothered with me. I hope they work on commission, cause she just lost one.
Threatened to call police because I asked to see the manager. Worst customer service anywhere. Got what I needed at Walmart where they actually have cashiers, and not people just standing around chatting, actually helping customers. Oh, and Walmart had it cheaper, I guess that’s because they don’t pay people to stand around and chat. Never again will I subject myself to Home Depot’s nasty employees. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a big issue.

Many people are disappointed with the way Home Depot keeps up with its landscaping and parking lot. Trees and Bushes are un kept. The parking lot needs to be repaved. Every time you take a basket over the blacktop it’s enough to rattle your brain. The landscaping gravel is everywhere except where it should be. There is trash and hypodermic needles all over the grounds. It’s a shame that this store doesn’t take any pride in its appearance.

This is the most unprofessionally home depot I have every been been to to try and make a delivery nobody and I mean nobody that works here has a clue as to where the receiving department is or how to tell you get around to it I spoke with 4 Diffrent workers here only found done of the 4 that knew how to use a phone to ask some one wherevto make a delivery at and now was the best way for a semi truck to go unreal. Come on people you work there everyday I do not and I may never seen this store again on my life time. I ask questions on now they best way us only to try to keep down the confusion of jammed traffic and damaged property.
Well stick with curbside pickup service. Its a commitment to enter this place, each item you need is in a different dept half a mile away from where you are. Not into running a shopping gauntlet through its dark cavern.

They do not offer curbside pickup as their website and google says. I didn’t bring my mask and my daughter was asleep in the truck. Stepped out to talk to three guys and nothing they could do. Show your employees integrity and maybe pay them better. I manage a retail store and this would be totally unacceptable for my employees to tell customers. Maybe employees have too much payload or not enough management. I own three properties and these experiences might direct me to start shopping at Lowes. Hence Im not a Karen, Im a 25yo father with 3 kids and its hard enough with everything going on.

Worst costumer service I experienced from one of the cashier (older woman with orange hair). The lady was extremely rude, she was treating us like we had done something wrong to her. It was the first time my grandpa and I had seen her so we had no previous interactions with her, so we were confused as why so was so hostile towards us. She made a big deal because we asked for a veteran discount and as we were leaving she said that we shouldnt creep on her even though we had been waiting in line. I normally dont write review but this lady was so horrible, watch out for her.

Love Home Depot, but the store in Santa Fe has changed the customer service. Now you have to stand in one line (the same line) for customer service, on line ordering, in store pick ups, and returns! How inefficient is that!!! You have to stand in line forever, no matter what you need at costner service! I hope they dont do that at all of their stores!!

Ordered a special order door. It arrived on October 30. I have been trying to call but no one answers in the department. I decided to come in 4 days after my door arrived to find out it was already here. How long would it have taken for them to call me?!? Super unimpressed. Then the guy tells me how hard it was to get back to check on the door as if he was doing me a special favor. This company needs to hire more people so they can actually answer their phones and make personal calls when an order is in. And...he is telling me it should be safe as I wait to get a truck to pick it up. Hmmmm....
Man at the paint desk actually knew about the products and helped us choose the right one. There were people around to help find things. Only complaint is a significant amount of items out of stock.
The people who work at the Home Depot in Santa Fe NM are very rude and have no knowledge in the department they work in! Asking or even looking for someone to help you is impossible and when you do find someone they treat you like your stupid or something! Ive spent a lot of money in that store, but I guarantee they wont see any from me in the future!!!!

Easy to shop in with friendly sales help. I only wish there were a few more on staff as they do give individual care. If the small staff is assisting other customers, you will wander until one us free. Otherwise, it is a comfortable store to shop with decent stock.
