So I bought an air purifier for my kids room and it didn’t say it emitted Ozone radiation on the box. Anyway I found out that it does when I read the instructions manual. So I take it back the very next day. The cashier(pleasant) tells me to go look to see if I can exchange it for a different one. So I’m reading the labels again and the oriental female manager walks up to me in a very condescending way and asks me what I’m doing in the store. I explained the situation clearly and she tells me to stop looking and takes me to the register for a refund. Very disgusting attitude and I have no idea how you got that job. I’ve never been profiled so heavily until the moment I walked in that store. Never shopping here again.

Comfy, could maybe use more variety although everything seems high quality and reasonably priced.This particular store was fine, clean and well stocked.

Its a nice place to find interesting items. They specialize in kitchen and bathroom items, but the are CDs, school items, and other interesting items. Its a nice place to shop if youre looking for something new and interesting.

Couple of staff- thin guy with long hair and another thin white girl- was horrible. Theres this table with all white dinnerware with price discounts, when we got to the cashier they said all were priced wrong and they wanted to give us the regular price for each bowl so we wont buy it (I think they just want each item for themselves). When we got to the parking lot, I checked the receipt, good thing we were still there because they charged us the items we didnt buy, I went back and got reimbursed by another staff immediately and the long hair guy who made the mistake didnt even apologize- he looked guilty, pretty sure it was intentional. Make sure to check all items they scan, check the prices as well.

Fewer products than in the past, but still a good store especially for kitchen and bath.

Everything i picked up didnt have a price and the things I was able to find out price seemed to be a bit price. Rather disappointing

I just left the store in Santa Fe... I would say it had to have been one of the worst shopping experiences ever. No Joke.. no prices to be found anywhere on almost everything. The place is a mess, luckily they still have good help. I would never return, ever.

Love this store its always clean and everything is nicely stocked. Great quality items and plenty of selection to choose from. They carry a bit of everything for every room in your home at a reasonable price. Associates are all very welcoming,professional and friendly.

People follow you around in this store as if you are going to steal something. Much better treatment in Albuquerque.

So many things that I never knew I needed is how I describe BB&B. I always end up with more than what I came in for, and I almost always find what I need. I was lucky to have Alexander helping me. He walked through several departments with me to find what I wanted. He was extremely patient and helpful.Expect a good selection of a ton of stuff. Expect to get sidetracked by functional gadgets as well as pretty shiny objects. Lots of well lit parking. And look online for a coupon because you can save some $.

Ordered online in November and still have not received my shipment. This is beyond ridiculous.

I wanted to do an even exchange, changing color only and receive the 20% off and the black friday 25% off I received on black Friday. They would not honor this. Thats why they are going out of business. Poor customer service. I only wanted to change color. Same brand. Same size. Terrible service.😥

Nice stuff I guess but its wayy over priced I could buy some sheets from target for $50 less. This has not much to do with he store itself but I was there a few weeks ago and some creepy dude was following me and my friend around.

I returned a broken seat warmer here, and they were very helpful about letting me exchange it even without a receipt. Two months later the replacement broke(!) so I bought it back for a refund. The cashier told me I had to use the same card to get a refund, but then claimed the purchase wasn’t showing up on my card, even though I can literally see it on my CC statement... either their return policies are inconsistent or their cashiers aren’t well trained on processing returns, or both

Cashier Laura is a gem! Sweet & helpful. This store is clean and has everything in stock when I shop here. The only suggestion I have is to move the scent sachets down to a reachable level.... I came in to buy several today but they were so high up I couldnt reach them. And nobody around to get them down. Maybe next time.

As always love that place. Isles are too small, prices are too high. Cant look at anything without someone wanting you to move because of the crowded small isle and they want to go by you. Oh my . Wish they would fix this.

My husbands application was shredded apparently. He applied for a job. He was told, check back in the week. The job was filled. I dont know of any company that shreds applications. Hes 58. Is this agism?I believe it is.

Are you kidding me??? How can this store rate 3+ stars? I am giving it 1 because 0 is not an option. It is too small and doesn,t carry the great merchandise the CA stores do. They have not had the small garbage bags that fit the special cans BBB sells for months. I finally found someone today that said she would let the manager know . You would think it would be a no brainer to keep them in stock. When I go in looking for something its the same old story...We can order it. So can I from Amazon!!!. Don,t know about the Albuquerque store but the one in Santa Fe is far inferior to any BBB I have ever shopped in.

Very unsatisfied!! I feel this store discriminates . Just because I have tattoos and piercing does not mean I am not a buisness owner . I have gone in a couple of times and purchased an item the box was missing things I immediately called a manager and over the phone he had no problem told me I can return and get a new one or my money back and told me they would not give me a hard time . When I brought next day the the younger blond about 40 woman and an elderly were at register and returned my money but when I went around store and went to exit they were talking and still looking in the box . Next time I returned a elderly woman rang me up I told her I needed to exchange something but had no receipt she said it would be a 20 percent fee and I was like wow have never seen a store do that she got attitude. Not sure if the employee gets the fee the way she acted I made a purchase and was busy talking to her she didnt give me the receipt I went back in told her she tried to say she did . She did not I think she did that purposely now I bought an item that didnt work good n will be charged a fee . I came bk tonight funny how they greet the other customers but not me . This is the last time I will come and dont recommend to anyone who wants to be treated as a paying customers

The store didnt have the replacement pan lid I needed, but the sales associate did her best to find it online.

Went to this Bed Bath and Beyond location yesterday to spend good money on sheets just to be told that they wouldnt give us a 10 cent bag after spending hundreds of dollars. The lady was so rude. She turned around to walk away after ringing everything up and taking payment. I looked at my husband confused as to why she wasnt bagging it and he asked me do you want a bag and I said yes and the lady goes oh youre not from here. Its 10 cents a bag. Im like seriously after spending hundreds of dollars youre not going to give me a bag... We left and then decided to return everything and the first thing she said was oh you couldnt afford it after all which I feel like she said because I didnt want to pay 10 cents for a bag after spending that much in their store. Manager got called and we got our money back and the manager asked why and we said it was how we were treated. P.s The part that was so terrible was that she expected us to know that and treated us like we didnt have money, bad attitude in general. They lost a huge sale...
