He took the time to explain the different details of the move including the professional quality of the movers, and honestly it was just a pleasure talking to him. I ended up not using their moving services, only because Im located a little further from their dispatch offices than I would have liked, but I 1000% would have gone with them had that not been a factor. The two guys took so long to move my things which were not many things if you really know how to move people. However, this one new guy was moving like he didn’t want to work. I always thought highly and referred people to AAA insta move, however, AAA insta move have lost my business. If you want to know I should get some of my money back!

If I could give negative stars I would!! I completely agree with the negative reviews given as I had much of the same terrible experience. My furniture was damaged, much of it was not even padded or wrapped, items were thrown in the pod. I watched a mover drop a box marked FRAGILE on all sides and laugh about it. It was even explained that box was NOT to be put in the pod and that it would be going in my car. The movers were rude and complained about the owner, their pay and how much they hated their job from the minute they arrived. There’s not enough space here to describe the horrible experience I had with this company! Very unprofessional and no compensation for all the damaged furniture even though I had the insurance.Of course the owners response is not factual. In fact, he tried to get me to sign a document and offered to pay me an insignificant sum of money so that I wouldnt post a review. I declined.

This move has convinced me that Murphy’s Law was written for me. The one shining exception to that was my experience with C.O.W.S. From start to finish every single person I dealt with was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. They showed up when they said they would, were very accommodating when I had to make changes, and fulfilled every promise they made. I can’t praise them highly enough. I would recommend them without reservation and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. If you need temporary storage I urge you to call them. My storage unit was delivered in exactly the same condition it was in when it was packed and picked up. The price was great and the service was exceptional. I can’t thank them enough.

The 3 men took a long time to start working. So I was on the clock at least 15 minutes before they started to work. One member of the team was very rude to me and my family. A piece of my furniture (dresser) was damaged because one guy lost a screw and replaced it with the wrong size, resulting in the front being damaged. To make a claim was difficult for me as I was required to get claim form signed by notary. We really dont venture outside our house unless absolutely necessary given the Covid 19 situation. There was also a deadline to make a claim, so I was not able to do so. Scott and the one other guy was professional. The third one, needs to learn customer service.

From my initial phone call to get a quote, they were professional and upfront with everything. The movers arrived within the specified time frame, handled my property with care and got the move done within the estimated price quote. Ive moved a number of times over the years and I am very happy with AAA Insta-Move!!! Ill be calling them again when its time for me to move again.

These folks were super easy to work with. They offer a really flexible range of services that allowed me to use (and pay for) only what I needed. So I had them drop off a COW (portable storage container) that I loaded myself at my old house, then had them store it for a couple of months, then they delivered it to the new house and their guys unloaded it for me. Self-service at one end, transportation, storage, and full service at the other end. Just what I needed, and all from one source. And professional, friendly, helpful and efficient from start to finish. I would use them again for sure!

Hey you all were really great assisting me with my move. I’m always very nervous asking for help. From the moment I submitted the request, I was communicated with very effectively with having to wonder what was going on. I was called and asked to get the details of my move. The day before I was called to confirm. It went to my voicemail so I called back and left a voicemail. I got promptly called back confirming the move. On the day of the move, the movers arrived within the time window. They both shook my hand and said hello as they were introducing themselves. They went over everything and explained what was going on and got my input. I could tell care was being give to my items. They conversed with me lightly throughout the move and were very nice. They went fast the entire time despite it being hot out. When we arrived at my new place they got right to work. My AC was not working in the new place and they just kept right on bringing stuff up the stairs. Also, one of them suggested a great pizza place nearby which I did have that same night. It was very good. At the end we went over everything and I signed and they were in their way.Even though we had checked, I was missing a seat cushion for a chair. I called and left a voicemail after hours. The next morning I got a call and they said they’d look and see if it was on the truck. I got a call back and he said they had found it under some packing blankets. I offered to come pick it up but they said they’d drive it over to where I was working. An hour or so later it was there.I just can’t thank you guys enough. I was referred to you by my manager and I will definitely send referrals your way if anyone asks for movers. You all went above and beyond for me. I only write reviews when I have a very impactful experience and I’m very pleased with you all. Thank you!

These guys really know what theyre doing--not only did they get the truck loaded quickly, it looked exactly the same when I opened the door at the end of the trip as it did when I started--nothing shifted an inch. Wonderful company to work with--easy to set my move up with the office staff, and the best movers Ive ever had; they treated all my stuff as carefully as they would their own. These movers are fantastic! I scheduled my move several weeks in advance and they were very friendly on the phone no matter how many questions I had. Awesome Service! they all had great attitudes, were respectful of our things and worked hard. They had our 3bed 2 bath home (with a full garage and patio furniture) packed up in 2 hours and unloaded and an hour and a half. We got our stuff in the same condition it was before we moved, and everything was nicely wrapped with furniture cloth to protect it. Truly professional movers. Will recommend to anyone!

This is a great company with outstanding customer service. Stan in the front office was wonderful: helpful, flexible, and willing to work with the many changes in our moving schedule. The moving crew was friendly and courteous and took extra care to wrap our fragile furniture with pads and tape. I was very pleased with this company. Charles Litton was very flexible and able to deal with my closing/moving date changes. The movers,Jay and Andre, did everything they could to move my things in my new place during a terrible storm! Very professional and fairly priced (much cheaper than all other quotes I received). They protected our furniture with blankets and made sure there was no damage to furniture (or walls) as they moved them out of the house. Friendly and courteous staff made the moving process easy. Overall it was a great experience. We paid for three guys and it took about 11 hours to do an intrastate move. The guys were very friendly and helpful. They had a lot to do as we had a lot of furniture. They packed it very well in the trailer.We did have a couple of minor scratches, but for the most part everything was great. It was definitely exhausting. I would recommend this company to others.

We have used this company to move us 3 times. The first two time went great, we had the same team of guys both times and they were professional and got the job done quick without damaging anything. However this last move they broke my brand new 4k TV valued at over $1000. When I called them about it they only offered me .60 cents per pound for the lost TV which wont even net me 100 bucks much less 1000! It would be one thing if they offered higher levels of coverage and I turned it down that would be my fault. Instead I assumed they were licensed and bonded and would fairly replace or repair anything that was damaged as a result of the move. The next time I move I will not be using this company and will be using one that has better coverage of my items. Only use these guys if youre moving things that cant easily be damaged or dont let then touch your fragile items! Should have moved the TV myself ...

I was very impressed by my movers. I have only had friends and family move me before; and they were a lot more professional and quick. They wrapped items that were on the verge of falling apart in what looked like Saran Wrap to keep them together. Even though they were very small in appearance, they reminded me of little ants..throwing things over their shoulders and marching them along. The estimate I was given was pretty accurate. We discussed the anticipated move time based on their site inspection. In anticipation of being charged by the hour, I packed items in boxes as much as possible, to keep the number of trips to and from the truck to a minimum.

AAA Insta-Move was a dream to work with. My business had a large package delivered that was too big and heavy for us to move on our own. AAA came out and helped us move it from our downstairs lobby to upstairs. They helped put our minds at ease and were a great help. Would definitely use them again.

The time of the move started atn11:45 am from a storage room 10x15 not that much belongings. Yes it was second floor but everything was wrapped and boxedelivery they didnt have to do anything but load the truck. They called me at 2pm saying 30 more min an hour later still there. Still had to drive 30 min out to my house. I am not pleased. I will post pics later. And still unload by the time they are done nit will be 6 hours. Wow. Last time I use them.

Like The S.W.A.T. Team Of MovingThis easy move was another reason why we go back to AAA Insta-Move. They get the job done efficiently with no surprises during the entire process. Their minimum two-hour time was what I needed to move the heavy things from one floor at Nine12Gateway to the next floor up. It may not sound like much of a move and by distance, it wasnt. But we still have to take everything out of one apartment and put it in another apartment.In the process of downsizing we have been doing it in steps, moving first from a house to a large apartment then again to a smaller apartment. AAA Insta-Move has been there with us every step of the way. I like that they can do as much as move everything and as little as just the big stuff. It seems like the list of big stuff things gets bigger with each move as I get older. Im glad AAA Insta-Move is there with quick, reliable service.How quick and reliable? We chose to move because an apartment in a more desirable location (to us) in the same building became available at a great price. That was last Friday. AAA Insta-Move fit us in to their schedule for the following Monday, probably in the afternoon. Monday they call: a cancellation has Fritz and Miguel free now. This is my 3rd move with AAA Insta-Move and even though they were all good this one was by far the best. Ryan and Jose took time to protect our stuff and didnt even scratch any paint in our new home.

This is the worst moving company I hired. The team was disrespectful, unprofessional, lazy, cared more about smoking than moving your things, and I had nothing but complaints the entire time. I told the company I needed them to bring moving boxes, and of course, they dont show up with any. The guys were carelessly loading my equipment and packing my boxes, doing it anyhow. A lot of my equipment was scratched. I called the company and two managers were playing me between them, not really caring. One of them just asked, What do you need me to do for you now?

I hired Instamove last week for a very difficult job. My brother was in intensive care and needed to be moved out with zero prep work already done. Add in a leaking roof and 15 years of hoarding and you start to get the picture. The house was a mess! The crew sent out never complained, they got to work immediately and over two days packed up the most eclectic collection of items you can imagine. Lots of Indonesian wood sculptures that were impossible to wrap, lots of fine glassware. They guys were amazing under very difficult circumstances, I highly recommend them!!

We moved once locally with AAA Insta-move and they did a great job. In Oct. 2017 we moved from Deltona, FL to Huntington, IN. When we arrived every piece of wooden furniture that they Packed in the POD containers was damaged. The Moving company unloading our furniture pointed out the poor job of wrapping/protecting the wood furniture that had been done by Insta-Move. The owner of AAA Insta-move would take no responsibility for the poor packing job. He stated that the shipping company could have run over a curb causing all the damage, despite the fact of a signed statement about the poor packing job that I had from the company unloading our furniture. If one is moving long distance, beware of this moving company.

There is a mover named Jose who works for this company. I would suggest asking that they dont send him to your move. He is blatantly rude and will literally argue with you about anything and everything. His helper (did not catch his name) was very pleasant and polite. Joses helper should be promoted.An example would be that I was trying to go up the elevator (the only one in the building) to take my sons pack and play upstairs so he could take a nap. The elevator was full of stuff and I told them I needed to go up with them when they head up. Jose said to me I dont think youre going to fit, bro. To which I said well I need to go up so have your helper wait down here and then take the elevator back up. He then told his helper to pile in anyway and said I need you up here because this guy (me) aint gonna help. Right in front of me. Mind you we are paying this company to move our stuff for us. so for him to say that is both rude and unprofessional.This was just one of our interactions with jose. His poor attitude was unacceptable and because of him, we cannot recommend this company to anyone.

We moved from ormond beach to Lake Mary. We hired a AAA Insta Movers they are just great. Orlando and Andrew are great movers and so helpfull... They really did good job.

Nelson and Lius at AAA insta-move inc. helped us a lot with our move. Worked really hard and kept a great friendly and happy attitude while at it.The price in comparison to other movers is on the cheaper side per hour. Their rate at the Daytona beach branch is: $282 for the first two hours then $94 for every extra hours, extra hours are counted quarterly.We moved a one bedroom apartment to another a one bedroom apartment (bedroom set, dining table set, and livingroom) thats 12 miles away within 4 1/2 hours at the rate of $517 before the tip. Not bad for a two man job considering the apartment we moved into was 3 stories up.P.S.: We did the rest of the apartment ourselves (eg: kitchen, closet and bathroom).Luis and Nelson also made sure that we were happy and happy we were..Would DEFINATELY hire them again!!
