I rented a parking spot, the spot was too small for me to get in and out easily. Was not shown the spot before renting. Parked there one night, a friend is letting me park in there property now and they would not refund any money. Was told basically that I have to eat it. Not very happy

My husband & I rented 2 units back in early 2017 which was awesome! We then downsized to one unit the following year. As you see we had unit(s) for several years in an air conditioned building which was great. We were great tenants, always paid on time. In November 2020, we were able to remove our items. Our date to be out was November 9th, but I spoke in advance with Charles (the manager) several times at the Sanford location that we may be a day or two late, due to my husbands travel from Alaska. Charles stated, “No problem, you have 5 days to vacate after you due date and assured me on more than one occasion it would be fine”. Inadvertently, my husband, Greg paid the November bill from just pure habit. I contacted Charles on several occasions to explain the situation & even tried to contact home office to refund our payment that was mistakenly done. Basically, I was told there’s nothing we can do about it. The home office will not refund the $102.53 that was paid, even though we were out by the 11th. Communication isn’t a top priority for this company. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

This company is just the best. Charlie was so helpful, he walked us through the whole process, and made sure we had everything we needed! I highly recommend this company!

The manager was extremely accommodating and worked with me to fine an accessible spot to park my boat. Really appreciate the extra effort to make things work. The facility is very clean and well kept with plenty of security. Thanks again!!

Im very pleased so far with my experience, online booking was fast and easy. The gentleman who got me into my unit was very helpful and got me set up quickly. He asked if I needed anything and told me if I had any issues with the unit to notify him. The unit was squeaky clean and dry. The storage place I moved from was full of bugs and leaked. The staff at that facility did not seem genuinely interested in my satisfaction. Ive had several storage units over the years but this is the first place I have been where I have been treated like more than just a unit number. Keep up the good work guys!

Stor-Quest Storage is a friendly place to keep your things. They gave me 3 days to get my things from one town to another before they asked for the first rent check. They’re very helpful and nice and are happy people! It has more security than some others. Always clean and has washrooms off of the office for renters. Nice people!

StorQuest Self Storage is great! It took a couple of visits for me to get someone available at their facility to help me, yet three times was the charm. The young man that helped me bent over backwards to make check-in easy. He showed me to my storage unit and helped me find a cart, so I could unload my things as quickly as possible. The young man was very respectful, considerate, and extremely helpful! The facility is well-lighted and very clean. I feel safe having my special things stored safely there!

I received top notch service from Charles while signing up with the Black Friday special price. He was very friendly and professional, made sure all of my storage needs were met, even without my asking, and no waiting. The facility is very clean, and I should know since this is my 3rd experience with storage companies in Florida. Looking forward to having a safe and much more conveniently located unit for the new year.

Due to quite the collection of catering and event props my business owns, I had to reach out for additional storage space. The manager at StorQuest was very nice and helpful...the whole process took less than 20 minutes from the time I drove in until I drove out.

These Guys Rock! Very helpful staff and you can tell they actually care about what they are doing. Facility is spotless and they even play music in the corridors so you can have some moving inspiration. They have been the easiest part of my move to Central Florida. Both people In the office had all the information you could want readily available and they dont give you the run around with price and availability. I have had units in 3 or 4 different places now and this by far is the best. Couldnt be more pleased.

Great kind service. Very clean and AC is cold! They make you have insurance which is $10-16 per unit mandatory, but it is a great location with clean and good access. They also sell packing supplies and rent U-hauls which is great

The employees are excellent. I stopped in and talked to them about the amount of items I have and they recommended 10 by 15. It was right on target. At the time, they didn’t have the size I needed, but they took my phone number and called a week or so later. The facility is extremely clean. I would highly recommend this facility.

5 stars plus! I cannot give this facility a better review. Their customer service is superb and the buildings are kept very clean. I would recommend them to everyone that has storage needs.The only thing extra I wish they had was an on site (live in) manager that could handle after hours issues in person.

Moving from Ohio to Florida recently, StorQuest was my choice to store things for multiple reasons: cleanliness, security, true dimensions in the units, and competitive prices. However, the extremely friendly staff really made the decision for me. Everything from giving me the grand tour and helping me choose the right unit (even though it wasnt the biggest, higher priced unit), right down to billing. Switching banks, credit cards, and selling/buying a house gets crazy and they were very helpful and never curt when they would call about the bill which I forgot a couple times.I have my own garage now -but if I ever have to store anything again, I will drive the extra mile to store my belongings with StorQuest.

New and clean facility. Staff were very nice and polite. We rented an indoor climate controlled unit...it was just what we needed and it was a fairly good price. Although they did not honor the on-line price when I went in to pay. Should have just booked on-line but I wanted to see the unit before paying.

The facility is in perfect condition with very good security while having easy access for renters. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Both Nick and Kim answered every question I had, helped me find the best location for my needs, and made my rental experience very pleasant. I will be renting a second unit from this location shortly.

Wendys happy attitude at the Sanford, FL units made the setup process fast and easy. We rented the climate controlled room and as dumb as it sounds we enjoyed the upbeat music they played over our unit. The place was clean and easy to get to.

I switched to a larger unit recently and I pay for my unit in advance annually. I had the sense the staff wasn’t familiar with your operating system. So asked if I could transfer my gear while she fumbled arround. In fact, I asked her twice, to which she simply replied no. I sat there for 45 minutes when I could have been transferring my gear. Under normal cercumstances where someone is familiar with the system, I certainly understand procedure. However, with her unfamiliar with your operating system and knowing it was going to take her some time to figure out, I feel she missed an opportunity to put a customer first. As it was, I had to reschedule my afternoon due to the delay that could have easily been avoided. People are always under time constraints while moving and I felt your staff had a “could care less” attitude. I’m happy with my unit. I simply feel your staff could have been more service oriented.

Excellent customer service, it was closing time, but he was nice enough to wait 10 extra minutes for us to arrive.

This place is just too rich for my blood-went back to reassess previous pricing (and even w/sr. citizen or vet discount of 10%) it only brought it down to $157++/mo. from $162++. As I stated before-RIDICULOUS! And Corporate has not even finally approved that yet! End of month & I’M GONE. I sincerely urge others thinking of renting units there to really check other storage areas out. - They r not the only game in town, even if they act like it! And they think they r supplying the only demand. They r not! Where are u at on this Corporate other than in ur customers’ pockets???-DRW

Initial experience with Charlie was great! Discount granted for 1st mo. Half-off monthly rate was considered- and granted as new customer discount.Space needed for one additional month and payment made to his female counterpart recently. Totally different story here. Bill for one additional month came to $162+ ( $10 more than previously discussed upon signing up one mo. back with Charlie). Then I rcvd. the hardline comment when I inquired about a continuing possible senior citizen/veteran discount for the additional month. Answer: Nope, your half off your 1st. mo. is what u requested, and that is what u rcvd. Keep in mind I only wanted a temporary rental space- not a buy-in of their real estate or another car payment, especially at these preposterous prices! Then I got this comment about “Remember- location. location, location “ (referring to them being in the middle of several upscale communities surrounding their storage site). U guys just lost a customer after this month! There r other locations for rental in your area-u r not the only game in town, even if u act like it & think u r. We have rented since the 1st quarter of this year a very similar unit type & size I will be closing out very soon in New Orleans for $75/mo. And if anyone ever needed the additional bucks after Katrina they did. “Location, location, location” Maybe u need to change that bye-line to save u some embarrassment from the “greed factor” that exist here!!!-DRW

Very disappointing experience. We recently rented a space at StorQuest Sanford that was allegedly 10 x 20 feet. It turned out to be less than 10 feet wide so we immediately cancelled the space as it would not accommodate our boat. Not only did we not get a refund but were also denied access to the space that we paid to rent for 30 days. We were told that it was company policy not to refund rent paid in advance and that spaces listed were approximate dimensions. Beware before renting at this facility.

Great facility! Brand new and CLEAN as whistle! I have rented storage on the other side of I-4 for several years and just didnt feel safe after hours when I had to get into my unit. StorQuest is on the Heathrow/Lake Forest side of I-4 in a very nice and safe area. The staff was very friendly and since they have just opened a month ago I had my choice from many units and chose one close to the entrance so I didnt have to lug my stuff down a long hallway. I am very glad I moved my things to StorQuest and plan on being there for many years. If youre looking for a safe, clean and brand new place to store your stuff look no further...this is the one for you.

Our sales guy Nick was very nice, very humble & helpful. The storage place is very clean and my husband & I are very happy with the price & our storage unit.

We recently rented a storage unit at StorQuest, which is very close to our home and brand new. Nick Hope was very helpful in helping us select a unit and get organized and we were able to move our extra stuff into the unit yesterday.

Our experience was wonderful we came in Saturday and Nick, the employee there, was more than patient in explaining all of our options. He even gave my child stor-man, the StorQuest action figure lol. Which Im sure you can imagine put a huge smile on my childs face . They were even willing to put our choice unit on hold for us, since we could not get one until Monday. Then Nick stayed a half hour past closing, on a Monday night, just so that we could get our storage bin since my husband was running very late from work. Overall we have had a great experience so far and look forward to our relationship together in the future with storquest.

Within 6 months of signing up they raised my rates, I’m already looking for another place. Wrong approach for long term renters. They should look at us as locked-in cash flow and attempt to secure us, not scare us off and have an empty unit when we leave.

I called several places and by far this company was ready to offer a deal and the rental agreement was seamless.

Storquest had to close down early because of Hurricane Irma. I was unable to secure my Jetskis before they closed. After putting a call in, one of the managers drove 30 minutes back to the store and not only let us in to secure the Jetski but let us store them in an unused unit until after the storm. That is going above and beyond for your customer. I highly recommend this company.
