I have been using Simply Safe Storage in Sanford for the last couple of months. Christina and Kristen have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are so professional, personable and have gone out of their way to help me. I would certainly recommend giving them a call for all your storage needs.

Friendly staff. Air conditioning units available, with reasonable prices. Always ask about current promotions. Additionally they have parking spaces available for boats, RVs, trailers, etc.

Moved in and with in one week my unit was flooded. Spoke with the desk they acknowledged that it was their fault the a/c room flooded. I have pictures. We replaced wet boxes cleaned things out moved things around they assured me the problem was fixed. Hit flooded again. And they said I was free to move my things out and not be charged. J began moving things out and they locked my unit the next day. Now they are holding what is left. The property managers lie and do not give all the information. Corporate office is rude and not very nice. I’ve been waiting for call backs from both property managers and Corp for over a week and now they say I have passed a due date and owe even more money. Do OT trust these people‼️

We called a few self-storage places in our area before choosing Simply Self-Storage on 1st St. in Sanford. The others tried to play used car salesman tactics in order to sign me up prior to calling other self-storage companies. Not so with Simply Self Storage. We were able to get a great deal (free month) on our month-to-month 10x25 unit with AC. We arrived just prior to closing and Cristina (the manager) greeted us outside. She already had the 10x25 and 10x20 units open and ready for us to choose. Cristina and Gina were amazing!! Especially after dealing with a move-in that didnt happen with our new home. They both raised our spirits and we made the best of a negative situation. Even though they close at 6pm, both Cristina and Gina stayed until 6:45pm to make sure we were all set to move our belongings into our new unit. The place is clean, video monitored, and secure. I would recommend anyone to Simply Self Storage. Not only for the facilities but also to deal with Cristina and Gina!

Kris is amazingly helpful and easygoing. We had talked for barely 3 minutes on the phone the day before, and she immediately remembered who I was and what we talked about when I came in. They really do their best here to make sure youre getting a great deal and that your unit is as accommodating as possible. They clearly care about having good relationships with their customers, and not just pushing as much as they can onto their bills. Everything feels far more personalized here than at the other big chain stores, and their stellar management is the biggest testament to that.

Christina, the store manager is a super nice lady with a bubbly personality. She’s willing to help with any situation you may have.

Good customer service cant deny that but after 6 months of hahing my stuff there and moving to my new plce i still think about all the things missing i called because my keurig was missing blankets some kitchen stuff that i sweat to get because none of em were cheap theh called me saying that we left the lock open but we are sure we did not until this day it bothers me because i asked for videos to see if there was anyone and no they couldnt i hope the person who stole all my things enjoys them but thinks about us all the time because is not fair that you spend so much time working to get your things for someone else to come and steal your things other than that place is very clean and nice

The staff we encountered each time were amazing. Especially Christina who always greeted us with a huge sincere smile and a friendly hello. It’s nice to see great customer service since it’s almost unheard of these days and it usually takes a back seat. They seem to like their jobs and it shows. We rented a smaller unit and will probably upgrade to a bigger one eventually now that we have trust in this place. This facility seems secure with many camera’s and well-kept for and I also see them doing their rounds frequently. I would strongly recommend this storage facility if the people in charge now keep running it as they are doing a superb job. This place seems to be very honest, trustworthy and on top of things. Kudo’s to Simply Storage on SR46 and their awesome staff.

This place only cares about getting your money. I was talking to a women on the phone only to discuss pricing. She then recommends me to make a reservation so I thought I was doing so. She instructs me to go online, fill out my information and put in my card. I didn’t know they was charging me $48.74. I thought I was putting my card on file just to hold the reservation. I called back that same day to cancel since I didn’t need the storage unit anymore, but NOOO refunds! Now I’m paying for a storage unit that I’m not even using. Be careful guys.

Had a storage unit here for 3 months with no problems. The ac units are nice and it’s easy to get in and out of. The manager is also very nice and was able to get us in the day I called to reserve and get us out with a prorated refund the day we were able to come get our stuff back. Only complaint which seems to be a common trend at storage units is the purchasing of a lock from them for an arm and a leg.

I had 2 days to move my house because of a water leak. Scrambled around looking for storage was in a terrible mood. Christina was a god send. This storage place treated me very well. Place was clean and David provided me professional great service. He had all the answers to my questions and even had more to say then I expected. He brought up good points that I did not think of and provided me a storage unit to fit my needs.

I definitely feel misled by one month free fee I paid 94 for a 5x10 instead of what I thought 24as the online suggested but I am paid up until either April or May I cant remember. Also be prepared to purchase ur own lock or shell out 17more dollars. Customer service friendly prompt and did explain things accurately. Flexible hours even open on Sunday

Elle and David were fantastic in getting us our unit. They were both curtious and informative. They had answers to all of our questions and both showed great professionalism. We accidentally left our unit unlocked and they called us immediately to inform us and said that they would watch it until we got there. Hats off to the staff at Simply Storage!!!
