Be aware with car warranty some items like sensors may not be included.

Had oil change appointment for my New Corvette Grand Sport.I EXPRESSED TO THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT THIS CAR ISFLAWLESS BECAUSE OF EXTENSIVE DETAILING AND I NEED IT TAKEN CARE OF. I received back totally trashed. Oil all over the interior and windshield. Floor matts trashed. The whole lower part of theVette covered in white Limestone water/mud spots.
The person who serviced my car everything was fine the only problem I had is that they forgot to wash it after they were done I always get that complimentary wash and today they forgot thats why I didnt get the five star

Had a 9:00 appt, waited 15 minutes to have a rep contact. Tried to sell me services I did not need. After I was processed and 45 minutes my truck sat in the service lane. A corvette behind came in 10 minutes after me went ahead of me. Very disappointed in the way I was handled.
I had a service appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:50 AM, keep in mind I was on my lunch break. At 12:20 PM I was out walking the parking lot and noticed that my car was still parked there, the service had not been started! What is the point of scheduling an appointment? Didnt seem to bother anyone that I had been inconvenienced, they have lost a loyal customer! Never going back!!
