Spoke to Michael today and he quickly was able to find my tires in their system while I was on the phone. They are not common tires (245x35x20) but they had 2 options available. He had them ordered for me and sent over to the Sanford and they are currently being installed. The price was great too (just under $1k for all 4, with installation included). Will report back after I pick up my car but so far, they were great all around.

Michael and Marvin are awesome! I have been taking my car here for years. They are honest, they do not sell you anything you don’t need, and they have always been so helpful. Hands down this is the smoothest this Ford Transit van has ever driven. I have driven this van for 2 years and 1000,000 for the company I work for. I had a alignment and two tires replaced. The van now runs down the highway with no vibrations with very little steering. The service was very quick professional. I felt very comfortable with the quality of men who performing the work on my Van. And the professional sale and mangers in the office. See you guys next visit👍👍

Came in after the TPS light came on. Turned out that the nail went in one of the two tires my wife bought from one of their competitors. Still, the manager took care of us and patched the tire up and did the work on the house! Extremely satisfied with that kind of kindness and customer care. You definitely have earned a 5 star reputation and my repeat business.

I Came in with a 28 foot travel trailer that needed new tires. There was one way in and out and it was a tight turn around. Not only did they change the tires in the parking lot for me they turned my rig around. Both the service manager and the tire technician were helpful and went out of their way to provide me with good service. I highly recommend.

These guys are the best!! I have been doing business with them off and on for several years even before I relocated from New York. I find them to be upfront and honest in their diagnosis of my vehicles. They advise me on when check ups for different areas are needed and the prices are good. I recently had my van towed in for brake assessment, however the part wont be available until next year. Honesty prevailed I didnt need brakes like I thought I did, its something with the ABS sensor. The best part is that there was No Charge! Thanks 👍

I went to Action Gator Tire. Because Tire kingdom had lied to me and told me the nail in my tire couldn’t be patched and I needed to purchase a brand new tire from them. My experience with action gator tire was amazing. Extremely helpful people. The shop itself is nice and clean and extremely professional. I am pleased with the service and information I was provided with and appreciate how they don’t try and take advantage of people and just up sale them to meet the company’s goals.

Ordered tires on line - left a deposit- got a call a bit later that the tires where not in stock and would be there either in the afternoon or next day for the delivery from Tampa warehouse- needless to say that didn’t happen - went in person the following day and was told there was no delivery from Tampa that it would be the following day - at least they patched the bad tire for me so that I could make a trip that evening that was about the only plus that came out of this deal - tires were what was ordered but dang it I could have drove to Tampa and had them quicker than it took them to deliver them - reason for three star was this whole delivery snaffoo

The experience was awesome since the phone call, felt comfortable and not rushed as compared to other places I called. Tire job was fair priced and the two tires I replaced look considerably better than another place I went to not too long ago to have the other two replaced for about the same price (given I paid a little more for better tires, I was glad to see they actually look better quality). Also they actually did their job when I asked for balance checks, the other place didnt fix the problem. If I dont come back to this review, it means their job was long lasting and well done.

Very good customer service. I went there to get check my car’s battery with my 2 years old daughter. It was hard to take care of a toddler while waiting for the car to be fixed. However, the gentlemen in the front desk managed to get my car fixed in 20 minutes. Their service is very quick. They did a very good job to my car! I really appreciate their quick service. Thought I had a major problem with my A/C in my car but they checked it out and no problem found. They could have ripped me off easily but were honest and extremely nice to deal with. Ill be back for sure.

Yesterday was the second time I used Action Gator Tire. The first time I discovered a low tire situation and it was later in the day. I had stopped by the other places on 46 and they all refused me due to the lateness in the day even though they didnt seem that busy. The folks at Action took me in, fixed my issue and got me out in about 45 minutes before closing. Because of that experience when our new car started experiencing weird reporting of low pressure consistently in the driver side rear tire, and after weeks of refilling, getting low again, we decided to take it back to Action. I looked hard myself to find a nail or some issue but couldnt find anything. We dropped the car, and they were slammed busy. But, they took it in, we went home for a bit and a few hours later they called to say they took the tire completely apart, inspected all the sides, beads, schrader valve, etc. They found absolutely nothing wrong which was a pleasant surprise. We went to pick the car up and didnt charge us anything. Another pleasant surprise. I even tried to offer some $$$ for their time but they were just great! I highly recommend Action Gator Tire for their caring service! Tire issues can be stressful but they really helped!

Michael has been working the desk here for the last couple years and is knowledgeable and helpful. This last visit found them very busy and it took longer than expected, but he communicated everything throughout the process. I have used this place several times over the last few years and will continue to do so as long as Michael is there.

As always Action Gator Tire Sanford Fl is our go to place for anything car/tire repair. We’ve been using them for many many years without any visits warranting any less than a 5 star rating. The Trust Factor is the main reason we return. I almost always deal with Mike at the Sanford location. He is a straight shooter and his communication is second to none. What originally locked me into Action Gator Sanford was years back I had a rather large estimate from a competitor across the street. I handed them the “P$& Boys” estimate and they asked me to leave my vehicle for inspection. An hour later Mike called with a chuckle. He reported that I did not need a control arm and CV joint replacement. Drove that car for years without any issues. Mike saved me $2000 in unnecessary maintenance. Time and time again they save us money while keeping my vehicles it top shape.I absolutely recommend Action Gator Sanford for Tires and vehicle repairs.

I got my wheel bearings changed, I went in expecting to have all 4 of them changed because another mechanic told me they all needed to be replaced. After them checking out my car they told me only the front ones needed to be changed. Got 2 new tires also. They fixed everything up great and I spent less than I was expecting. Marvin Seip, Store Manager saved the day!! When my car wouldnt start the morning I had an appointment for new tires, he came to my home and jumped it and followed me to the shop. Action Gator Tire replaced my two front tires, charged and checked out my battery while I was able to sit in their clean and very comfortable waiting room and work on my computer. I had a full set of tires done on a truck with aftermarket wheels. Installation was done flawlessly, all tires are perfectly balanced, no road noise.Because of aftermarket tire and wheel setup, OEM tire pressure recommendations dont apply. I was expecting to trial and error different pressures, but the tech somehow just knew the ideal pressure range. I even torque checked the lugs, the whole job was just done correctly.This truck use to go sideways, unintentionally, even in dry road conditions. It now refuses to spin rubber in standing water.You dont always get what you pay for, but theres a valid reason why Action Gator in Sanford is always busy.

I really appreciate the service, and honesty at this location. Michael at the desk is always awesome. They have serviced 3 of my 4 vehicles, all I have to do is drop them off and Michael does the rest.

I called to see if they would be able to help me with replacing a tire after I ran over an industrial stable and it wasn’t able to be repaired. They told me to come on in and within less than 20 minutes my tire was replaced and a new one was on my car. Super nice, very efficient, reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

I was told I needed my rear brakes completed along with a new tire. Everything was completed along with the oil change. Great service. Havent had any issues so far. This was the first time I had major work done and it seems they have done the job great, no complaints right now.They did a full inspection on my car and told me I needed a motor mount he ordered the part for me and told me he would hold it for me until I had the money for the next part. I will definitely be back to get that installed

Took my car for an alignment, seemed like a friendly enough place. Older gentleman with long hair was nice, however the younger guy behind the counter acted agitated and mad when I informed him I could not afford the repairs they said I needed and asked for my keys back. Definitely unsettling and I will not be back.

I went in to Action Gator Tire because I had a slow leak in my left rear tire. I also knew that my front two tires were within the window of needing to be replaced (the penny test). I made an appointment for 9 am and my car was promptly seen. Unfortunately the nail was near the stem wall and couldn’t safely be patched. Given the state of my front tires, they recommended replacing all 4. They quoted me a very competitive price. I checked Costco Tire and Google. The quoted price couldn’t be beat. They didn’t pressure me and gave me time to research and consult my spouse. After the go ahead, they promptly replaced the tires and I was back on the road.

Great shop!!! I have a 99 f350 diesel and when my long time mechanic sold his shop to someone that has never worked on vehicles especially diesels, I knew it was time to start looking. I ended up at action gator in sanford. I talked with Michael and Marvin at the desk and knew quickly that these guys were the real deal. Had service done and have since began bringing my other two vehicles to them. I am very happy, thankful and grateful for these guys.

I am born and raised in the Sanford area and as such I have had the opportunity to try out just about every tire shop around. I can truthfully say that this is the best tire place around not only because they are always professional and knowledgeable about all the different products they offer but that they are honest about what the best course of action is to get you back on the road the quickly and safely. This is important because in my opinion there a lot of scam artist in the tire game and I have the records to prove it. In addition, the shop is always spotless and organized with a healthy supply of great magazines to read if you do have to wait. Finally, the two gentleman; I believe Michael and Martin were their names, that are predominantly working the desk when you first walk in couldnt be any less courteous, professional, or understanding with you the customer. Previous mechanics forgot to hookup my alternator. AGT could have easily been dishonest and sold me a new one, but told me the truth and gave my car back free of charge. They may have missed out on a one time sale but have got a customer for life! Thanks Mike, you’re the best!

Had 2 services at store 23 in Sanford, Florida. The first time I went there they put one of my parts in wrong and caused major issues with my car including damaging my camshaft selenoid. The second time I went in was 3 days ago. They were replacing the camshaft selenoid in the vehicle. During this time someone DROPPED a tool inside of my vehicle of my engine and left it in there. Because of this while driving my car it fired out of my motor causing me to have a giant hole in my motor. My vehicle is now disabled. I really hope y’all plan on replacing my engine or replacing my car.

Action Gator Tire did a great job getting my vehicle in for service (on short notice) to replace all my brakes before we were to go on a road-trip vacation. They also saved me over $200 compared to the dealership, to do the same work! Mike (I think that was his name) also did me the favor to flush the old brake fluid and put new fluid in and did not charge me extra. Thinking to keep us as SAFE as possible on our trip, was very thoughtful of them... thank you guys!

The service was good and they were very helpful getting me the tires I needed but I had to remind them to put on their mask that was hanging around their necks and the one service clerk didn’t pull it up at all . Sat outside on a wall bc there wasn’t enough room to social distance inside.
