Ordered online couldnt use the portal had to go through drive thru. Was told to come back in ten minutes and had to sit in drive thru again.

The first time we took our vehicle to Bowen Garage, it was there for almost four weeks for a tail light repair. The tail light repair went from an estimated $60 all the way to $250, but mechanic decided to drop the price to $150 after he saw that my husband was very confused and unhappy with the price. After the tail light repair the truck wouldnt crank up after I drove it to the garage. After further investigation I was finally able to crank my truck and take it home. I kept it at home for 3 days and had to return it because it knocked off. After I returned it this time I took the suggestion of the mechanic that the flywheel had to be changed. The initial charge for parts and labor was $350. Almost 2 months later, after I stopped by several times to check on my vehicle they told me I needed a new starter, although the starter that was on the vehicle was barely a year old. After all the calculations when I finally got the call to pick it up, they slapped me with a $574 bill and get this the truck still didnt crank and stay on. I would not recommend this garage to anyone as long as I have breath in my body. We got the truck half a block after paying and it cut off again. We are now having to get it towed. Not sure what to do now because we have paid over $700 in repair cost and still dont have a running truck.

Tom is such a wonderful man. He put the starter on my Honda Civic at less than half the price the dealership quoted me and I was driving again in under two hours.
