Service Review. I have been coming to this dealership since moving to Orlando in 2017. The service department is excellent. Advisors are on top of it & I’ve never had to wait more than 2-3 hours for any service(including major) on my car. The lounge recently moved upstairs & they continue to serve warm bites via text menu. Everything here is truly exceptional. I also bought out my lease here a year ago & they found me a great bank to finish my loan on. Best Audi dealership in the Orlando area

Just needed to swing by and pick up a part. Parts department closes at 3pm on Saturday’s, and I came right after that. Someone from Service still found my part and got me taken care of, fast and friendly with zero issues. All the staff were friendly and helpful.While I was waiting, I couldn’t help but look around at all the inventory. The RSQ8 on the showroom floor is calling my name!

Brandon Cooksey was great! I wasnt in a huge rush to purchase my Audi, but he went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable with such a large purchase. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and funny! I didnt feel rushed- in fact I think I made him stay after closing since I took so long. The experience as a whole was one of the best I have ever had with a dealership and would recommend Brandon and the Audi of North Orlando Team to everyone. I even liked the personalized video he sent confirming the vehicle I inquired about was still at the lot. Very cool and innovative!

Found a vehicle on a Monday night, did the credit app online and took all pictures of my Trade and uploaded them via the app. Tuesday morning, received a call that I was approved and came into the dealership that afternoon to pick up my new vehicle. It had been gassed, detailed and was only a 1.5 hour process! Carlos AND Roger went above and beyond to close this deal and I am so lucky to have had them both there to walk me through everything! I love my CPO Audi A4.

I just purchased a 2021 S Q5 and absolutely love it! This is my fourth purchase from Audi North Orlando. I couldnt be happier with my purchase experience and the delivery of my vehicle. The service staff are on point. Ive dealt with Amber, Sean and James....top notch. They are extremely helpful and try and get you in and out. Great people and always a great experience. Im not familiar with any sales staff but they are friendly and welcoming, and if I ever have to upgrade my Audi....will definitely look here first

From the minute I walked into the showroom floor- the service was beyond excellent! Roger, the manger was so friendly and welcoming.I can’t say enough great things about Jesus, my sales man. So laid back and easy to talk to. Zero pressure.Made the entire process smooth and seamless.I will definitely be back when I’m ready for the next one!

It was a fabulous experience. We were treated very respectfully and with care. Our needs were understood and recommendations made accordingly. We felt elated.

Took my S5 in because I felt a vibration consistent with an alignment issue. Several hours later the tech informed me that they thought it was the tires. I agreed to put the two new ones on that he recommended, because I misguidedly trusted him. Several more hours later I finally left. The vibration was not fixed and upon reaching my house I looked at the “new” tires further. I was charged for new tires and these were obviously used. My suspicions were confirmed later when I took the car in for a regular oil change somewhere else and they informed me that all 4s were at their half life. Also out of the 3 times I had that car into Audi north Orlando not once did I receive the video of their tech going through the car. I took it to another Audi dealership and first time I got the video. I would ship my car all the way back to Germany before I let these crooked weasels sniff around it again.

Beware, not content with eliminating ANY discounts, this dealer is ADDING a large surcharge above MSRP to new vehicles already on the lot!??? $1000.00 TO $2,000.00.Avoid this dealer and/or delay your purchase.

What an amazing buying experience. Our sales rep Jake was awesome for start to finish. We came in just to browse and never once felt pressured to buy. We ended up leaving without getting anything to start but before we left Jakes manager Roger came over which is typically the moment you feel awkward because you know the goal of the manager is to entice you to buy. This wasnt the case at Audi. Roger came over with a few breakdown options to take home, we had a few laughs and they sent us on our way. We ended up coming back the next day to get one of the cars we were looking at and Jake and the entire Audi team made the whole process so smooth. With 5 kids we did not want to spend hours dealing with paperwork so Jake had all the paperwork prepared prior to our arrival.Once all the paperwork was complete, Jake spent about an hour in the car with us programming our phones, our radio stations, and going over every single component of this vehicle to make sure I understood how everything worked. Not once did I feel like he was rushing us through the process. This was hands down the best dealership experience we have had and would recommend this team to any one.

Shaun and Sean - Different People, Different Roles, Same Fantastic Service!!! So I came into the Audi North Orlando dealership to get my DRL fixed and usually setup shop upstairs to work remotely, and always order some breakfast or lunch depending on the time. So I ordered, and when I got done eating my food, out of nowhere, like a Stealthy Service Ninja, the General Manager, Shaun, pops up and grabs my plate! I was so surprised, knowing this guy is the GM of the dealership, but he still took the time to make sure my temporary make-shift work area was cleared. So a week later I come back to get my DRL replaced, as they needed to order a part from my earlier visit. And of course I go upstairs to setup shop and work while I wait, but soon realize that I forgot my laptop at home (Doh!) So I head down stairs and start sharing my sad story of how I need to run home real quick to get my equipment and I asked for a loaner. And with no hesitation at all, but rather a twinkle in his eye of service excellence glee, Sean, the Service Consultant, got me into one of their A5s and set me off on my way. Thank you Shaun and Sean for providing such a cheerful and consistent level of customer service at your dealership. You guys are great!

Another dealer that lies about the numbers. Advertised used q5 for $43,785 called to confirm price and they double checked everything verifying the vehicle and car fax and stated that is the sale price. Today they up the price to $50,999 oh we don’t have records of that price you’re quoting, well my screen shot of the your website certainly does. Do not advertise the wrong price and then do a bait and switch to get people in the door to buy a vehicle especially after the customer does due diligence to verify the car and pricing and then you charge them on a used vehicle the price it would cost to buy new with zero miles. POOR excuse for a dealership and sales. I’d rather drive to Melbourne and by from that Audi dealer since they are atleast upfront and honest.

This was the first time I purchased a vehicle out of state and virtually. From the moment I sent my online inquiry, I received prompt and friendly service. Natasha was awesome to deal with. She made an extra effort to send pics and answer all of my questions. She was fair and upon arrival to pick up my car, had everything prepared for me to drive off. Parts representative Steve will frustrate you beyond belief. My insurance adjuster first called and now twice myself, both of us have been given the run around. I would rather Steve be honest up front and have told the truth: he’s “personal friends” with the owner of the company that caused the catastrophic damage to my vehicle. I’m not asking for anything but the parts list (don’t care about prices, just WHAT parts are ACTUALLY replaced) to my own vehicle that I’ve not seen in 6 months since the damage was caused and not fixed. I’ve been more than patient and kind. Steve wasted my time and the time of Progressive Insurance adjuster Curtis.

I brought my Audi A4 in for new tires. Only two were in stock. I was given the option of getting two of the tires I desired and two others of higher quality from another brand to be installed that day or I could leave my car overnight and have all four of the same tires installed the next day. I chose the latter. The team quickly arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle so I could go about my day. I was grateful and I returned the next day to my vehicle that had been washed and vacuumed and ready to go with the four tires I had requested. The team kept communication open with me the whole way.

It’s pretty sad when a dealer only treats you with respect when ur purchasing a 90,000 dollar car!Sadly after the sale was done their attitude changed when the car had a major issue driving home from the dealer!!!! They picked it up with attitude because I live far away and fixed without providing me a detailed service invoice like they where tryin to cover something up they did!Got the car back after the fix, but while it was there I asked for them to look over and fix the window tint they did on the car… I was texted car tint was repaired and car was shipped back. I show them tint wasn’t fixed and still the same now I’m being ignored by the salesman and new car manager which is great after I thought I spent my money at the right Audi dealer! BUT I WAS WRONG SERVICE AFTER SALE HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!!I wanted to return the car after the supposed fix but was treated like I don’t know how engines work LOL I bet if I didn’t live far away and could show up at the dealer I’d be treated differentlyJust wanted to warn people they are nice during the sale but after good luck :/Don’t worry I’m sure I’ll get a new car review from Audi about the dealership and that will have the same info on it !!!!

Once again, I am giving Frank De Wilde, sales rep at this dealer, a 5 star. I would give him more if possible. He goes above and beyond to make customers happy!!! From the minute you walk into the showroom, Frank makes you feel like the most important person in the world!

Prior to this, the service at this location had been amazing. This time around, I went for my regular Oil change and the Service Agent Amber was really nice. She told me the price for the service, which I maintain my vehicle and was only in need of the oil change. She told me that the price quoted was the cost of an oil change, but I know that’s incorrect. Instead of arguing I just left and took my vehicle to South Orlando Audi. It pains me to write this review, however not everyone that goes to this establish is treated fairly and I hope that upselling when unnecessary is not part of there training protocol.

This 2021 A4 is my third purchase from Audi North Orlando- all painless deals done in a day from start to finish. I would heartily recommend Audi North Orlando to anyone wanting both an excellent automobile and a low-stress purchase experience.

It was my first visit for service at this location and my service advisor Amber went out of her way to make me feel welcomed. Amber also took her time explaining the service process based on the what was needed. She also called me a couple of days later to see how the car was running and asked if I had any additional concerns with the car. I will make this location my go-to for service!

I got my first Audi from them in 2009 and tried some other brands after that lease ended but have been back with them for the past couple years. The buying process is easy without the typical gamesmanship. When it comes to service they really make it easy with their valet service, loaner cars and fully stocked lounge. What more can you ask for? Easy to buy and simple to get serviced. Works for me. I’ll continue to go back.

This is far and away the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. From reception to sales to service, everyone is incredibly friendly and professional. When I was buying my car, I shopped at many dealerships—Mercedes, Honda, Hyundai, Tesla (from whom I actually went so far s to have two cars on order). All were stereotypically frustrating to work with, but not Audi North Orlando. Audi North Orlando gave me the best price immediately upon walking in the door (I know this because I had already done exhaustive negotiations with 3 other florida Audi dealerships and it was the same as the bottom line they all aren’t too, after much stress). The big difference was that those dealerships gave me that price to drive existing inventory off the lot, but Audi North Orlando allowed me to order a car to my own exact specifications at that price. They even honored the service special they had going at that time! No hassles, just a smooth and friendly experience!Now, 2.5 years later, I’ve been equally impressed with their service team. They are so responsive and helpful, even when it’s my own user error. I actually enjoy spending time here! I highly recommend you cut out the stress and just come straight to Audi North Orlando!

What a nightmare trying to get parts for my VDub. After a long fiasco with a harmonic balancer bolt, they finally get the right one ordered only to be lost in the parts department. Guy says come back in 30 mins maybe they can find it... SMH...

I spoke with the Service Manager, and he was extremely helpful and handled a situation I had very professionally and made sure I was happy and taken care of. Brian took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of.

After a less than stellar interaction at Audi of Tampa, we reached out to Audi of North Orlando and Brando Cooksey took amazing care of us. He helped us with a trade in and helped us make the decision between a Q3 and a Q5. He was a perfect combination of patient and informative and was an absolute professional in every category. I’d be remiss if I didn’t also mention his GM, Rigo who truly went above and beyond to make our experience both remarkable and memorable. The initial Q5 we picked would have needed a final service check that wouldn’t have been possible for a day or two based on the time we visited and our request. Rigo was able to make our dream Q5 happen, down to the interior trim and colors!There are at least four other Audi locations that are closer to us than North Orlando, but because of Brandon and Rigo, this is our location of choice! Don’t even question the drive - just go here!

From the greeting at the door to getting the keys was the best experience. Brandon was stellar as our sales person. He was not pushy or aggressive. He explained everything in the car with expertise. The entire process was effortless and painless. I highly recommend them.

Update (1/2020): after several visits here I changed my rating since the service has been good overall and the complimentary beverages and food are a nice touch. The lounge area is also very nice and a relaxing place to wait while the car is being serviced.Original review: concerns over upsells for service and the fact this used to be Classic Audi of Orlando which didnt have the best reputation.

Just picked up a 2018 S3 in Vegas Yellow and Frank my sales person and Jesse the Sales Manager took great care of me. I couldnt be more happy with the professionalism and the speed of which my deal was done from start to finish.

I have always serviced with audi with this location with great customer service as well as car service. Post Covid - I walk-in understanding I’ll be waiting b/c I didn’t make an appointment, but to come here now and immediately feel unwelcomed and out of place is a first. The person servicing me seemed ill-equipped and very anxious working with an person of color.Not asking relevant questions but asserting what I should be doing without even checking the mileage on my car. The insinuation that I only wanted a “discount “ was offensive. Although I’m more than aware that they could care less, Aside from coming in for a simple oil change I was coming to buy my mom a car. Today’s visit has changed my mind about furthering any business with this location. No diversity - true diversity at 1st observance and not very friendly. With so much negativity in the air, Audi North should be in better tune with it’s appearance. Very disappointing to say the least.Disappointed and offended customer!!!

Very disappointed with the way I was treated by this dealership. I found a vehicle online that I wanted to purchase. They told me that they did not except bank drafts but I could finance through them. I agreed to the out the door price filled out the credit application was told that I was approved. Sent them everything they asked for, then salesman tells me that another salesman is selling it but he would keep me posted. We had already started the process and it was sold out from under me. They should not have run my credit and tried to work a deal for 2 people at the same time on the same vehicle. Then the salesman doesn’t even have the decency to call me and let me know that they sold it to someone else. This is not a professional way to run a business.

My grandmother recently purchased a used vehicle from the dealership. she asked me to please post a review because she was extremely happy with the professionalism and the way the vehicle buying process took place. this is what she asked me to postI have bought many vehicles in my lifetime, but i have never been treated with so much respect and and such dignity. i walked into this dealership looking for a good deal and walked out with an amazing vehicle i could not be happier with. Brandon Cooksey is an amazing salesman who treated me like i was part of the Audi family. the general manager Shaun laird was amazing and did everything in his power to ensure i got the best deal and was extremely satisfied with the transaction. it was truly an amazing buying experience and i hope everyone else enjoys this dealership just as i did. from the moment i walked in to the moment i left was treated with the upmost respect. a big thank you goes out to the Audi team and the detail department which also did an amazing job on reconditioning my vehicle.

Update— Shaun and other members of management returned my emails and assisted me with correcting the mistake. Thank you for your help.Service department makes mistakes on reports to CARFAX! I called the dealer to get their mistake corrected because I wanted To trade in try Audi and the receptionist told me there was nothing the dealership could do. She transferred me to George in the service department who also told me they could not correct the error made by their dealership. Their mistake is costing me time and money, and seems like nobody in their dealership wants to correct their error. If you want to purchase an Audi go to a dealer with better service.

My husband and I have driven Audi’s for years. I just purchased my fourth car. We have never had to have any of our 7 cars in for service other than the normal wear and tear yearly service. I looked into buying a Volvo, Mercedes and BMW just for variety. None of these cars could offer me all the loaded comparable features at the same price as the Audi.

Frank was amazing to work with, he was honest and super knowledgeable about the vehicles. First time ever we didn’t have to deal with a man in the booth for financing, we dealt with Frank only. It was a pleasure to work with Brandon L while my wife and I try and determine if an Audi e-tron was the right fit. He was very responsive to email, helpful at the dealership, and never pushy. While we did not move forward with the e-tron, I can still highly recommend him if you are looking at Audis at this dealership.

Truly five-star service from the time you walk in the door. I made it 2 steps into the impeccably stylish showroom and I was greeted by Natasha Nazvanova. Natasha is stunning and well studied in the luxury line of high end vehicles available with the Audi family. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted with no pressure to buy. Frank De Wilde was awesome!! I explained to him because of the distance I live to the dealership I would like to do most of the process online. He made it seamless and everything was straightforward with no changes or surprises. BECAUSE OF THAT I took the chance and drove the 1 hour and 45 minutes drive to the dealership from my house and the car was as advertised and described. He answered all my questions and emails quickly and the Audi dealership showroom was comfortable and pleasant. Because I completed the finance process online the finance lady came to Frank’s desk and was as pleasant as could be explaining the paperwork. I would definitely recommend purchasing a new or used car from Audi North Orlando.

This place was great. Class class class. Dealt with Mark and he was the most helpful salesman ive ever met. Told him what I was looking for and he did a great job putting me in the right vehicle. I like the little touches this dealership does to make you feel like a VIP even if your just entering the luxury car market and on a budget. My driveway just got a lot sexier.

Would have given zero or a negative star if that would be an option. You will be treated differently if you are brown skinned. They tell you to wait in their amazing lounge and food would be offered. When you wait and actually order- they run out of all the food suddenly but then you see all white people suddenly getting the food! Also their service sucks!! Never buying Audi or any of its services in future!

We just bought our new car from Natasha here, she was a pleasure to work with, patient especially when we made a 180 change in what we were looking to buy. We have purchased two cars now from Audi North because of their professionalism and service when there’s another dealership 10 miles from our house This is our second car from them and we love our experience here. They are so friendly there. Greeting you immediately as you walk in, making sure you have whatever you need. Honestly I think they treat you better than family! Now if they would only let me borrow that R8 with the V10 performance package in the showroom for a few days....

Brandon was fantastic and helped my wife and I replace her car with a new to us certified SQ5. He was transparent and up front with the entire transaction. We were able to have 90% of the process done before ever setting foot in the dealership which was excellent as we drove about 3 hours each way. 10/10 would recommend working with him in the future!

I was met with open arms and a very warm welcome. I had previously talked to a saleswoman on the phone about the car I was interested in so they paged her right away. The saleswoman (Nathalia) walked me to the car, we then took it on a test drive. I fell in love with the Audi TTS instantly, they gave me a great deal on the car I was trading in. The paperwork didnt take very long & before I knew it I was heading home with my new car. Thanks so much to everyone that worked so hard at this wonderful dealership on getting me in & out so effortlessly.

I first started at Audi south Orlando (which is about 10 minutes from my house) and had a bad experience there. They were basically trying to find out what I was about before telling me anything about the car. They didn’t really work with me or give me any options, they only wanted to “sell” what they wanted me to have, even though they didn’t give me much details of that vehicle, which wasn’t on the lot. I almost gave up on Audi’s, but I decided to give Audi north Orlando a chance (which is about 50 minutes from my house) and I am so thankful I did!! From the moment I walked into the dealership, I had a completely different experience. Frank was my sales man and he is absolutely amazing!!! He told me stuff I never knew about the car I was interested in, Ben though I had done some research! He worked with me and gave me options. He also gave me very good advice and wasn’t pushy at all. I felt so comfortable and as if I have known him for years! I don’t have a complaint about north Orlando at all!! They are my saving grace!! Wanted to share my experience with Audi North Orlando and specifically Natasha. I found the vehicle on the website Friday evening, I called at 10:00am Saturday morning to verify the vehicle was on the lot. Natasha checked and immediately texted me saying it was there, I set-up a time for 1:00 PM. Upon arrival the car was fueled up sitting in front and ready to be test driven. Upon visual inspection and review i decided to purchase the vehicle.This is where the experience was very pleasant, I knew the price and had a total figure in my head, the estimate from Audi was within $100 so I knew they werent trying to add a bunch of incidentals. The final closing was painless and I was on my way home by 3:00pm. Very happy to have purchased my Lexus from Audi North Orlando. Natasha was great and I highly recommend her.

Mark and Rigo have always made my experience painless. Ive worked with them on three Audis thus far. Service department has always been very helpful and accommodating. Everyone I run into has great attitude and personality.

Terrible for a lease return. Destin Dixon in particular. Incorrectly prepared the paperwork and marked that we only returned 1 key rather than the 2 that we brought so we would be charged. Go to any other Audi dealer, or even better change car brands like I did after this horrible and unprofessional experience.

This is the only place that I go to get my Audi serviced. James has always made my experience so pleasant- from the moment I contact him to schedule an appointment, to the friendly faces I see when I pick up my car. He always makes sure to have complimentary transportation or a loaner car available, if necessary. All of my concerns were happily and promptly addressed and the best part is that my vehicles are always cleaned thoroughly as I drive off. Audi North constantly goes the extra step to make a visit to the service department very convenient and enjoyable. You guys rock!

It upsets me that they feel their time is more important than ours, who works for who ? Appointments are made with absolutely no consideration 1 1/2 hour repair turns into an all day poor experience. Don’t fall for the maintenance free 5 year option. No Loaner car for in-house fudge. I give two stars for the initial sales person Once they hav me the sale it’s over. So far stay tuned.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. I got good value for my trade in. Natasha who was my salesperson was very helpful and helped pick up the right car for me. She gave me enough chances to test drive all the cars I was looking at and went through all the features with me in detail. My paper work processing was done quickly too.
