Front office personnel are friendly and willing to help, making sure that you are satisfied with every detail. Guys in the back are extremely knowledgeable and go beyond to make sure your vehicle is squared away and running at its best. I found my new go to place for all of my Tundras suspension and off-road needs. Very rare to have a comfortable and pleasant experience at a auto shop, but Thomas Tire is breaking the mold.

This is the worst tire shop I’ve ever seen. There so bad when you take your car to other shops to fix there mistakes they already no who worked on it without saying anything. They scam you out of your money and when you have problems they blame you. And if a woman goes in there treated like there dumb. I spent 3k there in a year on three cars one car had to return 9 times the other 8 the other 6 and because of there mistakes. The good reviews on here were bought are the people that work there I promise you if you take your car are semi here you will be dissatisfied it isn’t the same place it use to be.

Nice bunch of folks. While at the front desk I watched the staff work very patiently with a senior couple getting new tires for their tractor. Nice to see the respect. The garage staff was awesome as well.

In all my years I had never heard of a charge for having to use a torch to cut off bolts, i think they charged either $400 or $800 for using torch and this was additional to labor cost. I have always been charged regular hourly rate for using torch to cut off bolts. No I was not happy about that but otherwise satisfied.

11/10, had to have a tire stretched and when one method didnt work they tried 3 more until they got it. 11/10 will return for any custom expensive rims. 750$ rim and i left with no scratches. Again 11/10

By far the best service around. Dale Talbert and his team have gone above and beyond for me, countless times. From changing out numerous flat tires, repairing busted up rims (I blame potholes), to inspections/oil changes— these guys have made my mishaps easy on me. And believe you me, mishaps aren’t uncommon for me.10/10 recommend Thomas Tire for literally everything involving vehicles. Lol.Added bonus: their pricing is unbeatable.

GREAT Service, a tire shredded on my RV about 35 miles from their location, called late in the day and in about an hour a tech was replacing the tire and was back on the road. Went there the next day and had them replace and balance all 6 tires, RECOMMEND Them HIGHLY 👍

I had a issue with play in the steering on my motor home. I called on Monday and was told to bring it in. There were two vehicles in the building with several bays open and no one but me waiting. I called the next day and was told other vehicles came in and they were in front of me. Thursday, I got a call and was told they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I went to pick it up and got a bill for nothing being wrong. Problem is, there is something wrong. This is only one negative view. I’ve done business with Thomas Tire for 40 years and have been 100% satisfied

Previous experiences with Thomas Tire has been good. But this time not so great. Did not fix the items they told me needed fixed. Instead fixed other things that were not in scope discussed. Tires they put on were not the ones they said they were going to install. 2 weeks to complete work and I went to pickup and found one of the major issues that needed fixed was not resolved and will cost me a few more weeks down time to get corrected. Not a great way to serve a vehicle that is working everyday.

Thomas Tire fit me in for a NC state inspection on my RV an hour after I called them.When I showed up, the staff all greeted me and the were all professional looking mechanics with their shirts tucked in. Their waiting area is very comfortable with courtesy coffee and vending machines as well. I had a great experience with them.

Best place around to get tires. I’ve put tires on 3 trucks and the wife’s car. Good prices and good service. The wife feels comfortable about going there by herself too. Very honest group of guys at the place.My dad also buys lots of recaps and equipment tires at Thomas Tire too. I’ve told several people to quit using Black’s and start going to Thomas Tire. From the time I walked in the door to the time we left, my twin boys, my service dog, and I were treated like royalty, seriously.Everyone at this company are more than just polite. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable while you wait and explain everything they are doing or did. The tires I got were very affordable and high quality compared to other places I’d checked at. Also let me add that I have severe anxiety and it’s extremely hard for me to go to places like this, but not when you’re treated like royalty, like I said. They made us feel like we mattered not just another paying customer. That’s rare these days.I didn’t catch everyone’s name that I spoke with or that helped me out to give them credit for their professional and amazing attitudes.But Brandi was up front and she was so sweet. She talked to me about my dog and hers, plus just overall made me feel welcome and helpful for any questions I had.Jody is the 1 who recommended I bring my Jeep there and I couldn’t be more happy with everything they did. Jody did a fantastic job on finding me the tires I wanted, which let me add every other place I called acted like I couldn’t get the style I wanted. Well Jody knows what he’s doing and found the perfect set. He was very polite and professional as well.I’m sorry I didn’t catch everyone’s names but Thomas Tire in Sanford is definitely where you want to go for quality professional work and atmosphere. The front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. I pulled my RV into a stall and didn’t even have to unhook the trailer. The crew jacked up both sides of the trailer at the same time. They pulled all four wheels off, replaced the tires, stems and had me back on the road in less than an hour. I would recommend them to anyone needing tires.

I was charged $40 for them to align my front end. The office manager Brittany never told me it was a $39 fee to just get it looked at to SEE if it could be aligned. I will never take anything back to Thomas tire very poor communication and when we called yesterday they said they told me about the charge but they def didn’t. We will not be returning to a place that treats customers like this. I would leave no stars but it doesn’t give you the option.

After contacting Dale Talbert on purchasing my tires, they were delivered and installed at my residence. The service was outstanding as always and the service man was knowledgeable and made sure everything was completed correctly. It had been years since the rv tires had been replaced as this rv stays at the beach and three lug bolts ended up having to be replaced. It was handled professionaly and I couldnt ask for better service or a better price for my tires. If you need tires, this is the place to go.Give Dale a call, he will get you what you need.

Highly recommend this place. My wife went to get tires mounted and balanced on our jeep and she started having mechanical problems when she got there. They went out of their way to help her diagnose the problem and do a temporary fix to get her home safely. Also bought a trailer tire after a blowout and they had it mounted and balanced in under 5 minutes. Just good solid hardworking people.

Weve used Thomas Tires services several times for our RV and have always received terrific service. Their staff goes above and beyond and is always polite.

Had some issues with a lift kit that was installed. Thomas Tire went above and beyond to find all the issues, there were several, acknowledge me of them and resolve them. Everyone there was very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Now my truck rides like it did when I bought it, they were terrific. If your looking for a company to do any type of off-road or lift work for your vehicle, just take it to Thomas Tire, you will not find anyone better.

Took a small front tractor tire that had a slow leak and needed to be patched. When I picked it up the next morning I was told the cost was $42.00 to fix the one puncture with a inside patch. I ask if the cost was correct and was told that was the cost. I then ask what a complete new tire mounted would cost and was told between $100.00 and $125.00. So I had to pay almost one half to one third the cost of a brand new tire to get one puncture hole repaired. I have done business with Thomas Tire since they opened in Sanford but probably will not be going back due to the pricey repair. My advice is get them to give youa quote before you get anything done at this establishment.

When I called Thomas Tire and described my tractors flat tire I was told that it could be fixed at that time. After checking in I drove my truck and trailer with tractor loaded into their bay. Repair was prompt without unloading my tractor. I paid for the repair and was back on the road for home within 30 minutes. You bet Im a HAPPY customer.

Thomas Tire is terrific - they make house calls! I needed new tires for my farm gator and they ordered my tires and brought them to my farm w/in 24 hours and replaced them without a problem and the price was reasonable. They were courteous and they even practice Social Distancing by letting me pay over the phone.

I would have gave this place 5 stars but I couldn’t my appointment was at 8:30 I did arrive a lil late about 15 minutes late to b exact. I live in a different county, To get my tires put on and it wasn’t busy at all was at wait or 2 1/2 hrs they are slow but that’s all. I love my brand new tires.

Excellent shop. Got me in without any issues on a Saturday close to closing time, and helped me out a lot after a 700 mile drive to TN and back. Friendly and very helpful. I will go back anytime I need tire work done on my trucks. Even let me take a nap in the waiting room while they went above and beyond and checked for more than just the leak I showed them. 5* for these guys!

Our trucking company has been a commercial customer for 20 years. Thomas Tire has always been very responsive to my needs by finding the best tires available for my application. They inform me of sales, and new products. I believe they care about us and try to help our profitability.

I had Thomas tire come out to the house to repair the rear tire on my backhoe. I thought it needed an inner tube and was quoted a price on that. The price quoted was very fair and I was happy that I wasn’t going to have to remove and haul a 300lb wheel and tire. They came out while I was at work and made the repair. When they called me for payment I was told that the tube wasn’t needed and the total price was about $40 cheaper than quoted. I am very happy with the service that Thomas Tire provided. They will definitely be my first call for future service.

I dropped in unannounced and was Greeted by one of the employees who waved me right into the Bay I did not even stop to talk to a sales associate at the front desk. I had a flat tire on my dump truck. I was in the shop and out within an hour. The gentleman in the back really knew what they were doing and they were fast .
