This was my second trip for tires. I found the Gentleman there to fair and knowledgeable. One rear tire was separated and I could feel the truck bumping along when driving. I was given a fair price. Unfortunately the tires were not in store but I was call at 10AM the next day as promised when they came in. The tires were changed fast and at quoted price. Only one tire was bad, but since I had just replaced one 3 months before it was suggested to do the last one of same set. Comfortable customer waiting area. Nothing fancy, but all that was needed at a fair price.

Hatch always goes above and beyond to help us out. My family will always bring our vehicles to him for anything we need done. Always honest with what we need done, for instance I thought I needed new pads and rotors and took it to him. He told me that I didn’t need rotors and my pads had 60% life left.

Over priced and over quoted.Did some research on the repairs they did and what they quoted me for other repairs.Found that the parts and labor prices were a little excessive.Also went during COVID-19 pandemic and not one employee had a mask on.

These gentlemen are always straight forward with me . Ive had them take care of a few issues I needed done and have been very satisfied. They will take the time to assess your situation and tell you your options. My last was an issue with my 4 wheel drive. They told me that they refer that service to a more qualified outfit. Even still they had a gentleman help me look through my problem.and was able to fix it myself. Note: They did not charge me for their time, but I believe in paying for any services rendered.The Honor System

Well, if you have a simple fix then this place is the greatest BUT if there is any problem with the fix they will blame it on you and other things so that they do not have to correct it. Its a risk to go here but they will do the work. I think we will move on and find another mechanic. So sad because we thought this place was going to be our mechanic :( they lost our business.

I was a walk in & they took care of me in a very short time.

Way too expensive, argued with me about leaving a message that my car was ready and still needed work, I came in with the recording and still he was nasty. Will NEVER use them again. Many shops in area, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go!!!
