Well as many times Ive visit the store ! Im pretty much known by now that my troubles were token care of . Hopefully my visits will be lesser involve there in the store . Because of my mistakes? Its just hard to get to know todays technology. I do wish that there were better information before I go into it! So I do thank the store for their great help and I do apologize most deeply for my lack of knowledge .

If I could give this store 0, I absolutely would. I went yesterday because I was having issues with my new device and new service that I just switched to att. The girl working WOULD NOT even look up from her phone to answer any questions. Have had our newest service a week and was still not able to use it because obviously she was just to buat.. She suggested I go on to tulsa because they are not a corporate store. I was absolutely embarrassed for her that she couldnt even answer a sime question... I will be making calls all day today because my service with att has been nothing but unsatisfactory all the way around

Employee Kriston said they are untrained and, not able to assist with AT&T problems. Theyre a privately owned company that doesnt answer to anyone at the AT&T company. But did tell me to go to AT&T at Utica and 15th

AT&T STORE NEEDS AT&T EMPLOYEE WHO KNOWS HOW TO SOLVE AT&T PROBLEMS AS WELL AS GIVE CORRECT SALES INFORMATION AND BACK IT UP!!! Every trip they sound nice and are helpful but then when I walk out the door it is not how they said it would be. Then the process to fix it is out of there hands. They need someone who can do more than smile and take a payment or sell the product on faulty advertisement and not use the loyalty dept as a scape goat.

Really helpful and patient staff. We came in 10 minutes before closing, but the lady working was very kind, listened, answered all our questions and got us all set up.

Went to the store bc I was trying to figure out the best plan of action for me and my family. Stormie was absolutely amazing and took her time to explain the differences in plans and options we had. Was leaning towards a different company until her. This is my store of choice from here forward and will be back!

I went in because my phone kept rebooting. I called Samsung and they told me to go to att. When I got there the sales lady was complaining how busy it was(there were 3 of us). And that she was the only one there. When I asked her about my phone, she didnt even bother to look at it. All she said was its a software issue. So now Im a T-Mobile customer. With a new phone. 2 new phones and a tablet to be exact. And my bill is cheaper.

Employees would rather eat lunch than help a customer start a service. Felt pushed out of the door and treated like an inconvenience. I had to go to another att store to get my old number on the new account. Something this store told me was impossible was a simple task to another branch.

They never have a phone case for the phone they sent me!

Since new management came in almost a year ago now, this store has been doing great!

Been here multiple days just bought a new iPhone and I love it. Bridget is totally awesome and I’m so sad she’s leaving. Everyone at this store is so nice I feel like family when I go there. Jessica is so sweet and so is Bradie they spent a long time helping me with my new iPhone since I have only had an Android for 25 years. When I came in Bridget wasn’t here so I was so scared because she has spoiled me with her excellent service and friendship. I feel like I’ll be ok Nick seems very nice so I’m definitely coming back. I’m so glad I don’t have to drive to Tulsa.

Sunshine was super sweet getting my unlocked phone fixed.

My husband needed a new phone so I got him the new S8. I was in and out of there in roughly 30 minutes which is rather fast in my opinion.

The staff is helpful, but you cant get in and out of here in under an hour for anything.

I AM always the next customer in line. They are confident and friendly..... ALWAYS!
