Rent-A-Center has very friendly staff. Christopher helped me. The price agreements are manageable, and I felt very comfortable. They dont force you to buy anything and the Halloween decorations were outstanding!
If I could give individual employees ratings then the Sales Manager Cali would get 5 stars!! She’s amazing, took the time to explain the situation with our delivery delay, and just had amazing customer service skills and an amazing personality! I would definitely recommend to request her if you want a great experience!Unfortunately I can NOT say the same for the so called “general manager.” He called at 12:05 pm to discuss our delivery delay, I called back at 12:45 pm to see if there was any updates. When I told him who I was he snapped at me that he had “talked to me 15 minutes ago and told me it would be about 30 minutes.” When I corrected him and told him it had been almost 40 minutes and all I wanted was an update he became very defensive and rude, almost seemed like he couldn’t believe I’d have the audacity to correct him. Then when I asked if it would be possible or needed to push back my payment date due to the fact that I placed my order Sunday and still hadn’t received anything for almost a week and didn’t want to pay for something if it wasn’t in my possession yet through no fault of my own. As soon as I started to bring that point up he started talking over me and repeating himself so that I couldn’t speak, he also said that he didn’t know how I could’ve ordered something on Sunday when they were closed. If he had actually known anything about my order then he’d known I placed my order ONLINE, like millions of other people in the world because it’s not the 1900’s anymore and that’s a normal thing to do. Seems like the general manager may need a refresher in customer relations.The ONLY reason I didn’t immediately cancel everything and take my business elsewhere is because I love working with someone as amazing as the Sales Manager, Cali.
So we got a washer dryer and a tv at first and everything went great. Then we decided to get a bed and a set of bunk beds when the day came to deliver them I was informed my bed would not be delivered due to a manager super glueing some parts on and my bed was broke so they were ordering new parts. After I finally got the bed we didn’t receive all the parts some parts were chipped and some corners on the drawers were damaged. Our mattress does not even fit and yes I got them both as a set I was told it was suppose to fit like that and there’s no way. So now we are left with a bed we can not even sleep on due to not enough support parts for the slats not to mention if you lay on the bed no drawers open. So if I could give a 0 I would. Paying $2400 for a bed not worth $100 search will be on to shop else where.

I saw a price on their website on a mattress so I went to the store because it was affordable. However, after I saw the contact and my next payment was due what I saw on paper and what was online were totally different prices. The clerk said they would get a manager to call me and never did! This place is a scam!!!
Buy everything from here just wish they wouldnt call so much.. we know we got to pay just give us a chance to come in we work 6 days a week. Break please
