Came to this location to visit a hidden gem, Los Tacos Locos! Found this place on a whim but it quickly became my go to. Their fried fish tacos locos is the best on the peninsula and possibly in all of No Ca.!!! I rate it at a 4.9 out of 5 only compared to, (in my opinion), the best on the west side Robertos in San Diego.

This market is small but has Italian and Brazilian products. Some things are more expensive than others. What makes this market better is that they have a small restaurant inside called Los Tacos Locos. There food is excellent. Highly recommend it.

Good local store with produce, meat, South American packaged goods and a made-to-order taqueria in the back with a small dining area. Organized and clean. And despite having a meat department, it is well ventilated without off odors.

The place is ok and the produce a little better than Safeway but all in all its way too expensive ! $5.29 for a gallon of milk is outrageous ! ! ! The cherries are good, but I dont know about $4.99 a lb.good ! Also $4.99 for a head of cauliflower was a little out of budget !

This is a great little Hispanic market with good produce and meat, convenient to the 25th Street neighborhood. An attached taqueria, fresh tamales and other Hispanic and Central specialties make it a fun place to pick up lunch or dinner. Friendly people and decent prices.

Great prices on produce and Mexican products. Also carries normal everyday stuff you might find at the supermarket like milk and bread. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Practice your Spanish for free, if you want.

Very bad supermarket. Commodity prices are messy, cashiers have a bad attitude, collect more product prices, and be confident that customers will not buy again!

Its a great place to go shopping at, I dont mind paying a little bit more to support local independent business . But it burns me when I walk in there I get the cold shoulder every time I ask for help or ask a question I feel like Im interrupting their lifestyle but thats the way it goes Im still going to go to support local business

Total disappointment. Nothing like Milk Pail market.1) Not a produce market. I went to SM Produce Market expecting a produce market. This is just a regular supermarket selling little produce along everything else.2) Small produce section, despite the name3) Very limited produce selection. They have potato, onion, tomato, spinach, apple, orange, parsley, and few more. There is no variety. e.g. no tangelos, pommelos, etc.4) Nothing local. I visited SM Produce Market because Milk Pail at Mountain View is closing. I was hoping to find some local farmers produce. Found none.5) Prices are OK. Cheaper than TJ and Safeway, but not by much.6) NO PARKING except street parking and a nearby church parking. It is on the main drag, good luck finding a spot other than on Saturday mornings.7) It has a Mexican flair without much substance. They have Goya canned beans, I can buy that at Safeway. If they want to be a Mexican market, they should check out Fiesta Mart in Texas.

5 stars for the burritos at the rear counter, best Ive had around here, all fresh ingredients that jump. Highly recommended. They also have pupusas. Should also be listed under taquerias for search.

It’s a small market with lots of food. You can get produce and junk food. The only problem is the misleading shaved ice advertisement on the front of the store.

Very disappointed. Asked for help finding a few items and was told they didn’t carry the items. I asked in English and in Spanish, still no help. As I wandered the aisles I found some of what I needed but chose to leave empty handed as they clearly did not want my business.
